• Laurent (9/5): Un bon séjour familial en plein centre ! - L’emplacement en plein centre historique de Rome est top et permet de visiter bon nombre de choses à pied. La literie pourrait être mieux, tout comme l’isolation. Nous étions réveillés tôt par des bruits de perceuse et le soir entendions les voisins faire la fête.

• Michael (1/5): Good location, but won’t be back - It is close to the Trevi fountain, not far from the Spanish steps. If everything works out, they do allow early check in. Large apartment space. Location: first floor right above traffic lights so is fairly noisy during the day and until very late at night. The back room is less noisy, but the front bedroom and lounge/kitchen is very noisy. Cleanliness: property hadn’t been cleaned at all from previous occupants. They allowed an early check in for us (which we initially thought was great), but the place hadn’t been cleaned - so we let them know and came back at the actual booking time 1.5hrs later where it still hadn’t been cleaned. They tried to assist then, stating that the cleaner had an emergency, and offered to refund the cleaning fee which still hasn’t occured ~ 5 weeks later. Comfort: possibly the most uncomfortable beds we stayed in while travelling. One bed was rock hard, the other was on an angle. It is difficult to get hold of the person looking after the property, we found calling instead of messaging seemed to work.

• Xiyan (2/5): Déconseillé : odeur d’égout persistante impactant fortement le séjour, avec des problèmes de confidentialité et de sécur - L’appartement est bien situé et les photos sont attrayantes, mais le logement ne correspond absolument pas à ce qui est annoncé. Après la réservation, il m’a été demandé à plusieurs reprises de transmettre des données personnelles sensibles (adresse, pièces d’identité, photos avec document en main) via un lien externe, sans aucune explication claire sur la légalité ou la protection de ces données. Cela soulève de sérieuses inquiétudes en matière de respect de la vie privée. À l’arrivée, le logement présentait une odeur d’égout persistante. Malgré une aération prolongée et plusieurs tentatives, l’odeur n’a jamais disparu. À chaque retour dans l’appartement, une forte odeur d’égout se dégageait immédiatement, donnant l’impression d’être dans un environnement de canalisation, ce qui rendait l’utilisation normale du logement difficile, voire impossible pour y prendre ses repas. Des problèmes évidents de sécurité sont également à signaler : le judas de la porte d’entrée est manquant, laissant un trou permettant de voir directement à l’intérieur depuis l’extérieur. Ce point a été signalé, sans aucune correction pendant le séjour. Les conditions de confort sont très insuffisantes : salle de bain extrêmement exiguë, douche défectueuse avec fuite, et absence de clé d’accès à l’immeuble pendant les deux premiers jours, obligeant à dépendre de l’hôte pour chaque entrée. La literie est inacceptable pour ce niveau de prix : la “couette” est en réalité une couverture usée avec un intérieur sale, simplement recouverte d’un drap. Le niveau d’hygiène et de confort est très en dessous des standards attendus. Au vu de ces éléments factuels, le logement ne respecte ni le niveau de qualité annoncé, ni les conditions de base en matière d’hygiène, de sécurité et de respect de la vie privée. Le tarif de plus de 400 € par nuit est totalement injustifié. Expérience très décevante, je déconseille fortement.
• de Villiers (9/5): Perfect stay for 3 people (not ideal for 4 adults). Vibey area with loads to do - Centrally located in relation to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. About 700m from nearest Metro Stop (Barberini), which doesn't have a lift so you have to carry your suitcases up some stairs. There is lift in the apartment block. The kitchen can be laid out much smarter - crockery ends up being stored on top of other kitchen ware and pots/pans stored in the oven. The rubbish bin is way too small for 4 people cooking for themselves and we were told to keep the rubbish in the unit, but that's not practical at all. Ended up throwing my own rubbish away in public bins in the street just to get rid of the waste.

The AC in the bedroom was faulty, re set itself every few minutes, flashed all night lighting up the room severely disturbing sleep. There were no manuals the apartment for either AC unit or the blinds built into the window.

• Sevim (8/5): Schoon, ruim en super centraal! - de locatie, was echt overal dichtbij, meteen achter de Trevi fontein. De kamers waren erg ruim, en schoon. De keuken was ook fijn om te gebruiken. We mochten ook 2 uur later uitchecken, dat was erg aardig van de host, want we gaven dat op het laatste moment aan. De douche was heel klein. De airco die in een van de kamers zat maakte geluid, ook al stond het uit, dat verstoorde de nachtrust.

