• Patrick (10/5): Gem of a hotel with the best host. - Lovely chilled 4 night stay! Such a gem of a hotel, super friendly and comfortable.. Location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. Sabrina is a wonderful host, just the right amount of attentive. This hotel hits all the right notes of classic Tuscan style with comfort and warmth by the bucket. Can't wait to return, thanks for looking after us.. Nothing to add here, stay was 100% perfect!!

• Americo (8/5): Soggiorno sull’Arno - Posizione eccezionale, a ridosso di Ponte Vecchio. La struttura è dotata di stanze nuove, pulite e con ogni comfort. Doccia enorme, TOP! Staff disponibile, simpatico e cordiale. Unica nota “negativa”,Non è adatta a chi ha problemi di deambulazione, ma d’altronde si trova in un palazzo storico in cui risulta impossibile installare un ascensore.

Gute Klimatisierung, sehr gute akustische Isolierung, sehr sauber, tolle Ausstattung mit Kaffeemaschine und begnadete Lage direkt an der Ponte Vecchio. Buchung war super leicht und online Check in easy. Aus- und einladen war durch das ZTL etwas umständlich.

O quarto é bastante amplo, moderno, super limpo assim como o banheiro: confortável, limpo e moderno. Cama muito confortável e toalhas e lençóis de excelente qualidade A localização é excepcional! Por se tratar de um prédio histórico, nao há elevador e pode ser um inconveniente para aqueles que carregam malas pesadas. No meu caso, pelo fato do meu marido ter tido um problema lombar, pude contar com a ajuda da Sra Sabrina, que muito amavelmente nos ajudou a subir as escadas com as malas.

God informasjon om bruk av klimaanlegget og hvordan åpne «store porten» mot gata etter at personal har «gått hjem for dagen». Gode handduker. God hjelp med å skaffe taxi. Ingen heis. Kjempelang og bratt trapp for å komme til hotellrom. TV hadde ingen engelske kanaler, savner CNN og BBC. Ikke frokostservering på hotellet.

Arrivarci in auto é stato molto complicato causa la strada chiusa per lavori, una volta arrivati al garage che ci é stato segnalato dalla proprietaria abbiamo scoperto che il costo del garage stesso era praticamente quasi più caro del costo della stanza. L'auto dalle ore 20,00 ( nostro arrivo) alle ore 12,00 del giorno dopo 60,00€ e ogni ora in più costava 10€ al ora. Fatto notare alla proprietaria al telefono perché non presente alla consegna delle chiavi la poca correttezza nel non segnalare sul inserzione che il garage non era compreso nel costo, oltretutto un costo molto elevato e a saperlo prima non ci avrebbe indirizzato in quella struttura , siamo praticamente stati "aggrediti" verbalmente.

• Marco (5/5): Very clean and comfortable room, however quite dark and small. - The beds were very comfortable, and the room was exceptionally clean. The room was way smaller than expected, and we didn't have any windows making the room feel very dark. I was hoping for more space and more natural light considering the amount we paid for.

Museums, Cathedral, coffees and shops. - Feel safe. The front door to the building is locked after reception hours, and of course you will be given a code/fob to access. - Lovely host/reception. We feel very welcomed. - Room is clean and comfortable. - There is no escalator for luggage and staircase is steep. If you are travelling with the elderly please be mindful.

• Denise (9/5): Perfect place to stay in the centre of Florence - The location is perfect. Close to the historical centre. Convenient parking garage just 10 metres away. It was very clean. The bed, duvet and pillows were all very comfortable. We slept really well. Loved the hardwood flooring. Appreciated the kettle and coffee machine, tissues and lots of towels! Our room was very quiet at the back. No view but it was very hot so didn’t open the windows. The welcome was very friendly and efficient -thank you Sabrina! It lacked a mirror in the bedroom. The bottom sheet was a bit ‘scratchy’ but we slept really well as the bed, duvet and pillows were really comfortable.
