• Narelle (9/5): large comfortable apartment - The apartment its self was great, large and very comfortable. It is up a hill and a cobblestone road. It is very secure and quiet. It is a bit of a walk to public transport but there are taxi's just down the road. Plenty of eating places, and a supermarket all within an easy walk. I had to get a taxi to the office to pay the 150 deposit, they couldn't do it through what's app and then we had to get another taxi ride to the apartment. It was difficult as the person at the office did not tell us that we had to pick up the keys two blocks away. As most people won't know the city they should have made a point of showing us on a map where the keys were. The stovetop was not working but they sent someone very quickly to sort that out. The batteries to the airconditioner were flat but we used ones from the TV.
• Patrycja (4/5): Would probably be okay to stay for a weekend when it is warm or hot. - The flat was spacious for 2 persons, the bed in the bedroom very comfortable, the sofa as well. Nice to have a toaster and coffee machine. Clean bedsheets and towels. Good location for main tourist attractions. We were there for a week, when it rained almost every day and was rather cold at night. Air conditioning only provided cold air, although in the description it said there was heating as well. A guy came on the third day - repaired it - and it stopped working again the following day. I got a cold because of the cold in the apartment. The washing machine - one of the main reasons I chose this property for - was also broken. The owner brought a card to use at a public washing service, but it looked like a loyalty card rather than a prepaid card, so we didn't use it. We washed underwear and shirts by hand - my socks took 2 days to dry, because of the humidity in the flat. The owner (or renting service) offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience, which did not even cover the cost of medication. Another thing - if you use three electricity powered amenities (e.g.lights, tv and toaster), you are likely to get a short. Not very nice to get stuck in the shower with no lights on... Two symbolic bars of soap for the whole week stay were a joke - just write that you have to bring your own soap/shower gel/shampoo, instead of making your clients buy basic stuff on arrival.
• Luke (8/5): Great location and big apartment - Location was great and the apartment was really spacious, bigger than what we expected. TV was fading out and the air con fans hit us directly where the bed was, so we would get cold if ac was on and hot if it was off.
• Hilary (6/5): Pleasant - A nice apartment, well-furnished and exactly as described. The location is good for the historic centre. There was the bare minimum of kitchen equipment. No chopping board or bread knife or adequate can opener and just enough plates etc to get through one meal. What is the point of a dishwasher with so little crockery to fill it? I had problems with the pre-registrationn process and the staff were unhelpful, leaving us with a 40 minute hike to the office and back, which is not what one needs on the day of arrival. A little more information and care would have avoided this.
• Anjalika (8/5): We had a great stay! - The host is very prompt with his replies and helpful. The checkin and key collection process is smooth and hassle free. The apartment also is very clean, well equipped and well located. From the photos and property description you don't understand that it is a basement apartment, which is why there is no natural light.
