- Sharon (6/5): Comfy, good location - Very comfortable, good location, good clear communication from host . Very clean & homely. It felt a little strange that I was in someone's spare room that had been sitting room. The bathroom is upstairs which was always available & free but I wasn't sure who else was needing it. I hadnt studied the reviews too much to expect this. Not a problem per se, just not what I was expecting.
- Kerli (10/5): - It was such a cozy and homey stay, nicely decorated and everything was well thought
- Tamás (9/5): -
- Gary (9/5): The cleaner did a great job - I was unlucky as they were doing work on the road outside which woke me up. - The bed was good and it was well looked after It had good heating and the tv was good
- John (8/5): -
- Dorothea (7/5): Schlichte Unterkunft. Akzeptabel - Gute Lage Toilette im ersten Stock, Gemeinschaftsbad
- dorman (7/5): - Nice room. Easy access. Good location The shared bathroom was a bit of a stresser. But for that price in that location. Cant really complain. The house was quiet but if anyone was noisy you d hear it.
- Raffael (7/5): - Das Zimmer war an sich gemütlich.
Sehr zentrale Lage.

- Natali (7/5): - The bedroom and location was super. The kitchen was really lacking
- Emilia (9/5): - This spot was so lovely - it exceeded my expectations! It was spotless, and much more pleasant than the pictures showed. It was a small room, which wasn’t a problem for me, but might be for some, and, of course, sharing a bathroom can be tricky. The location was lovely - not so central that you got noise, but a very pleasant and short walk to absolutely everything. Brenda was so accommodating and kind.

- Jacqueline (1/5): Uncomfortable staff presence and added fees. No heat. Good location. - Location was good, room was clean enough. Staff was unfriendly and check in was too late. Live in host made us uncomfortable during our booking and was situated right on top of our room and made a lot of noise. The room was also very cold and poorly heated.
- Van (7/5): Okay. - The location is very good, it’s in a more residential area, yet still just a few minutes away from the main points of interest and amenities. The property is a shared house, and the available space is actually a converted living room set up as a rental room with a double bed. Despite that, the room is a good size, and the bed is comfortable. For the first time, I faced accommodation rules where check-in is only allowed from 5:00 PM and check-out is as early as 10:00 AM. Given such a large time gap, you expect the place to be clean and well maintained; but not really, the floor clearly had not been vacuumed, there was hair on the old bed linen, and the lack of proper cleaning extended to the shared bathroom on the first floor.
- Shiela (8/5): It is a spare room in a residential home which was unexpected. Usually the property must be vacated and left only for th - Super clean and fresh. Comfortable It was noisy and I was supposed to have a quiet environment to take my exam.
- Michael (9/5): Great place for an overnight stay in Dublin. - Responsive host and easy check-in/check-out. Room was warm and comfortable. Location was excellent.
- Olha (10/5): -
- Kristen (7/5): -
- Charles James (9/5): No problems good value for money, conveniently situated - Conveniently situated Nothing
- Mayuko (9/5): -
- Sally (7/5): It is perfectly fine and does the job. - The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the Dublin Express and the Conference centre.
The host had thought carefully about all amenities and I had everything I needed. The room is a little tired and the bed is quite old and soft. Everything is clean but the room has a bit of a fusty smell.
- Justin (10/5): - Getting access to the keys and room was straight forward. Very clean and well organized. Wifi instructions were provided in the room. No wash clothes provided. But I was able to find it in the shower room, so all is good.
- silvie (9/5): Feels like staying over with a friend - cosy, quiet & clean accomodation, thank you so much!! - As promised it pretty much felt like staying over at a friend's place. Everything clean & comfy. At night the area was surprisingly quite. I had a good sleep. Little stool or hook in the bathroom for guests to put their clothes & stuff while in the shower.
- Lewis (9/5): A Great and Friendly Experience - The location of the b&b was Superb with a great host N/A
- Eleanor (9/5): Comfortable stay - Good size room. Fresh, nicely decorated. Good facilities. Excellent communication. Waiting to use the bathroom. Even a small handing in the room would make a massive difference.
- Helge (7/5): - Sehr zentral gelegen, sauber und gemütlich. Das Zimmer war im EG Badezimmer im ersten Stock. Online Check in per Mail ohne Probleme, nette Kommunikation.

