• Alin-Constantin (1/5): Disappointing experience – poor building conditions, hygiene issues, and excessive noise - The location is convenient, with the Underground station within short walking distance. I booked this apartment in December for a family stay while visiting London with our baby. The photos online looked promising, and the apartment itself was acceptable in size and basic comfort. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly below expectations. From the moment we arrived, the condition of the building was concerning. The entrance and stairwell to the second floor were very dirty, dusty, poorly maintained, and surrounded by construction materials. This created a very bad first impression and was quite embarrassing when welcoming family members. Inside the apartment, there were several serious issues: 1. A dirty mop was left next to the dining table in the kitchen, with a very strong and unpleasant smell. It was so bad that I had to remove it from the apartment temporarily to avoid feeling sick. 2. The sofa and cushions were extremely dusty. When I moved the pillows, visible dust spread into the air. I suffer from dust-mite allergies, and this triggered severe symptoms (runny nose, coughing, watery and painful eyes) for several days, which completely affected our stay and our ability to enjoy the city. 3. The boiler in the living room was exceptionally loud, sounding like an aircraft engine during operation, making it very uncomfortable to rest, especially with a baby. Overall, while the apartment may look acceptable in photos, the reality was very different due to hygiene standards, building condition, and noise. I would not choose this property again and would advise future guests, especially families or people with allergies, to be very cautious.

We konden niet live kijken naar BBC bv We misten een kurkentrekker in de besteklade. De verwarming deed het niet. Ook niet de elektrische radiatoren.

• Caroline (9/5): - Great location, loads of beds for large group of friends. Kitchen very small for the amount of people the property can hold. Some of the chairs were broken and need replacing. One bedroom had 2 beds when it probably should only have 1 so you couldn't close the bedroom door.

• Stanislav (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment in Camden. Close (5 minutes walk) to underground station Chalk farm. Suitable for larger groups. Had some trouble entering the apartment, but the host sent us video how to open the door immediately. Some small details spoilt the impression like broken window in one room.

• Claire (7/5): Good convenient stay. - The beds were excellent and property close to the station and markets. Slightly cramped for our family of 5 teenagers and young adults. Unfortunately some of the furniture items were broken (chair/lamp) washing powder was glued to the compartment, door would not stay open in the kitchen as the door stopper was broken.

And very clean and confortable The flat is a bit small for all this bedding, the common part of the building could be nicer.
• Amy (7/5): Great location, great host, very clean. - This is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from Chalk Farm tube station. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything that you need for your stay. The host is great, very helpful and always on hand to help if needed. The rooms aren’t as spacious as the photos show. There is only hot water in one of the bathrooms.

• Niina (7/5): Good - The location was excellent—just a 2-minute walk to the metro. The kitchen was well-equipped and even had a dishwasher. The beds were comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a couple of nights. The apartment had two bathrooms, but in one of them, the hot water didn’t work, so we essentially only had one shower for seven people. We were a group of colleagues, and all the beds had shared double blankets. In one bedroom, the window was broken and wouldn’t close, so it got quite cold at night. The kitchen door wouldn’t stay open, so we had to wedge a chair in between, and then jump over it every time we wanted to go to the kitchen.