Definitely recommend this place! - The location of the room was so close to the Trevi Fountain and only 7 minutes away from the Spanish Steps. • mahmouddahleh (8/5): מומלץ לחופשה משפחתית במרכז רומא - מיקום יוצא מן הכלל. מרכזי מאוד. שווה בית מלון באותו מיקום קרוב מאוד למיטב האטרקציות התיירותיות ברומא. המארחת "ברונה" אדם נהדר וחביב מאוד. קשובה לכל דבר ומסייעת בכל מה שנדרש מיד עם פנייה אליך בוואטצפ. המקום נקי ומסודר ומתאים לשהייה של עד 5 אנשים בוגרים או 4 מבוגרים וילד. החימום בדירה היה טוב. בקיצור מקום מתאים נהדר ועושה את העבודה לשהייה נוחה וחופשה משפחתית ברומא למרות שהגענו בסביבות שעה 17:00 (צ'ק אין ) עם הודעה מראש (לפחות 5 שעות) מצאנו את המנקה עדיין בבית. הריחות בחדר השירותים והמקלחת היו לא נעימים. אין מספיק אביזרים הנדרשים לשהייה בדירה. אין מספיק ארונות סגורים (אחד בלבד בחדר אחד). מגבות צריך יותר לשהייה של 3 לילות (היתה מגבת אחת גדולה ואחת קטנה לכל אורח) כשאין מכונת כביסה. בחורף צריך לדעתי לשים מעט שטיחים כי נראה שהרצפה אינה מחוממת. המחיר לא כ"כ הולם את התמורה. עם מחיר של כמעט 1300 יורו ל 4 לילות מצופה יותר אביזרי נוחות כמו למשל נעלי בית חד פעמי , יותר חומרי פינוק במקלחת ועוד.

Σίγουρα θα επέλεγα ξανά αυτό το κατάλυμα!!!
• Katalin (10/5): Cozy, clean and situated in a very good place. Recommend - Both apartments are wonderful — clean, comfortable, and perfectly suitable for 4–6 people. The location is excellent: all major sights are within walking distance. The Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and Via del Corso are only a few minutes away, and bus 492 to the Vatican departs right in front of the building. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores in the neighborhood. Bruna was incredibly helpful, assisting us with the airport transfer and throughout the check-in process. We highly recommend both apartments!

• BURHAN (10/5): Brilliant - First of all, I would like to thank the host for the attention and quick response shown from the moment we landed at the airport. Due to a baggage belt malfunction at the airport, the car we had booked through Booking left without notifying us. The host quickly arranged an excellent transfer for us. The house was generally clean and had all the necessary amenities for a family with two children. In terms of location, it is very central—just a two-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and about ten minutes to metro stations. You can find everything you need around the house, including supermarkets. Even after we had checked out, I must mention the support the host provided during an unfortunate situation. While traveling from Italy to France, we realized we had forgotten two of our bags at the airport. Thanks to an iPod inside one of the bags, we were able to locate them at the airport. We contacted the airline and the airport’s lost and found department, but no one was able to help us. Then we thought of calling the host, who immediately stepped in and managed to locate our bags. Thanks to her, we recovered everything without any loss. I want to express my gratitude once again. If I ever travel to Italy again, I would definitely stay here without hesitation. Nothing.

It was a three minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and five minute walk to the Spanish Steps. Also surrounded by many hidden gems like Church of Gesu. It was also conveniently located right next to La Rinascente for those who like to shop. Bruna and Serena also kindly give recommendations so that their guests can experience Rome to the fullest. They were also kind enough to call our family a taxi to the airport for a very convenient price. Thank you Bruna and Serena! The lighting situation was difficult to use. Every time we opened the doors to let someone in or out, all of the lights, including the AC would turn off.

• Tiffany (9/5): Lovley, centrally located apartment - perfect for a family get away. - The host was helpful. The building was centrally located and well-maintained with an elevator. The apartment was very clean and recently renovated. We were never able to figure out how to use the AC unit and the light switches were a bit odd. It was hard to figure out which was for what.
• Quang (1/5): Bad - It's been a long time since I've come up to share a problem and an unpleasant experience in Rome, Italy 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹especially with this apartment which we just booked on booking and as a guest that always trust and use booking application for almost our trip i have to say i am very frustrated about this experience. If your whole family is traveling, avoid the Apartment below or you'll just waste money and get frustrated. The condition of the room is not the same as the pictures posted on booking. The beds in the 2 bedrooms were broken before we could sleep. The 6 of us booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. When we arrived, the beds in both rooms were neatly covered with sheets and mattresses, so at first glance, we couldn't see that the bed was broken and temporarily fixed (the photo was uploaded to booking and the real photo I'll share below). My husband sat down lightly and it collapsed. The building's wifi was completely unusable during our entire stay, all the furniture such as hangers, cups and glasses were broken and not intact. Leftover items from previous guests were in the closet and the refrigerator was not cleaned properly, there were many other details that I can't mention here. We complained to the host and received very uncivilized curses and threats saying that we had broken both sides of the bed and that the bed was intact before we arrived to receive the house and threatened to complain back to booking. And last but not least, I noticed that all my money had been stolen from my wallet ( about 1500euro) and they only left 2-3 pieces of 50 euro back to avoid being exposed, proving that I had done it professionally and very methodically, which I had left at the apartment during the entire process of moving and staying here. I felt like everything was a trap and finally I understood why an apartment with so many rooms did not have a safe for guests to keep their belongings and money.

