• hayat (10/5): Top service - Wij hebben samen met ons gezin een topvakantie gehad in dit hotel. Vanaf het eerste moment voelde iedereen zich welkom. De manager en de medewerkers van de receptie hebben er echt alles aan gedaan om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Ook het personeel van het restaurant en de schoonmaak waren ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een extra compliment voor Brain, die altijd zo lief en vriendelijk was voor onze kleine dochter. Dat maakte onze vakantie extra speciaal. Bedankt voor de fijne service, gastvrijheid en warme sfeer. Wij hebben enorm genoten en komen zeker nog eens terug! Geen wij komen terug

Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny. - Bardzo przyjemny hotel, jest spa, siłownia, basen, byliśmy w maju i niskie obłożenie, w związku z czym na basenie dużo wolnych leżaków. Jedzenie smaczne z różnorodnym wyborem, pyszna kawa. Plaża blisko jednak brudna, dużo przyjemniej siedziało się w hotelu. Wieczorem można było posaunować, na saunach jak i basenie wewnętrznym raczej mało ludzi. Brudna plaża w okolicy.
• Rosalie (5/5): Très tres loin d'un hotel 5*! Je déconseille vivement! - Les chambres sont modernes ainsi ques les espaces communs. Personnes à la réception très désagréables! Vous posez une question, on vous regarde en faisant la grimace sans vous répondre. On vous laisse patienter sans réponse pendant 20 minutes. La chambre a été donnée le 1er jour après 15h30 après insistance!On nous a dit le dernier jour vous pourrez quitter plus tard à l'heure souhaitée...bien sure chose qui a été oubliée le jour du départ et on nous a chassé de la chambre à faire nos valises dans l'urgence à 11h. Vous demandez des renseignements à l'accueil, on vous dit qu'on vous appelle avec l'information...et bien nous attendons toujours...Le piscine intérieure du spa n'est pas chauffée! (plus froide qu'une piscine communale - pourtant un e-mail avait bien été envoyé à l'établissement avant réservation pour confirmer qu'elle était chauffée - essentiel pour un voyage avec enfants en bas age en mai!). Le Jaccuzzi n'est pas rempli d'eau donc pas fonctionnel. Les saunas et hammam ne sont pas lancés donc impossible d'en profiter! Au déjeuner les oranges sont rationnées, ils en mettent une dizaine et puis fini... Pareil pour le lait...on vous dit qu'il n'y en a plus...bonne chance pour les cereales sans lait... Le Miniclub est dans un état lamentable et très très sale. Vous pourrez profiter de l'horrible vue sur le batiment a côté en construction et à l'abandon depuis des années selon moi depuis la piscine et les chambres. Nous etions en petit déjeuner et nous nous sommes installés au restaurant à la carte pour manger (prix assez élevés correspondant à un restaurant assez haut de gamme pour l'Albanie). On nous a invités à aller chercher la carte à la reception pour choisir quoi manger car on nous a expliqué que les serveurs n'apportent pas les cartes à table et ne nous servirons pas de boissons a table (à aller chercher nous memes au bar principal). Du jamais vu dans un restaurant ou on paie le prix fort!

• Patrick (4/5): Helaas te warm zonder airco in de avond. 27 / 28 graden een vakantie zonder goede nachtrust is niet fijn. - Zwembaden. Waren schoon en al voor 1 mei open vanwege het mooie weer. Airco en minibar werkten beide niet en weer niet opgelost. Pas na boos worden kregen we een nieuwe kamer maar ook hier stopte de airco na 2 dagen.

SPA funksiononte vetem pishina dhe sauna.. dhoma e relaxit ishte akull e ftohte dhe jakuzi i vendosur tek pishina, nuk mund te perdorej pa pagesen extra. Gjithashtu me extra pagese ishte dhe dhoma e kripes. Nderkohe qe ne prenotim thuhet “akses i plote ne SPA”. Darkuam tek restoranti poshte dhe ushqimi ishte jo i mire. Nuk kishte opsione te shumta per zgjedhje dhe na ofruan ato qe mund te bente kuzhinieri ate moment. Ora shenonte 21:30..

• KIZOLESA MEYA (5/5): Moyen - Une grande et belle suite. Une belle vue depuis le balcon. Un hôtel 5* qui n’offre pas de bouteille d’eau à je n’ai jamais vu ça même des Airbnb font mieux. La télé n’avait pas de télécommande on a dû en essayer 3 avec le personnels pour trouver celle qui fonctionnait. Et la télé est une marque android avec une ancienne version qui ne pouvait pas se connecter sur Netflix. Le Jacuzzi a fuit, il y avait de l’eau qui coulait de je ne sais où partout dans la chambre. Le SPA qui était sensé être chauffé était gelé. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas varié, pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le pire dans tout ça c’était l’insolence de deux employés : l’un nous reproche d’avoir acheter la nourriture dehors et de l’avoir ramené à l’hôtel sous prétexte c’est interdit, c’est la première fois pour moi qui ai fait plein d’hôtels, mais là c’est abusé. Et la dernière nuit un autre employé nous a appelé à 22h pour nous demander si nous avons pris l’ouvre bouteille qu’ils ont perdu mais ça ne va pas ? Nous déranger à 22h pour ça ?! Donc s’ils ont pu perdre leur objet cela prouve qu’ils ne sont pas professionnels et irréprochables. Pour moi c’est hôtel est un 3 étoiles maximum pas plus.

• Xhevdet (1/5): Worst stay ever in Albania. - I would say breakfast was only thing decent on this hotel. We stayed at Hotel Henry & SPA for 2 nights, expecting to relax and use the spa facilities, especially given the cold weather during this time of year. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. First, check-in was delayed by more than one hour because the room was not ready, which is unacceptable. Second, I had specifically booked a suite expecting it to include an in-room spa tub, as clearly listed in the facilities. However, upon arrival, we were given a junior suite without a spa tub. This felt misleading and not in line with what was advertised. The spa itself was another major disappointment. Aside from the pool, nothing else was functioning — the jacuzzi was not working, and there were no towels available for guests. After returning from the spa, we tried to take a shower, only to find there was no hot water. We reported this issue, but nothing was done to resolve it. This is especially concerning when traveling with small children, as the risk of them getting cold is very high. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast, which was decent. Overall, this hotel does not meet expectations and does not deliver what it promises. I would not recommend it.
