- GUY (9/5): Nice, decent place to stay. - The location is superb. Within minutes of pretty much everything. Farthest walks were the Botanical Gardens and Groot Beginjinof at about 12 minutes each. There's a Carrefour Express about 2 - 3 minutes walk which helps you stock the fridge for your stay. Bed and pillows were nice and comfy. My room was on the back of the building so I did not hear any street noise whatsoever even without the provided ear plugs. Cleaning lady was pleasant and arrived about the same time daily. Room was clean. Shower was nice sized and there was almost instant hot water with excellent water pressure. The provided instruction book made it simple to operate the ac and keep the room comfortable. Access to the building was as stated during the booking process and worked like a charm. Door to the bathroom had to be closed if you didn't want to hear the people above you flush their toilet or take a shower. The seating provided was ample for one person (one seat and one desk chair) but not for much more than that.

- Floor (9/5): - We verbleven in de comic art room. Hele leuke kamer, mooie badkamer en een goed breed bed. Top locatie, midden in de stad. Wel geluid van de straat, maar dat is bekend. Telefonisch contact gehad, heel vriendelijk te woord gestaan en mochten zelfs ietsjes langer blijven om het heel slecht weer was. De spiegel in de binnenkant van de kastdeur kan wel een poetsbeurt gebruiken.

Ramen waren voorzien van screens om het heel donker te maken. In de kaft op de kamer stond al de nodige info beschreven, met ontbijtlocaties etc....

- Susan (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf boven een nog heerlijkere wijnbar. - Toplocatie, fijne, ruime kamers. Lekkere bedden. Op een van de kamers was een nare geur in de badkamer en direct werd er zeer vriendelijk gezorgd voor een andere kamer. Zeer klantvriendelijke benadering en snel opgelost!

Duidelijke communicatie en een heel vriendelijke gastvrouw die ons zowel via berichten als telefonisch hielp. De kamer was mooi, heel proper en super rustgevend echt een aanrader! Niets op aan te merken.

- Nick (10/5): A Unique Gem in the Heart of Leuven - My third time staying here, and I was reminded again why it’s such a special place to stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is its unique decor. It’s a joy to discover a new, artistically designed room with every stay. The rooms are well-equipped and very comfortable. The bed is outstanding, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the bathroom and toiletries are noticeably high quality. The provided earplugs are another thoughtful inclusion (handy on livelier nights given the central location). It’s clear that a lot of care goes into the details. The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of Leuven, surrounded by a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of restaurants. The complimentary drink at the bar downstairs is a great touch. It’s the perfect spot to soak up the local vibe. Just a heads up, you might find it hard to leave! Finally, the self check-in system is remarkably easy, quick, and convenient, making arrival and departure completely stress-free. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

The bathroom was clean but otherwise the rooms were not very clean; the floors had lots of crumbs on them, I wiped the desk off when I arrived to put my bag on it (given the state of the floors I figured that would be a good idea) and it was very dusty & had some crumbs on it. There was a silverfish (bug) running across my room when I checked in, the host was very helpful but denied that there could be an issue.

- AAC (9/5): Great location & comfy place to stay - Very modern & basic place with an elevator. The location is outstanding! There are lots of restaurants & sites very close. Public transit is less than a 5 minute walk. The in-room coffee provided is delicious (way better than Nespresso). No luggage racks. We had to use the desk chair & the desk for our suitcases. No comfortable seating. Only one chair.
