• Nguyen (1/5): TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOST TO ANYONE. - I booked my stay at SOHO resident for 4 nights, but when I get there, my host said the property is under fire inspection, which he didn't let me know until I got there. Then me move me to a whole different area which is at Rivergate towel, district 4. The room there was terrible, there is some clear tape to patch the door, wallpaper coming off the wall, the washer is almost broken. I asked him to see if there is other room, but he said NO, that is the best room they have. 3 nights later, I got a call from him saying that the room under neath my room has some water damage, so I have to be move to a different room for the last night. The last room that we stayed at was a LOT better then the other room, so he lied to me that the other room was the best one. The whole experience was a nightmare. I feel like they just tried to move customer to wherever they like, not to where customer will be happy.

• Lan (9/5): like the places convenient location and cleanliness, just small issues that could make it great. - the location is good. it’s within walking distance to places. Lots of places to eat. Not enough cutlery and plates. No rice cooker. No hand towels and tea towels.

• Kaz (8/5): Good stay for the price, located close to shops and eateries. - The property was clean and cosy like being at home. Neighbours were up early with some noise we could hear, best to bring along ear plugs if intended to sleep in.
• Choua (5/5): Fair for price paid - Reasonable price for the small apartment Wobbly furniture, the dining table, balcony chairs and microwave weren’t stable. Main bedroom mattress sunk in the middle making sleep sharing uncomfortable. The second bedroom aircon was not turned on due to an off smell when in operation.
• Tiam (4/5): Disappointing - Location and amenities Improvement could be made to cleanliness of the apartment. Mold everywhere in the bathrooms, and overall the apartment smells musty
• Tiam (5/5): Passable - Location. Overall good amenities Staff made me switch over to 2 different apartment complex before settling down on one where a condo unit was availble. Although the replacement condo was fair value for money, this change caused a lot of inconvenience especially as we have 2 small kids travelling with us
• Tiam (7/5): Good - Location, comfortable and amenities Room given was not the same as the one pictured