- Linden (7/5): Geht - Keine Toilette auf dem Zimmer, Dusche auf dem Zimmer
- Gintaras (6/5): - Nice location, good communication. A camera installed inside the property to observe the tenants…
- Abdul Razak (8/5): -
- Elisa (8/5): Very good - Check in alle 17 e check out alle 10
- Natalia (10/5): Everything you need in Dublin - Perfect location for holiday in Dublin. All main attractions were within walking distance. Shops, train station and restaurants 5-10 minutes away.
Comfortable bed; coffee, fresh water provided; hairdryer.
Brenda was a great host. Nothing was too much trouble. I really enjoyed my time in Dublin. Thank you!
- Laura (6/5): Pleasant - Very convenient to walk into the city centre. Very clean. Bed was comfortable and room quite large. Shared bathroom and the floor in the room above was very creaky meaning that if a person was walking around a lot it was quite disturbing.
- Collette (7/5): Good value for central Dublin city - The location was ideal for my plans. Room clean and cosy. I have not had a room without en suite facilities in years, but it was explained and fine for one night.
- Anna (8/5): Very good - Easy to access location by bus (although hard to find by taxi). Bed was comfortable and curtains did a great job of blocking the light. The street was a bit noisy at night, and the area is not the safest feeling because it’s a little empty.
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rodney (8/5): Very good stay, despite a misunderstanding over the subject of bathroom facilities. - Lovely room in a convenient area for what I wanted to do in Dublin. Very helpful manager. I thought from the information on Booking.Com that it was an en suite room. Look at! The first line says - Toilet, Bath and Shower. Only further down does it say 'Shared'. I took this to mean that there was ALSO a shared toilet and shower. OK I might have read it with insufficient care, but I think that the first reference to toilet and shower neds to be omitted to avoid misunderstanding. Anyway, I managed well enough and was otherwise well pleased.
- Mahmoud (8/5): Very good -
- John (9/5): Superb - The room was a downstairs converted living room with a very comfortable bed, sofa and widescreen television. Like many big cities, Dublin can be an expensive place to stay, so i thought it was great value for money.
Staff went above and beyond to ensure I was not inconvenienced with the check-in process. I was away at a concert between the designated check-in hours, but was still allowed to leave my luggage, shower and change, even though my room was not ready as I arrived two hours before check-in time.
The whole process on collecting keys was very straightforward.
Nice kitchen facilities used for breakfast. One bathroom means that there can be quite a wait. There may be little that can be done about this due to the structure of the guest house.
- Geoff (8/5): Very good - This place was perfect for my needs. As I was attending the theatre that was very near by. Also very close to the bus ways services.
Was very clean and tidy. Would recommend this accommodation place. While my room was clean and tidy and had the amenities that ya need to wake to. I felt the room was crowded. Had a couch and a decent size coffee table. These could have been reduced in size, and the large floor standing lamp. Make these smaller or eliminate these, to give a little space and movement. That is just my opinion.
- Helena (8/5): Really lovely room and close to everything, would stay again. - Really close to the river and other local amenities, right next to a small Tesco which is great. I went to a gig at the 3arena so it was a close 20 minute walk from that so really ideal. Lots of bus stops nearby. 10/10 location and good facilities in the room. It is a ground floor room and the exterior windows were heavily tinted for privacy, nice touch. As it is on the ground floor and next to the front door, when other guests come in at night etc or just generally you can hear it quite clearly, this is t the end of the world but just something to note. Also the TV wasn’t connected to anything so couldn’t be watched. Aside from these two things it’s absolutely perfect.
- Nelly (7/5): Good - Very clean
Staff helpful
Good location No black out curtains
- Kevin (3/5): Landlady could not be contacted. The phone number provided is not in use. - Nothing The accommodation provider could not be contacted. The phone number provided is not in use. What if there was an emergency?
- Patrick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachel (8/5): Very good -
- Nicole (8/5): Very good - The room was very clean and cosy, and so was the toilet. The toilet was upstairs which wasn't very convenient, but I'd say this is a good compromise if you want to sleep near the city center with a budget. It wasn't cheap, but I must say I was happy with what was provided during the accommodation.
- Echina (8/5): Great stay for one - The host was very friendly! Location is great, near everything - especially the museum EPIC! Easy to walk to several places but bus stops and train station close as well. Grocery store just next street. I was travelling alone and the rooms was okay for one person for several nights. January is a cold season, the buildings are not very isolated.

