No tuvimos agua caliente en toda la estancia porque estaban renovando las tuberías de gas y el anfitrión no nos avisó del inconveniente, también hay que decir que nos han devuelto un 25% del importe total por lo ocurrido. Había rudios del restaurante de abajo. El alojamiento necesita una cafetera más grande y tostador de pan.

• Tatiana (10/5): - Великолепные апартаменты! Все как на фото. Идеальная чистота и легко добраться с площади Сан-Марко ( всего 3 мин ходьбы). Квартира чистая, с новым ремонтом, удобная. Хозяин всегда на связи, ключи забрали в сейфе. Квартира расположена на 2 этаже, так что не проблема подняться на 2 пролет по лестнице. Рядом миллион ресторанов, кафе, пиццерий, мы ходили недалеко в Coop за базовыми продуктами и фруктами ( там адекватные цены). Немного странная система "Умный дом", надо сильно внимательно рассчитывать градус нагрева, чтобы батареи грели умеренно и по сезону. Есть кондиционер, но хозяин просил не включать, так как соседи жалуются на сильный шум. Достаточно посуды для готовки, полотенец, моющих средств. В описании написано, что апартаменты с 2 спальнями, но по факту это спальня и раскладывающийся диван в совмещенной кухне-столовой. Нет там никакой второй спальни. На мой взгляд, это вариант для 2 человек. Для 4 сильно мало места. В целом, Мы довольны! Спасибо хозяину Наверняка уже почти каждый написал, что все окна выходят прямо на ресторан и до поздней ночи шумят их гости. Особенно в выходные. Если кто-то чутко спит, то до их ухода уснуть не удастся)

• Jose Omar (10/5): Perfeito! - Localização perfeita, perto de todos pontos turísticos, apartamento muito confortável, com uma excelente ducha, e uma cozinha bem equipada! O Anfitrião sempre em contato e muito atencioso! Voltaria com certeza! Quando chegamos tivemos um pequeno problema com o enxoval, mas quando informado foi resolvido rapidamente! Outra é uma dica falta um suporte de mala para cada quarto faz muita falta!

• Daniele (9/5): Un luogo accogliente in cui passare le proprie vacanze in famiglia o con amici! - La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: uscendo dal palazzo, basta percorrere pochi metri verso destra per ritrovarsi direttamente in Piazza San Marco. L’appartamento è molto accogliente, curato nei dettagli e arredato con gusto. Combina perfettamente uno stile moderno con elementi tradizionali, in particolare nella camera matrimoniale, dove il pavimento in legno e il soffitto con travi a vista creano un’atmosfera calda ed elegante. L’host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile: ci ha fornito con largo anticipo tutte le informazioni necessarie per l’arrivo e ha risolto in tempi rapidissimi alcune piccole problematiche durante il soggiorno. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano: Ristorante Pizzeria 1000 Gourmet, a soli 20 metri sulla sinistra uscendo dal palazzo: ottimo cibo e servizio impeccabile. Supermercato, raggiungibile proseguendo sulla sinistra dopo il ristorante e svoltando a destra dopo pochi metri; si trova sulla destra, poco prima del ponticello successivo. Per un ottimo caffè o una pausa dolce, consiglio Rosa Salva – San Salvador, a circa 5 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento, andando verso sinistra una volta usciti. Per chi viaggia in treno e desidera depositare i bagagli prima del check-in o dopo il check-out, si consiglia chiedere all'Host la disponibilità con anticipo, altrimenti è possibile usufruire di un comodo deposito situato appena fuori dalla stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia, sulla sinistra. Il costo varia tra 5€ e 8€ al giorno per bagaglio, a seconda delle dimensioni; è inoltre possibile lasciare giacche o altri oggetti con un piccolo sovrapprezzo. Il servizio di trasporto in vaporetto é gestito da Actv e i vari titoli di acquisto si possono trovare nell'app AVM Venezia ( Biglietto ordinario da 75 minuti - 9,50€ / 24 ore: 25€ / 48 ore: €35 / 72 ore: €45 / 7 giorni: €65 ). Si consigliano le visite alle isole di Murano e Burano, Salita sul Campanile di San Marco, Palazzo Ducale (con in più visita alle Prigioni). I seguenti aspetti non sono particolarmente rilevanti, ma possono comunque essere utili da sapere in base alle esigenze e alle abitudini personali di ciascun ospite. Guardando i molti lati positivi dell’appartamento, si tratta di dettagli che si possono tranquillamente trascurare. L’isolamento acustico è piuttosto limitato: già dalle prime ore del mattino si sentono rumori provenienti dal vicolo su cui si affacciano le finestre delle due camere e del soggiorno — in particolare passanti, lavoratori dei negozi e dei ristoranti vicini, campane che segnano le ore e porte che sbattono. Il bagno, invece, dà su un piccolo cortile interno condiviso tra diversi appartamenti, da cui talvolta provengono rumori di ventole (probabilmente di cucine di ristoranti o negozi). Inoltre, essendo un appartamento con quasi auto gestione, non sono previsti servizi di pulizia, cambio biancheria o rifornimento dei materiali durante il soggiorno (come carta igienica, Scottex o asciugamani), chi soggiorna per più di due giorni deve organizzarsi in autonomia. Non è comunque un grande problema, ma è bene saperlo in anticipo.
• Walter-Max (10/5): Super emplacement de l'appartement qui m'a permis à plusieurs reprises d'y retourner pour y déposer - J'ai apprécié l'élégance, le confort et l'équipement même si je n'ai pas tout utilisé. La grande penderie dans la chambre était très fonctionnelle Il manquait éventuellement un petit meuble ou 1 ou 2 étagères pour poser quelques affaires. Je les mettais dans la penderie au ras du sol mais j'ai la chance de bien me baisser, ce qui n'aurait pas été le cas de mon mari s'il avait pu venir
• Gang (10/5): - Great location. Several minutes of walking distance to most of the attractions. Very clean. All facilities function well. Crowded neighborhood makes you feel you are right in the center of the island, but very quiet in the night. Would love to stay here again next time. A bit hard to find the place although the owner gives clear instructions. I feel the translation of Booking is not that accurate, switched to an AI translator, worked much better.

