• Veronika (5/5): Мило и уютно но проблемы с проводкой - Милый уютный маленький номер, есть стиральная машина, холодильник плита, дополнительное полотенце все очень уютно. Не знаю минус ли это но балкон был настолько низким что туда можно буквально переступив пробраться в квартиру с улицы Были большие проблемы с электричеством. В квартире нужно включать бойлер что бы нагреть воду, так вот когда мы его включили, проводка не выдержала и вырубился свет по всему дому, но к счастью хозяин квартиры сразу пришел и постарался починить все. В итоге свет появился но при повторном включении бойлера электричество опять пропало.

• Alina (10/5): - Appartamento molto pulito, vicino al centro (circa 20 minuti a piedi). La cucina è ben attrezzata, con tutto il necessario per cucinare. L’host è sempre disponibile e gentile. Sarebbe utile migliorare la spiegazione e il sistema della keybox. Non è immediato prendere le chiavi: siamo arrivate di notte e abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad aprirla. Alla fine abbiamo risolto.

• Andreea (10/5): - The apartment was very clean and had everything you need, with a good price–quality ratio. The only downside I noticed is the poor insulation, and on weekdays you can hear early in the morning people going down the stairs and cars starting. Other than that, everything is as described and very well organized.

• Cezary (9/5): - Apartament bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Wszystko zgodne z opisem, a pobyt przebiegł bez żadnych problemów. Idealne miejsce na krótki lub dłuższy wypoczynek — polecam! (nie sugerować sie zdjęciami- nie ma żadnego basenu obok bloku :) ) Brak pełnowymiarowego stołu przy którym można byłoby zjeść śniadanie (jest niski stolik kawowy) Bardzo nieintuicyjne otwieranie drzwi. Trzeba użyć siły żeby je otworzyć. Łóżko duże i wygodne ale bardzo skrzypi podczas zmiany jakiejkolwiek pozycji spania

Zona linistita perfecta pentru odihna si relaxare Pernele ar trebui schimbate deoarece sunt cam uzate si pus un panou de plasa sau ceva care sa ofere mai multa intimitate, deoarece geamul dormitorului este direct catre strada

• Thiti (10/5): - Nice clean spacious place, comfortable stay, the host was wonderful as well. I recommend the place. The door to get in is one of the worst door I've had to deal with. Sometimes it take me minutes to try to open.
• Ana-Maria (10/5): Superb accomodation - We stayed for 4 nights in this apartment and felt really comfortable. Everything was perfect when we arrived, clean and tidy, there was everything one could possibly need from a leisure stay on vacation, including shower gels and shampoo in the bathroom and water in the fridge. There's also plenty of tools in the kitchen for someone who wants to cook simple meals, although we did not. We only texted with the owner, who was very kind and explicit in offering guidance to the apartment. Bonus for being relatively close to the airport, bus stations and center of Larnaca town. Highly recommend this place! 🩷

• Hans (8/5): Nice apartment for a short Larnaca stay - The owner is truly a nice guy. Responds quickly and thinks along with you in case you need anything (we could check in couple of hours earlier e.g.). The apartment has all you need and is tidy and very clean. Parking is also next to the house so you don’t have that stress to worry about. All in all a perfect place to stay If you’re gonna walk to Larnaca centre it is 20 mins or so. If you have happy legs like I have it is okay, but on a hot sunny day it may feel like a long distance in a residential area.

• Helia (9/5): Great and comfortable stay and a very helpful host - We had a very long stay here, lasting almost a month. Everything was up to our expectations. The flat was small but comfy and very clean. The location is perfect, very close to the centre and downtown of Larnaca, and within a 15-minute walking distance to the sea. The facilities in the apartment were enough for our needs. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, and resolved a few issues we had very quickly. As an improvement for the future, I wish there were some barriers on the balcony to cover up the view from the street. Since the flat is on the ground floor, I didn't feel safe leaving the laundry outside to dry when we wanted to go out. And I didn't like that the room was exposed to the outside. Covering it up easily with some wood or plants would have been better. The shades are good, but they block the natural light during the day. The mattress was okay, but it made a lot of noise when you tried to turn onto your side.

I did have some issues with the safebox for the keys and the main door, but the owner was very helpful and promptly assisted me in resolving both problems. Despite those challenges I would definitely recommend this place to the others.

There was no table for eating or work due to the size of the apartment -- it would be crowded for 2 people. At first I thought there was no tea or coffee, but on the second morning I found it on the shelf under the coffee table. The bedroom window (a sliding glass door) is at ground level and looks directly onto the street. There is a lovely veranda there with outdoor furniture and an umbrella, but nothing green and no kind of privacy screen.

• Bar (9/5): Superb - Apartment was new from the inside, facilities wise. In addition it looked good, clean and modern. The balcony was very nice too (ground level). I strugled with the key box to collect the key, then strugled with the keys to open the loby door and the apartment door :( It was the middle of the night and owner didn't answer my calles. luckily, eventually i managed by my self.

• Adan (10/5): spectacular! - everything was super clean! we are very picky when it comes to cleaning and we have really high standards and it met everything! we stayed for 1 night only but we wish we would’ve stayed for more days because it’s just so fun staying there. there’s even netflix and a cozy sofa so we had a fun night in! the hosts are super nice and helpful with everything you need. they make sure you’re satisfied with every detail. recommended. the mattress was too hard for our liking but i think this is a personal preference.

• Mikuláš (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was very modernly renovated, it included two air conditioners. Upon arrival it was cooled and very carefully cleaned. The kitchen contained all the necessary appliances and supplies, as did the bathroom. Nothing was missing, everything was perfect.
