• Chieh-Yu CYC (9/5): - Very friendly host and tried to help us out for whatever questions we might have. The location was perfect. The apartment was cozy and clean, and we had everything we need during the stay. We had prepared ourselves about bring up the suitcase with the stairs so not a big issue, but nice to keep in mind since it was traditional narrow stairs. We had a great time in Florence thanks to this cute space to stay during our visit. We used to sleep on side so the bed is kinda small for us. Rest everything is fine!

• Katarzyna (9/5): Great location and very spacious apartment for visiting family of 4 - Great location and very spacious apartment. You can get everywhere in minutes. The restaurant on the corner of the piazza is incredible. Comfortable bed and sofa bed for kids also very comfy. The kitchen was functional and had everything you need. We were family of 4 so it was a bit tight to sit around but we never cooked anyway, just grabbed a coffee. Please note that there are steep stairs to the apartment. We were absolutely fine but if it was my mum, she would have struggled. The shower worked well but was dated.

• Kevin (10/5): - Don't let the 40 stairs put you of, the luggage only goes up once and when you are in the apartment you realise it was worth it. It was in a great location for exploring Firenze on foot and we did. The kitchen had decent knives for food prep, something very rarly found in our travels and the owner responded promptly to a small issue we had with the shower, great service, a very nice person. We had some concerns about being in the market street but it turned out to be a bonus and the main central market was just accross from the entrance door, brilliant. Nothing, it was great

• Gerard (8/5): LOVE FLORENCE and this apartment did not let us down. - Close to everything, and I mean everything. the area was very vibrant. Very very clean room with lots of amenities. was everything he said it would be. Climb up the stair with heavy bags. Tight space and long way for a man in his late 50's😊. I understand making a clearer point on this when booking may put people off but seriously every other selling point about the apartment and the host in general will outweigh the negativity.

• Merve (9/5): Lovely flat next to the market in Florence - The flat is lovely, cleant and at a great location, Riccardo has been great and super flexible with our late checkin and he also sent tips around Florence which we made use of. We recommend staying here! There is a daily street market outside but it is relatively quiet so just adding here in case you do not want prefer this.

• Melitta (10/5): Convenient and spacious - The entire apartment is very cute and spacious. The location is perfection, right outside the Mercato centrale and very close to main sites. Riccardo is extremely helpful, I was provided a list of sites, restaurant and bar recommendations which was amazing! If you have big luggage there are about 40steps to get to the apartment but is doable. As the market is right outside windows need to stay closed to keep the noice to a minimum, noise does not travel to the bedroom though which is great.

• Ildikó (10/5): A true gem in Florence - This is a perfect place for your stay in Florence! Central but still quiet, great atmosphere, clean, very nicely furbished, you have a fully equipped kitchen with free coffee/tea making possibilities, dishwasher, microwave, etc. You have a very comfy bed, 2 sofas, a nice bathroom. You can reach all major sites with a short walk, come back anytime for a quick rest and set out to explore again. Riccardo&Pia are great hosts, very responsive, give you all the help you need, answer your questions very quickly. I could leave my luggage there upon my early arrival and they offered me late checkout free of charge on my departure which I appreciated very much. Don’t be afraid of the stairs! The appartment is on the 2nd floor and you have to climb a bit, but you take your time and will get there without a problem. I am big, have bad knees and had heavy lhggage still it was not a problem to come and go, just made it one step at a time. Would love to come back someday!
• Anastassia (10/5): Exceptional - I can recommend this place. Solid nice little flat that has everything to cater your basic needs as a traveller. Silent despite the central location. Good food accessible almost at all times due to the proximity on central market. Black tiny staircase leading to the flat. Takes time to adapt and find how to turn on light. Might be also a problem if you have walking issues or a lot of luggage.
• Jessny (1/5): Bad - The actual apartment is decent, nicely decorated. The location is right in front of the leather market. The building is soooo dirty! There are cockroachs outside the building and previous guests mention cockroaches in the building that the owner is aware of. There are cockroach traps up the stairs in the building. The building is really creepy. In the room the AC didn't work well, it was 26-27C the whole time.
• Chris (10/5): Magnificent. Thank you so much Riccardo and Pia. - We liked everything about this apartment. The hosts Riccardo and Pia were extremely easy to contact and communicate with. They gave a detailed recommendation list of sites to visit, restaurants, eateries and supermarkets. Very attentive to our needs and even granted extra time to check out as our train did not leave until early afternoon. We had been on the road for two months staying at many different places - this apartment was easily our best choice. If you get the chance to stay at this apartment you will never have any regrets. Both the apartment and hosts are fantastic. It is central to everything, comfortable, quiet, full kitchen set up and two sitting rooms. We would not hesitate in staying here again or recommending to family and friends. Nothing. It was perfect.

