Dariusz (1/5): Jedno wielkie oszustwo. - Niestety pod wskazanym adresem nie było żadnego apartamentu pod wynajem. Mieszkańcy budynku potwierdzili ten fakt i stwierdzili ze już kilka rodzin zostało oszukanych przed nami. Booking nie odpowiedział na reklamację.
Jenna (1/5): Scam - was charged but the owner ghosted - Nothing, we were never able to check in. Our reservation was accepted immediately but the host never contacted us to give us check-in instructions. We waited outside, after dark and in the cold, trying to call the host but they never answered the phone. They did not respond to any of our messages for the duration of the stay, and we had to book a different hotel.
Sylvia (6/5): The lack of response from the owner was disappointed. - Good location. The lack of response of the owners when asking for some facilities such as an iron. Facilities listed were not available: no kettle, no working washing machine for clothes, no toiletries. The plates and dishes provided were not clean and dirty with mildew. No outdoor lighting outside of the apartment at night time or when entering the building.
Sabyasachi (6/5): Average - nothing great - The apartment is spacious 2 bedroom + living room. The facilities provided are very basic and lacks many essential things. However it was a neat and clean apartment. The thermal system was defective and could not be adjusted. We had to wait for 3-4 hours when the host sent some one and switched off from outside. Next day we couldn’t use it.
Ivan (4/5): The host did not respect the check-out time specified in the offer. - The location of apartment is good. The apartment is bright, the bathroom is large, and the beds are comfortable. Subway station is 10 minutes from apartment. Several supermarkets and restaurants are close by. 1. The owner of the apartment is not friendly and his knowledge of English is poor. 2. The owner of the apartment did not respect the check-out time from the apartment that he wrote in the offer. We announced to the owner by text message when we would be leaving the apartment, but he did not respond. Our things with suitcases were thrown out of our apartment. :( 3. In the kitchen there is a stove with an induction plate, but there are no dishes that can be used on the plate. We couldn't heat food and make coffee. 4. The coffee machine is leaking. 5. There was no detergent for washing dishes and no sponges. 6. One sheet was missing for the third bed. 7. The entrance door is glass and cannot be covered with a curtain. Anyone outside the apartment can see everything inside the living room, especially at night.
