We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Failure to complete either step may result in being denied access to the property and forfeiting the rental without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Refunds are determined by cancellation policies, and in addition, SPCR charges a 5% cancellation fee over the total booking amount or a minimum of USD 75 and added 13%, plus any applicable merchant fees. This will be withheld from any refund on a deposit. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file, or via wire transfer if deposit was made by wire transfer. SPCR recommends travel insurance to cover any unforeseeable contingencies.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Henry (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice place, plenty of room to spread out. 3 couples traveling together. The only complaint is that I requested and was assured that they would create 3 King sized beds by putting the 2 twins together and they did not do that.