Our host addressed the issue, but during the week we stayed there, we still had to sleep in the broken beds.

The apartment is perfect for 4 people, well decorated with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay with a good bathroom, big bedroom and well -equiped kitchen. We loved it! The apartment has a fantastic localization within a 1-2 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain, being very close to many restaurants, bars, shops etc. It was also near other touristic spots and it was also possible to walk to the Vatican and Trastevere. • Greg (9/5): Highly recommend this place to anyone - The location was perfect for walking to all the main areas of Rome I thought certain items should have been available such as a cloth to wash dishes and paper napkins.

• Hoi (3/5): Not good - The apartment feels quite creepy, the lights in rooms are a bit dark. The walls need some renovation. The air conditioner is barely working. The host called a technician to check the air con, but with only short notice. The co-host just suddenly knocked on the door and tried to enter the apartment. VERY CREEPY

• Karthik (8/5): Very good - The location was awesome, and bruna and her staff are amazing and very prompt to attend to concerns. They went sbive and beyond to help keep our luggage for an extended period of time. The air conditioner does not work well. The one in the bedroom is just not cut out for summer. I repeatedly asked, and i was sad to say, not given an honest response. I also said this was important, and yet they werent forthcomming about it. So i would say i would give a 3* for this specific aspect of the apartment.
• Vinayak (10/5): Exceptional - The location and the facilities were excellent. The staff were on top of their game. Could have used an extra bathroom, but that's a small detail for me
• Cowen (8/5): Good apartment in Trevi area but perhaps a little overpriced and in need of some improvements. - Spacious with good kitchenette, kitchen items and dining area. Location was good and only a block from the Trevi fountain but note it is right above a rather busy intersection of tourist crossings from the Trevi area to the Spanish Steps area. Lots of lovely local bistros in short distance and a moderate walk to other major attractions. Small elevator available to assist with luggage transport to upper floors. Sofa in living area needs replacement. Cushions kept falling onto the ground and sheet was used to cover it and some discolorations. Air conditioning in main living/dining room was excellent but in the bedrooms it was just ok. Beds and bathroom were just ok. Communication with host was ok but not always quick. I think this is a fine apartment but the price to value proposition is perhaps slightly inflated.

• Irene (5/5): The location of apartment is great and host was very responsive and helpful. - Host met us on time and was very helpful, responsive, and understanding. The apartment felt dirty, not enough counter space, and apartment felt stuffy. We couldn’t get the AC to turn on however host did offer to help us. It was hard to make time to meet host to fix this issue. The lady who met us on first day was very rushed and didn’t show us anything in the apartment. This caused lots of time wasted talking to host about the apartment. Overall I liked the location of the apartment and the host was nice, understanding, and responsive. I just wished the apartment was more up to date and cleaner. The towels also smelled like vinegar. Shower is super small.

• Laura (10/5): Very much enjoyed! - The accommodation was perfectly located. Everything was within walking distance. The contact with the hosts was nice and we were helped well with all our questions. The apartment was very clean and everything regarding the keys also went very well. I will definitely recommend this apartment for a weekend in Rome. Not all the beds were very nice. The sofa bed and single bed were quite saggy. It was also very unfortunate that due to renovations to the property, the windows could not be opened properly. As a result, there was very little sunlight in the apartment.
• Christian (5/5): Good location, not cheap stay, but not providing the basic use product and no tax invoice. - Location Bad service, no battery for the remote controller. No tissues, no coffee pods like other. No tax invoice provided.
• Adam (9/5): Host communicating perfectly, picked up keys from a lock box. The location is perfect. - Perfect location. Easy to pick up keys. Perfect stay for 4 people as there are 2 separate bedrooms. The apartment could use a bit of renovating. Paint the walls fresh, newer sofa. But this is not a deal breaker :)
