• Antoine (1/5): - Réservation confirmée, mais à notre arrivée on nous annonce qu’il n’y a finalement plus de chambre disponible. On nous impose alors un relogement dans un autre hôtel du groupe : Swing & Pillows Chow Kit Road. Je tiens à être très clair : même avec toute la bonne volonté du monde, il est strictement impossible de dormir dans cet hôtel. L’isolation phonique est inexistante. Le bruit de la route est constant, voitures et motos passent et grondent toute la nuit sans aucune interruption. Ce n’est pas un simple inconfort, c’est une nuit blanche assurée. En plus de cela, on nous a demandé de verser un dépôt de garantie pour la chambre. Il nous a été assuré que quelqu’un serait présent pour nous le restituer, mais personne n’était là au moment du départ, et le dépôt ne nous a pas été rendu comme promis. Aucune solution, aucune considération pour le client, et une expérience totalement gâchée. Si vous tenez un minimum à votre sommeil, fuyez. Je déconseille formellement cet établissement et leur réseau. Our reservation was confirmed, but upon arrival we were told that there was no room available. We were then forced to relocate to another hotel from the same group: Swing & Pillows Chow Kit Road. I want to be absolutely clear: even with all the goodwill in the world, it is strictly impossible to sleep in this hotel. The soundproofing is nonexistent. The noise from the street is constant — cars and motorcycles pass by and roar all night long without any break. This is not a minor inconvenience; a sleepless night is guaranteed. On top of that, we were asked to pay a security deposit for the room. We were told that someone would be there to return it, but no one was present when we checked out, and the deposit was not returned as promised. No solution was offered, no consideration for the guest, and the entire experience was completely ruined. If you care even slightly about getting some rest, avoid this place at all costs.

One of the bed are noisy.non stop creaking and one of the mattress are not good for back.my sibling got backache in the morning. One of the plug got no cover,its so dangerous.kid will try to touch it and possible got electrocution.

Very disappointed with my stay coz I'm used to like this hotel before. and should treat their regular customer accordingly.

• Matthew (3/5): Like A Box. - The location was nice, being not far from the Titiwangsa station. This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. I couldn't access the WiFi on the second floor and had to rely on my own expensive one. There was often construction-work outside. The payment had to be made in full, through Booking.com, before arrival, and cancellation wasn't allowed. No soap was provided. There was no fridge in the room. The television in the room didn't work. I notified the person at reception that I would be leaving a few weeks early, and I was told that my room couldn't be cleaned again before I leave, because it was around 2 days before I would be leaving and they wanted to wait until I'd left before cleaning the room again, even though I usually had the room cleaned every 3 days.

• Asyraf (10/5): A comfortable, affordable, and convenient stay with excellent staff. I’d definitely come back. - I loved everything. The room was quite spacious, especially for the affordable price. Housekeeping was consistent throughout my long stay, which I really appreciated. Amenities like the iron, water dispensers, tissues, liquid soap, towels, coffee, and hairdryer were all sufficient. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, the room smelled great, and overall it felt very comfortable. The location was excellent too, just a 5-minute walk to the nearest LRT/MRT station, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Because I stayed longer, I never got bored as I could easily change up my meals every day. The staff were amazing. They are calm, professional, patient, and always made me feel at ease. During non-peak hours, Grab rides were also affordable since the property is close to the city centre. Parking was difficult to find, though it didn’t affect me much since I mainly used public transport. The TV wasn’t working, but I was informed beforehand so it wasn’t an issue. The shower handle was loose, but again it didn’t impact my stay at all, just worth noting for future improvement.
