• Michelle (10/5): A little nest with of gentle aesthetics thoughtful practicality with thoughtful, genuine hosts. - This property is beautifully appointed and styled, clean and quiet. We came to attend my beloved brothers funeral and were utterly discombobulated, made a mistake with our booking and also lost the key! Kirk and Jacinta went above and beyond to help us find alternative accommodation and showed us such grace and true kindness in our time of despair and disorientation. I will never forget Kirk's gentle kindness and humanity. All perfect
• Michelle (10/5): - The space was well appointed and decorated for full relaxation and comfortability, especially whilst raining. Easy access to beach & our friends staying at the Novotel. Loved the small touches. Eg.. welcome bag of nuts, dish cloths, the menu of information. It was reasonably quiet when we were there which enhanced the relaxation experience. No air conditioning in the 2nd room as it gets the afternoon sun and warms up fast especially for adults staying in that room. Would suggest to bring your own face washer/ body cloth as soap is supplied but is all liquid.

• Rebecca (10/5): - Lovely clean apartment with some basic pantry supplies and good selection of board games, located close to the larger Sebel pool. It was an easy 10 min walk to the Novotel restaurants, pool and lagoon with kayaks and sailing. Mudjimba beach was a quick walk away to the off dog leash area and not too much further to the patrolled area. Easy to check in and the hosts were lovely and really responsive.

• Virginia (10/5): A tranquil, beautifully designed coastal escape that we can’t wait to return to. - We've travelled extensively, and this beachside unit on the Sunshine Coast instantly became one of our all-time favourites. The calming design, relaxed linen and natural wood décor created an atmosphere of pure serenity. Everything was beautifully organised and sparkling clean, and I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen—right down to the sharp knives, which frequent travellers will know is a rare treat. A special note was the lovely jars of tea - a hand blended English breakfast tea and a herbal calmer. The location is magical. It was incredibly quiet, with the gentle sound of waves in the distance being the only thing we heard as we drifted off to sleep each night. The breeze through the space was soothing, and the overall sense of peace and security was unmatched. The owner was wonderfully attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning—this place is a true coastal gem. Absolutely nothing - it was superb.

• James_Ruth (10/5): Marvellous! Totally enjoyed the residence and the location. Will be back - The bed was exceptionally comfortable and considering I have back issues, this is first rate plus!! It was a lovely residence that catered to our needs and comfort. Only recommendation that I have is to perhaps provide a cotton blanket for the main bedroom (and perhaps single beds as well). The doonas are too hot, and I know we could have used the air conditioning, but I prefer just a fan all year round. Although even with air con, the doona would have been too hot. Loved all the birdsong all day and other wildlife like the goannas. Peaceful. Perhaps a small shelf in the ensuite bathroom, and if I am going to get really fussy - considering it was mid September and still cool, a small mounted fan in the ensuite bathroom would also be great value as it doesn't get any air flow for cooling.
• CV (9/5): easy relaxing stay - On receiving clear instructions from the owners we had no trouble at all with entering the secure complex and the property itself. Everything in the apartment was exactly as in the pictures. The bed was comfy, it had all of the basic requirements for an easy, relaxing stay. Very quiet location, wonderful to wander the lovely grounds of the complex and around the whole lagoon, and an easy walk to the beach. This would be the apartment that we would like to take on holidays with us everywhere. Just perfect.

• Margaret (10/5): Excellent all around - Great location a few minutes walk to beach or Novotel facilities for a second pool and kayaks on the lake. Saw lots of Kangaroos in the area too. Excellent accommodation very spacious and comfortable. Host left us local chocolates as a welcome. They even left us Olive oil and balsamic and a few other basic needs for cooking. So nice to have nice glass stemware and tumblers that even included flutes for sparkling, instead of plastic. Everything you need for a great stay. Very peaceful. We were so glad we stayed here and not in the much busier Noosa Heads. Host was communicative and replied to questions within a few minutes. We would definitely go back. Nothing to dislike really, though a cushion for the outdoor bench would add comfort.

Loved the back gate to go to the beach and river as well as the outdoor shower. The outdoor furniture is not conformable at all when sitting for more than 5mn and no aircon in the smaller room.

Owners have a great attention to detail and included everything that we could have needed…it’s well appointed, homely and welcoming. The office space was an added bonus which we used. Access to tv apps like Netflix etc is great. Kitchen appliances, equipment and pantry items better than we have experienced. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Owners provided quick, professional and friendly responses. The location of the apartment is fantastic with quick access to the walkways in and around the resort. We have left our two days away feeling relaxed and wishing our stay could have been longer.

• Natasha (10/5): Perfect stay at North Shore Nook - We had a great stay at North Shore Nook with our 2 young kids. The place was clean and tidy, but also felt like home with lots of little books, games, nik naks around. A short walk to the beach or to the lagoon at the Novotel. We had great communication from Kirk in the lead up, even giving us recommendations of where to go to eat and get coffee. We had one small issue where the hot water system blew up while we were there, but Kirk was amazing in getting some one in to fix it within a matter of hours (on a Sunday too!). We had an amazing stay and really appreciated Kirk and Jacinta's hospitality! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again on our next trip.

It is located a little way from shops, restaurants, etc. so you need a rental car and also if you go out it's hard to get transport...apparently this is a known Sunshine Coast thing... it was hard to get a taxi or uber and this was even more difficult at the end of a night out. So if you are new to the area like us, it's good to know this and bear it in mind when you make evening plans.

Really a home from home, we didn’t miss anything! Even the blender was a real treat. Because of the apartments proximity to other apartments and walkways blinds would be a good addition on all windows, as well as fly screens
