• MICHAL (7/5): מיקום מושלם, פחות מצטיינים בניקיון. תמורה שווה למחיר - מיקום מושלם, עשר שניות הליכה מהמידרחוב המרכזי יש ליד חנויות בגדים ומסעדות, צוות מדהים ונחמד מאוד. הדירה קומה שניה ללא מעלית, קשה עם המזוודות. יש ריח חזק של תחב ואין חניה קרובה המינימום עשר דקות הליכה.
• Arturo (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the whole property as a whole. Plenty of restaurants and the sights are a walking distance. The style of the flat is very nice. We didn’t prepare any food as the coffee shop is downstairs. The apartment is located on the third floor but we didn’t have any problem as we didn’t take big suitcases (not lift). Apart of that very happy. I will return to beautiful Plovdiv.
• Fani (9/5): Nice apartment in the heart of the Plovdiv - The location of the property and the design of the loft. The apartment is very comfortable for family with two little children. However, the bed in the second bedroom is not enough for two big kids. Very nice park near the apartment. No free parking. Even though there were window nets, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the apartment.
• Endrys (9/5): Superb - the location was pretty good, next to the park and walk distance to all main attractions the city has to offer.
• Mike (7/5): Nice apartment right in the middle of Plovdiv! - Great location overlooking Zsar Simeon Garden Park and close to shops and bars. There’s no lift to the upper floors so climbing stairs is required. We had a couple of minor issues with drain smells and insects which we reported to the management but overall it’s a very good apartment.
• Veera (10/5): A cozy attic apartment with hreat location! - It had everything you needed for few day trip in Plovdiv. The kitchen is well equipped for cooling and washing laundry. That was tremendous help.

• Federico (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment, spacious, the furniture and interiors make it look prestigious. It has all the necessities, including washing machine and coffe machine. The staff was really helpful and quick to reply. It is in the pedestrian area in the city centre, walking distance from the main attractions. Since it is in the pedestrian area, consider that you won't be able to arrive by car or taxi right in front of the building. But there is the road and a bus stop nearby.

• Ekaterina (10/5): This property is a small gem that allows you to dive in the aristocratic atmosphere of old Plovdiv. - The location of the property is perfect, next to the pedestrian zone with all the main shops and 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Old Town and the creative district Kapana, which is full with bars and restaurants, also just next to beautiful park and 5 mins walk away from the Singing Fountains. Before arriving to the property we received detailed e-mail with instructions how to check-in, information where to park the car (the area is pedestrian zone but nearby there is a Blue Zone and the car can be left by paying 2lv/hour parking fee to the municipality). When we entered the property the AC was running and inside the apartment was nicely cool (we travelled in August and usually Plovdiv is quite hot at this time of the year), The apartment is very spacious, nicely decorated with care and keeping some very old authentic furniture while adding some modern and neat touch. There is everything needed as equipment in the bathroom and kitchen. There were maps of the city with sightseeing worth visiting which was very kind and thoughtful from the hosts to leave. There was complimentary coffee and tea. The property was clean and kept tidy and pleasantly aesthetic by keeping in the rooms small decorations from the past. Despite the very central location of the property and the many small restaurants nearby it was very quiet and comfortably isolating any voice from outside. The mattress and the pillows in the master bedroom were very comfortable. Overall our stay was very pleasant and this property is a small gem that allows you to dive in the aristocratic atmosphere of old Plovdiv. We will be more than happy to choose again this property for our next stay in Plovdiv. There is no elevator and if you have heavy bags or you are disabled might be some issue, but for us climbing two floors was just ok. The building itself is little old in the common parts but nothing disturbing. The fridge is little old but kept clean. If you are with car you should provision some extra cost for parking since there is no free available parking spot associated with the property. In the second room where the third bed is located there is no separate AC, so it might become little hotter or the door connecting with the master bedroom should be kept open. The bed in this second room is not as comfortable as the one in the master bedroom. Overall there is no significant problem with the property and it is clear that the owners are taking very good care of the apartment and paying attention to every little detail.
