Guest Reviews
- Roland (10/5): - Kedves szállás adók, tisztaság, kényelem, modern bútorzat, kiváló elhelyezkedés. Plusz pont, hogy a tv okos.
- Lilia (8/5): Fab location & very cosy! - Fab location, 10-15min walk to piazza Venezia, 5min walk to fabulous area of Monti (eg via Serpenti, Via Urbana with its cute shops and galleries). Super cosy little place with very comfortable bed, quality pillows, beautifully decorated. A desk by the window is a real plus if you have to work a bit. Great bathroom, with fab shower. I also really loved the mezzanine bed set up, really fab staircase. I appreciate that if you go to the bathroom a lot or have mobility issues, this is definitely not for you. Communication with the owner was good. Photos do not show full beauty of this apartment. Check out at 10 am, at this price point, is a disappointment, considering no suitcase storage is available. At least 11 am would make all the difference. No double-glazing on the window, so it gets quite noisy - if you are noise sensitive, bring ear plugs, there are also civil works in full swing outside (though owners cannot control that). I would also suggest basic amenities - standard at this pricepoint, eg bottle of water in the fridge, as a welcome, so one doesn't have to go shopping tired from the road at night. Also basic amenities besides decanted hand soap would be great. Again, bring your own shampoo, conditioner etc, or be prepared to go shopping when you travel in. The kitchen is not equipped for any serious cooking, just light holiday prep, eg basic paring knife is not there, leave alone salt, pepper, sugar, or oil. So if you intend to cook, be prepared to go spend and stock up. I didn't cook and brought my own Nespresso capsules, sugar, and tea, and suggest - if the quality of these is super important to you, bring your own.
- Dario (10/5): Appartamento fantastico - Mi è piaciuto tutto. Appartamento confortevole e ben arredato. Niente
- Abby (9/5): -
- Nitika (9/5): Superb -
- Julija (10/5): Exceptional - I had a lot of questions before I arrived, and the hosts were very kind to answer them. We were welcomed, shown around, talked, laughed and had a wonderful time. I didn't want to go home. :) Very clean. It's very quiet, even though it's in the centre. The air conditioner was a great way to save us from the hot weather. We enjoyed cooking in the evenings.
We will definitely come back here again. :) There are no downsides. Just a few tips for the owners themselves:
1. A cutting board would be very handy.
2. It would be very good if the TV could be connected to Wifi, so that at least Youtube could be activated. :)
- Bozena (10/5): ideal place for a romantic stay in Rome! - loved the place, newly rennovated, clean- well located! definitely recommend! loved everything! the owner told us the gallery was low (seeing us both tall) but it didn't bother us at all. very nice place!
- Olivia (10/5): I would booked my stay here again- really lovely owners and great location - Very spacious, great location and comfortable
- Marie (10/5): We had such a wonderful stay, I will be rebooking next time I’m in Roma - The location was perfect! The apartment was so comfortable and well equipped and spotless! Nothing, everything was as described in the listing!
- Lee (10/5): Amazing. Will 100% rebook if I’m ever in Rome again. - Exceptional location, amazing host, perfectly clean, everything you could ask for in terms of quality of stay. I didn’t encounter any issues while staying.
- Jerome (9/5): Superb -
- Dovydas (10/5): The place was located in the heart of Rome, it was clean, quiet, cozy and spacious. - Host was super friendly, he met us in the street and showed the way to the apartment. Apartment was super new, we were one of the first guests. It was very spacious and located in the heart of the city, so it was super easy to reach all the landmarks of Rome, but yet it was super quiet. More over this place felt like home, super cozy. There was anything that we didn't like. The place was new, hosts were very friendly and helpful. Everything went well. Whenever I will be back in Rome, will stay at this place.
- Ryan (10/5): Great location. Tastefully done. Perfect for a single or couple. - Apparently I was the first to stay here, and I wish I could've stayed more than two nights. The location was great. I logged in about 15k steps each day and resorted to the Lime scooter when I was under a time frame as well as to the Vatican. Sadly I took the scooter the 2nd time there just to run around it. How often can you say you've run around an entire country and in 22 minutes to boot? Easy walk to the Coloseum, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain with plenty to see in between them. Restaurants, coffee shops and gelato are nearby. Why no one in the states makes a Nutella gelato is beyond me.
The decor was tasteful and nice. The bed was comfortable enough. It's a touch firm for me, but all I really care about is my back not hurting in the morning, which it didn't, so good to go. Small fridge is good size to throw some bottles of water, soda and leftovers if you have them. They even had a big bottle of water in there for me from the get go which was nice. Thankfully the fridge has a freezer since us Americans do like ice.
Single serve coffee maker is there. Used it to augment a cappuccino since I like to sip my coffee for a bit and those little cappuccinos are gone in three sips. Why is coffee so much better there?
Think it's a great place for a solo traveler or couple. Tastefully done. Super nice owners that I think live in another unit there as I ran into them once on my way out. So they seemed like they'd be responsive if I needed anything.
Would stay there again if I have the opportunity to go back. Two days in Rome is not enough.
And side note, never did the Airbnb type thing through booking.com. So that went well. I pretty much winged my stays in Venice and Rome and found both places through booking, opting to use booking over the Airbnb type sites. There's nothing to really complain about. I'd add a second ice cube tray in the freezer and have tissues available. But that's just personal stuff and nothing I'd complain about. American Airlines not having my gluten free meal is something I'd complain about. Those two little things are just preference stuff.