• gökçe (10/5): Nice Stay - The location is excellent. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. The apartment looks just like the photos, clean and comfortable. It’s in an old Venetian building on a narrow street, which I personally liked. A coffee machine would have been nice, we used the moka pot, but it was a bit tricky. Also, the air conditioner is quite loud. I think it may need some maintenance.

• Danielle (9/5): Comfortable stay right in the middle of the action. - The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. It is very close to the popular sights. The apartment had everything you may need and the beds were comfortable. As the place is very close to the very touristy places, I found it to be extremely busy and crowded. It was a little noisy on the street early morning and late at night but me and my mom are easy sleepers so it didn't bother us much. Also, I'm a bit of a germaphobe, and the couch could use a refresh (or replaced all together).

The host was truely helpful and gave great advice and was really communicative. Being in the heart of Venice it was fairly noisy until about midnight.

• Noelle (10/5): Perfectly clean, comfortable & perfect location. This is the place you are looking for. - We are traveling as a group of 3 older ladies and loved everything about this home. It was a fantastic location and we were given simple directions along with photos by the host in order to easily find it. The host tried to meet us but we were an hour late due to lines at the water bus because of crowds during carnival. But check in couldn’t have been easier. It is just one flight of stairs to the apartment. Everything in the apartment is on one level and worked perfectly. It was super clean. Check out was also easy. I would totally live in this beautiful home. The photos don’t do it justice. St Mark’s square was wonderfully close but you are still on a fairly quiet little street. Grocery store is also nearby. We had the best time and look forward to coming back in the future. Nothing

Wi-fi in apartment was excellent. We received useful information from the owner, such as how to get to the accommodation, where the nearest shops are, when the sorted waste we can take to the ship, and on which day which type. The nearest supermarket, Despar, was 70 meters away. We went to the Coop supermarket, which was 190 meters away (N 45° 26.211', E 12° 20.390'). And once we tried larger Coop supermarket 0,9 km away (N 45° 26.394', E 12° 20.755'), and prices was the same as in nearer Coop. The wooden board under the sink is impractical

• Marina (10/5): Hidden gem in the Venice center! - The apartment is really cool! We were lucky to book it almost the last moment, less than in two weeks. It is only two streets away from San Marco square. As we were in Venice for the film festival, it was quite convenient to reach the apartment at night getting off from vaporetto! And the accomodation is very modern and clean inside. Plus, it is located in the old traditional house with ceiling wooden beams. Great twist of styles! The owner assisted us with clear instructions for arrival and some valuable tips for restaurants. Overall, we liked it and we already want to come back 🙂 Only a small detail. Unfortunatelly, there was no iron and ironing desk in the apartment; the owner replied that they can't be provided. We managed to remove creases with our travel steamer but it could be a nice addition for future guests.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, & living-dinning room with the comfy sofabed. It locates on Via Specchieri, just a 1-minute walk from St. Mark's Basilica. And it's on the 1st floor. 15 steps of staircase was easy. The inside of the apartment was beautifully renovated and the washing machine and dryer were very helpful. I love the bar "Ai Do Leoni" which face to Basilica. And it's also 1 min walk. Nothing !
