• Roberto (9/5): - L'appartamento è un open space accogliente, pulito e arredato con cura, dotato di un grazioso soppalco per la zona notte e di un cortile privato perfetto per un caffè all'aria aperta. La posizione a Monte Mario è ideale per chi vuole vivere l'atmosfera autentica di un vero quartiere romano, lontano dal caos ma collegatissimo al centro grazie alla vicina stazione del treno. Un elogio speciale va a Ornella: la sua assistenza a 360 gradi è stata impeccabile sin dal primo momento.

El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para que una familia pueda hospedarse sin problemas. Destacar la amabilidad de Ornella que siempre estuvo atenta a consultas y tips para hacer más amena nuestra estancia.

• Natalie (6/5): - Ornella was very informative and sent us lots of information about staying in Rome, before we arrived. The apartment was close to all amenities, including the train station, supermarket and shops. It was also very clean and tidy and was fairly well equipped. The walls are very thin, so you can hear noise from other apartments. Every time we used the oven the power would trip, so difficult to cook meals in the oven. There is also a cleaning fee of €90 if staying more then 7 nights, which I didn't see when booking, so just something to be aware of.

• Юлия (8/5): Very good - Ornella was a super host who welcomed us in a very warm way. The one thing that is missing is the fixed parking place. Because there was always a quest to find it. And a little bit cold for December-January, because there is no heating except an air conditioner, so the floor is very cold.
• Plata (10/5): Exceptional - The kindness of the owner, she shared useful information with us all the time about transportation, places to visit and was always attentive to our needs. a bit far from the city centre so the journeys are a bit long.
• Qaasim (9/5): Superb - I enjoyed essential comfort at home for a short stay and in the neighborhood all services were within walking distance, at an excellent price-performance ratio. There are is a mini market within a 5-minute walk away from the property, a Supermarket just around the corner from that (about 7 minutes), and a much larger Carrefour Market further down near the train station (about 10-12 minutes walk). The train station is a about a 12 minute walk away from the property as well. I had a private courtyard - which in Rome is very rare. Not only gated, but the gate protects people from being able to see as well. The main window of the house is also one-way, meaning it allows light to come inside and allows you to see outside, but others on the outside cannot see in I was able to stay in a quite and safe area where Romans live to experience the genuine local atmosphere I had a high level of personal assistance provided by Ornella herself. She is Also a Travel planner and is pleased to provide the free guide that she wrote, to allow her guests to enjoy Rome like a local with many tips to explore art, history, traditions, shopping, gastronomy and restaurants, by ensuring to avoid tourist traps and to enjoy authentic Italian culture
• Michael (4/5): Disappointing - The location was good The hot water for bath was enough only for 1-2 person. The rest 2 of us had to wait for 2-3 hours to heat the water again.
• Martin (9/5): A well equipped apartment away from the madding crowd but still with easy access to the sights. - An ideal base. The main bed and sofa bed were on split level giving privacy and were both very clean, generous in size and comfort. The accommodation had a well equipped kitchenette with fridge freezer. The small garden area was a plus, especially for a few drinks after a full day of sight-seeing. The train station was downhill around 10mins with regular trains, a few stops to Metro A connection, 15 mins to San Pietro station and 25mins to Metro B connection. We bought a 7 day travel pass that included all our transport needs (excluding airport). Alternatively a bus ran into town depending were you were heading. The property manager Ornella, was very attentive, following up on all our questions, providing recommendations and although we had made our own itinerary, was at hand at anytime to provide bookings and arrange transport back to the airport. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend. nothing.
• Serena (10/5): Very pleasant stay - - host was very attentive to our needs and always available for any issue/query - host went beyond her duty to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible - location was convenient near plenty of shops and transport to the city centre and nearby villages - other reviews pointed negatively to the bathroom, but I found that the shower is actually a positive: powerful and working well, especially after a long tyring tour of the city. - in the main room, there was no cabinet to put stuff on/in making a bit awkward to organise belongings - had some ants coming in, but it's a ground floor, somewhat to expect

Focus on the high personal care provided personally by Ornella, since the booking of the flat until the check out. As you have stated, being also a trip designer, Ornella can offer a special mix of 360 degrees free assistance + additional trip design service, allowing our guests to enjoy Rome as a local. - As for the 360 DEGREES FREE ASSISTANCE you can mention that Ornella, if you like, can provide you with free services like the access to the circuit of local family restaurants of quality, which I have personally created to avoid any tourist traps integrating also a welcome discount when possible, the local information package I wrote for my guests like the list and history of the Roman traditional street food delicacies not to miss and the top laboratories where to buy and taste them near the house, the update of the wide cultural program of Rome Municipality, and also bespoke itineraries or tips regarding any possible specific areas of interest of each single guest. Value the the cleaning of the flat and of the house linen, which usually includes extra fresh towels to prevent any needs of the guests. According to Ornella's concept of hospitality, cleaning of both flat and linen are not outsourced, but they are cared by our internal staff, with the aim to guarantee not only the highest standard of quality and safety, but also the priority and flexibility for guests' needs.

• Ava (9/5): I would definitely return but in a smaller group - The host meet us right at the door and gave us lots of good info on good places to eat and how to get around. The place was clean and beautiful and even had a well stocked kitchen. The location was out of the way but quaint and nice, we found that we preferred to stay a little outside of the center. The host responded to all concerns right away and was extremely accomodating. The plumbing was pretty delicate and had trouble handling four people using the same bathroom. We are college students and each had multiple devices connected to the wifi since we all had homework and the connection couldn't handle that either, it would take several minutes for a webpage to load.