- Eugene (10/5): Lovely city center stay - Good central location not too far from the city center. Staff were friendly and accommodating and it was very clean. Lovely little items, such as the faded lamp and arty prints made it very cosy.
- Federica (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place, lovely owner. Nothing.
- Rosanna (9/5): Dublin a great place to visit and accomodation comfortable - The location was perfect and not too far from all the main attractions. Yet it was a relatively quiet location. The host was very accomodating and helpful.
- James (3/5): Poor -
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (10/5): It was good - I left before breakfast Nothing
- Maygen (9/5): Superb -
- Jake (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yannick (9/5): A trip to the capital of Guiness - The bedroom I was staying in was big enough with a comfortable sofa and a large bed.
The kitchen and bathroom were clean and spacious.
Close to the centre; around 10/15min on foot. I can't think of a negative point. Everything was great.
- Michael (10/5): Excellent location for a central city break. Friendly and helpful hosts. ***** - Location was great. 5 min walk from the centre and the experience of the stay was very pleasing. Exactly what I needed and the hosts were very helpful.
- Mike (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, very clean and well organized house... It was a bit noisy from the street but after a nice walk and sightseeing in Dublin, I slept like a rock in a comfortable bed...
- Declan (6/5): Pleasant - Bed and bedroom was comfortable Bathroom was shared and you had to go upstairs to get to it. No hot water at the sink and there were no towels to have a shower.
- Viktoriya (10/5): Exceptional - The place is very comfortable, in the city center and in a distinctively quiet place. Tesco supermarket is in a proximity, very convenient. The house is clean and tidy. I adored the shower with the filtered water which lives your body soft and relaxed. I slept as an angel 😇 I appreciated everything

- Martin (7/5): A strong sense of being in someone's home. Would stay again. - charming old terraced house, refurbished An en-suite shower would have been nice but managed anyway. Would suggest some ordinary Barry's or Lyons breakfast tea bags.
- Claudia (9/5): Very clean, great location and very nice host! - Very clean, great location and very nice host!
- Mustafa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jasper (6/5): Pleasant - Owner asked me extra money because a friend was staying.
- Francesco (8/5): Everything perfect but the bed - Bed is really unconfortable cause it is a frenxh size, but the base is kd a single bwd so it is really hard to sleep in 2 wothout to fall down
- Selena (10/5): Lovely accommodation and host - Lovely accommodation
- Maxine (8/5): Nice. Kind of hard to find. - Clean and cozy Bathroom upstairs. No ensuite
- Gheorghe (10/5): Exceptional - It's all OK There is nothing
- Lowe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fergal (9/5): Superb -
- Maria (9/5): Superb - The welcome was excellent and very friendly. The house is very close to the city center.
- Paddy (1/5): Absolutely deplorable - Fairly good location This is a living room with a bed put into it, worst place I have ever stayed in in my life. People kept trying to come into the room in the morning thankfully the door was locked. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this place if you are trying to get any sleep or are looking for any comfort. It is extremely bad value for money. I have stayed in many hostels and they are much cleaner and comfortable and quarter the price.
- Petra (5/5): A decent alternative to a hostel bed in a city as expensive as Dublin, but not great.. - I loved the bed, which was extremely comfortable. And I found the host very responsive to help me out with a late check-in. The fotos are very misleading. My room looked nothing like that featuring in the fotos. I also did not appreciate that while there was mention of one other guest and the host sharing the bathroom, there were actually four guests simultaneously for one bathroom. There were also no hangers in the closet, no chair, no hook to put one's clothes. And I found the room very cold.
- Stephen (6/5): I needed a basic bed and bathroom place to sleep. It was that. - Location was good, 6 block walk from active part of Dublin. TV was on the wall but was not connected to any cable or antenna, totally useless. The door to the room could not be locked from inside. I showed the owner and she said "The was something wrong in the mechanism inside" as if she knew it from before. The latch had to be pried out of the casing everytime the door was opened. The skeleton key could be used to close the deadbolt when going out, but would not close the deadbolt when turned from the inside of the room. Bathroom was shared with up to 5 other rooms.
