- Tonya (4/5): This property has good potential however is sorely lacking in quality and details - the instructions for the garage and - The size of the property was decent for what we required - the location had a luvly outlook - the linen provided was clean and x2 main beds made up comfortably The pics on the site have the property a high end look - and it really wasn’t - The furniture was grubby and very used - especially the lounge and balcony furniture and areas - tv requires an update as does the kitchen cookware and utensils - the fridge made loud gurgling noises and the dishwasher required a good clean - the washing machine and dryer required a wipe inside as there were loads of fluff and a sock - some of them were fine - the surfaces seem sticky - the bathrooms need a huge upgrade and looked old and rusty in areas - the bathroom drawers contained used toiletry items - the bunk beds were wobbly and shaky - the balcony areas had cobwebs and leaves and required a freshen up - the decor was old dusty and tired - in saying that I’m sure the hsk teams did a wipe over however you can’t fix substandard product - a below average stay that could have been so much better with attention to detail - the check in process was fine HOWEVER…. There were NO guidelines on how to get in to and out of the garage and no details on the garage itself or how to enter the apartment - the garage had items locked in place frm owner making parking inside garage too hard - the after hours service was fantastic and helpful and really very kind to personally attend and assist which really helped - there was no follow up after the shambles of initial check in even after specifically requesting one frm the management - and absolutely no apology forthcoming at all - very poor attention to detail here which was not a great start - overall a disappointing experience and would not recommend it in its current stage

Two bathrooms and a laundry with a third shower were excellent and the kitchen was well supplied. Modern, attractive, with secure parking and lifts to each floor. Nothing

A fairly big unit with a decent size & usable west facing balcony to sit in the afternoon and watch the sunset. Nothing really.
If I have to suggest a couple of improvements (& being an interior designer myself), firstly it would be much nicer if there's some ambient lighting in the living & dining rooms 😊.
Secondly, it'd be great to have blockout curtains in the two bedrooms. The vertical blinds allow too much sunlight in the morning.
