• Fernanda (8/5): - Apartamento organizado, bem estruturado e completo. Tem utensílios de cozinha, o que facilita. A localização é perfeita, tem mercados na frente e fácil de acessar. As janelas pequenas não fechavam e quando ventava fazia muito barulho, conseguimos ajustar com papelão. Em todo momento fica dando estralos que não sabemos de onde seria. Poderia ter mais um edredom. O ralo da cozinha, quando está sem a proteção deixa o ap completamente fedido.
• Giovanna (8/5): Revisar detalles de implementación del departamento - Lo mejor es que está cerca de la estación del metro y a unas cuadras de Copacabana y saliendo por el Copacabana Palace, supermercados y farmacias cercanas El departamento que nos tocó era el número 402,tienen unos vecinos que tiene perrito y el olor se pasa al departamento ,la TV nosé si tenía problemas o era problema de control remoto,encontramos detalles que se pueden solucionar por el encargado revisando
• ELOY (2/5): Un mantenimiento realmente pésimo - La localización está bien. El mantenimiento de las instalaciones es pésimo. Se equivocaron de apartamento para nuestra reserva y nos facilitaron un código para entrar en un apartamento ocupado. Al entrar al nuestro la cama estaba sucia y las sábanas sin cambiar, solo las toallas estaban limpias. Las almohadas estaban tan sucias que no pudimos ni utilizarlas y tuvimos que pedir nuevas. La pica del baño estaba inundada todo el tiempo, el secador no funciona y los vecinos son unos guarros. Más de un día nos han tirado cáscaras de huevo a la ventana del baño o basura. Es realmente asqueroso. El apartamento tiene un montón de humedades, y suciedad en las paredes. Es verdaderamente insalubre. Aparte nos dejaron un colchón de más que no pertenecía a nuestra reserva.

• Liliana (1/5): NO RESERVES - Nada Convivimos cuatro días con cucarachas por todo el departamento, una noche me levante y el vaso que dejamos sobre el desayunador estaba con vichos, olor a gas en el pasillo y mucho ruido, humedad en las paredes, el dueño fue consultado por toallas y papel higiénico y nunca respondió, pero si insistió en el día de la salida, tuvimos que pagar otro alojamiento por cuatro días, la entrada dejaba mucho que desear, PAGUE POR UNA ESTADIA DOS ALOJAMIENTOS, BOOKING verifiquen que es lo que ofrecen, como recueramos la segunda estadia?

• Valentina (6/5): - Top Location We stayed in this apartment for 10 days over New Year’s Eve. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from Copacabana Beach and very close to the main stage where the biggest show took place. The street itself isn’t very clean and there are cockroaches around, but this seems quite common for the area. We had a small issue at check-in because an incorrect access code was provided, but after contacting the host, we quickly received a new one and were able to enter without further problems. The apartment is small, but for three people it’s manageable for a 10-day stay. We would recommend adding some wall hooks, as there was nowhere to hang towels or clothes. Unfortunately, the linen service could be improved: only two towels per person for 10 days during high season felt insufficient. The same goes for basic supplies - three rolls of toilet paper for three people over 10 days were not enough, so we had to buy more, as well as shower gel since only small bottles of shampoo and conditioner were provided. There was also a minor issue with the air conditioning, as the split unit was leaking water inside. Overall, the experience was acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Alla casa manca un po di cura, condizionatore e internet non hanno funzionato e il secondo condizionatore in camera emette un rumore così forte da non poterlo nemmeno tenere acceso. Inoltre purtroppo dal bagno usciva sempre un cattivo odore.

• Tracey (8/5): - The apartment was self contained and central so we could buy groceries at markets close by and cook a meal or two each day at home. We checked in late at night (early morning) without any issues. The host was a very good communicator and easy going. Close to the subway which took a bit of figuring out but was handy once we (kind of) knew what we were doing. All in all a good little unit. The area where the apartment was could get a bit shady at night, but that’s not unusual for lots of places we noticed while walking around, you just need to have your wits about you, same goes for anywhere in Rio.
• Sean Andrew (8/5): Great location for a few days, very comfortable too. - Fantastic location, quiet at night, spacious, good facilities. Could've been cleaner, but honestly not a big deal if you're staying a few nights. Also, late at night there are quite a few homeless in the area but they tend to keep to themselves.
• Kenzo (10/5): Excellent stay - The stay was as expected. Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and available. I would suggest this for people also to immerse in the life of locals since you reside next to other Brazilians who live in the same building.
• Lupuche Coveñas (9/5): Excelente - Lo que más me gusto fue que tenias tiendas cercas para cualquier cosa y el apartamento todo implementado 10/10. Que en el edificio había una persona mayor que se metía al ascensor y trataba de acosar, deben tener más control con eso. Es una persona de edad ya, pero deben tener más cuidado ya que eso puede resultar peligroso para otros turistas más aun si son mujeres y llegan solas.

• Letícia RG (10/5): Bonito e moderno - O AP é bem moderno, bonito, bem equipado, tinha tudo que precisamos. O espaço é ótimo para duas pessoas. Tinha geladeira, microondas. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Fechadura eletrônica facilita bastante. Tem bastante tomadas e pontos de luz. Estava tudo ótimo.

Presença de baratas no banheiro e cozinha, presença de mofo na parede entre a sala e o banheiro, revestimento do banheiro trincado, ventilador fazendo barulho ao desligar, panelas com conservação ruim, não tem sanduicheira, controle de acesso na portaria deixa a desejar, barulho no corredor, as tomadas próximas à cama não estão funcionando, o anfitrião não respinde rápido.

• FREDERIQUE (5/5): - Le propriétaire ne répond à aucun mail ou appel téléphonique. Il faisait froid dans l'appartement et nous avons réclame une couverture supplémentaire, pas de reponse! Il y a une misérable mini couverture trouée avec une clim que nous n'avons pas pu baisser. Le canapé soit disant convertible est sale et cassé , la porte de la salle de bain ne ferme pas. Bref, très déçus de ce séjour qui .e correspond pas à la description de Booking.

Acho q são coisas fáceis de resolver, b - Acomodação no geral estava ótima só faltou 1 edredon pois fomos numa semana q estava frio e só tinha 1 edredom de solteiro e a estadia era para casal O banheiro no primeiro banho alagou todo o box inundando o banheiro por completo.

• William (1/5): Absolutely horrible. DO NOT recommend! Would not stay here ever. - ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Nothing that I liked. Everything was bad. This is a good place to stay at if you like: - ants crawling around the place, including the kitchen and bathroom sink - cockroaches in the shower with you - holes in the wall - a broken pull out couch that doesn’t function as a bed - stains on the couch - a scary neighborhood where homeless people live outside the entrance - noisy neighbors throughout the day, night and morning - an AC that spews water (and there may be a bird that lives in it) - an unresponsive host who will leave you with issues for over a week
• Mathias (5/5): Avoid if you want comfort or respect - The location is great for staying at Copacabana but Copabana itself has a lot of dirty and (it's very sad) lot of homeless on every corner. That's not a problem for me but it's not the best neighborhood and/or zone at Copacabana for going around. The host was rude and unattentive. The keylock not worked and he was need to send me three codes in order to get into the APT. The room WAS NOT the same as pictures. It didn't have the armchair or decoration displayed. I rented for less money double space and top furniture at better location.