• Erik (10/5): Good florence stay. - Good location close to train. Sofa beds and bed were very comfortable. Owners were incredible at taking care of our needs. This place has a kitchen so go to the nearby supermarket and do cooking to save money. We tried the market in front of the apartment but it's made for tourists with expensive prices. Go to supermarkets to eat well and save! If you have big luggage the stairs can be a little tight. Nightlife can get a bit loud outside. This was still a great place.

• Lisa (9/5): Superb - Location was great being across from Mercato Centrale but didn't find noise an issue at all. Very central area with a lot of sights within decent walking distance. Enjoyed the spacious layout with a separate sitting/eating area from the bedroom. No breakfast but it was nice to have the full kitchen set up available. The building has a cockroach problem but that seems to be a city of Florence issue. Thankfully only limited to the building stairway and not within the accommodation.

• Kelly (10/5): Beautiful in every way! - This is truly one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in on holidays! And I travel a lot! Absolutely beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, with everything you could need or want. Great location only 7 minutes to walk to train and 5 min walk to Duomo. I am a solo female traveler and it was very safe to walk at night alone back to the apartment; safe neighborhood, and with several supermarkets on each corner. Riccardo, the host, is so attentive and immediately responsive if you need anything - always checking to see if it’s all ok. Easy self check in, and gps walking on google maps brings you right to the door. The apartment alone makes you want to spend more time in beautiful Florence! The only bad part is when you have to leave!

• Fleck (9/5): A comfortable stay in a vibrant area of Florence. - The aparment is clean, spacious, bright, and had everything we needed -- efficient little kitchen, lots of shelves, 2 sitting areas, closet. The location was right in the heart of Florence, across from the fantastic Mercato Centrale. It is a vibrant, bustling area, with vendors setting up and taking down their stalls daily in the street right below. A family with children was directly downstairs from this 3rd floor apartment, so we felt almost like locals. We could easily walk to the duomo and the Uffizi. The bedroom is in the room at the back, for quiet. A really great apartment! Also, the owner was quickly responsive to all our questions via Whatsapp. If you want total peace and quiet, you probably want a different neighborhood. This one was in the midst of the activities and fun.

• Karen (10/5): brilliant for Solo, Couples. best location as so “in it” but so peaceful. - everything. the amount of storage for every type of what’s in your travel bag was amazing throughout the apartment. you could stay as like a real flat. I just loved sitting at the open window each night watching the leather market shut up their “shops” and wheel them out only for the street cleaners to come through and then 7am it all starts again. but as soon as the windows are shut you hear nothing. The air con was great in both bedroom and lounge area. As a solo person the location was exceptional as I could go to the food hall upstairs and either eat there or get food to bring back and eat in apartment. the WiFi was brilliant. I watched 2 movies on my iPad no issues. And the hosts (Riccardo and Mia) are amazing. get in touch via what’s app and everything is answered so well. nothing! just to let people know you do need to walk up 35 steps from ground floor to apartment in case you have any issues. I didn’t - I needed that exercise from all the Italian food!

• Jacqui (10/5): Perfect accommodation, amazing hosts, awesome location! - My wife and I stayed here for three nights, but Riccardo and Pia were amazing hosts from before we even arrived in Europe, until after we checked out. I felt comfortable messaging them for anything, and it was nice to have a friendly person on the other side if we needed them. The apartment was in a perfect location, directly across the market. Walking anywhere and everywhere was super easy, especially Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. We loved having the apartment as a stop to retreat and regroup. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, and had everything we needed. We hope to be back and rebook soon! Nothing, it was perfect.

• Florina (10/5): Perfect place in Florence - The studio is great, it looks exactly like in the pictures. Its locations is unbeatable, very close to the Duomo and other touristic attractions. There are lot of restaurants nearby so no need to go very far for a good meal. We found everything we needed in the apartment: towels, clean sheets, cooking essentials, etc. Pia and Ricardo are great hosts, they answered all our questions and made recommendations for parking, places to eat and things to see. Everything was perfect

The location of the apartment is excellent next to the center and despite the hustle and bustle outside due to the market, the apartment was quiet and we had no problems sleeping. • Manse (10/5): Exceptional - First of all, the location is exceptional. You can walk to the central market in 1 min. where you can eat pasta or risotto for 6 euros. Also, Riccardo and Pia are wonderful hosts who welcomed us and treated us very well like our old friends, communicating well at all times. They even allowed us to do a late check out. In addition, the accommodation is safe, cozy and family friendly, so we did not have any problems during our stay with our two children (5 years and 8 months). I highly recommend this accommodation, especially for those who plan to visit Florence with their children. Almost nothing.
