• Carol (9/5): Lovely and convenient Canberra city stay - Location was amazing!! Easy keys pick up and drop off with clear instructions. Parking was convenient. Property was clean and comfortable. The shower tap was a bit confusing and non intuitive, may be good to have simmer instructions on how to operate it!
• CATERINA (7/5): Pleasant central location. But second bedroom too claustrophobic for my liking, - Location and parking excellent. Living space and balcony was excellent for 2 people. (no window in second bedroom was a limitation). Claustrophobic. I thought the wooden floors were not really clean. But the rest of the place was. Lock box is awkward. Low and poorly lit. In poor weather needed 2 people to access the keys. Email instructions for collection of keys need to be proofed and streamlined. Wooden floors needed attention and felt grimy.

• Craig (10/5): Would love to stay here again! - This property is located very close to many cafes and restaurants. A major shopping centre is a short walk away. The underground secure parking is a welcome bonus. The check in instructions from the property agents were comprehensive and detailed. Nothing at all.
• Silvia (8/5): - Detailed check in instructions, the apartment is very nice and in the best location. Free car park in that area is also very convenient. Unfortunately the mattress of the main bedroom is sagging, so if you like firm mattresses this is not for you.

• Anthony (10/5): Quality and comfort in an ideal location - The quality of the apartment was superb. Very clean and well appointed. Had all the amenities you needed. Location is excellent - immediately close to restaurants, take-aways and shops.

Apartment seriously lacking maintenance, in a great location. - Convenient secure car park, generous deck on the east side, tidy bathroom, full size fridge, working microwave, well stocked kitchen cupboards. Hosts provided emails explaining the access to parking etc. Maintenance is long overdue. Beds are in very poor condition, obviously coming apart. Shower hose was missing the nozzle. I put one of the dining chairs aside as it was unusable. The oven tray had sticky fat on it - not clean. Oven interior has visible cleaning product residue. Dirty cup in the cupboard & dishwasher powder stuck to the dishwasher dispenser in it's door. There were no instructions to clearly explain how to switch on the oven, which didn't heat up at all, probably due to having to set a clock, disappointingly wasting our time & food. Pump bottle next to kitchen sink has no indication of what the contents are. Random open chip packet in the pantry. Check-in is 3pm, surely a more thorough clean between guests is possible. I didn't use the laundry as there was a pungent mould smell within that cupboard.

We couldn’t find a bathplug for our kids to use the bath and one of the lounge area blinds wouldn’t go down. The shower was also missing a handheld shower head and a little tricky to use.

The oven was dirty. long black hair was on the bedspread and on the seat of the chair in the sitting room, as well as on the floor in the bathroom. (We have taken some photos) Also, we didn't know that the second bedroom had no window.

• Jamie (7/5): Great stay in a vibrant part of the city! - position, size of the unit. outdoor area. from memory a couple of things needed repairing: Blinds and the back door operation. Small things really.
• Corridors_19 (9/5): Superb - It's very well designed, well thought out, the small compact kitchen was very well laid out. The bathroom was roomy and well laid out too. The location is first rate. Our Uber driver told us we were on Eat Street and we quickly worked that out for ourselves. It was cold in Canberra when we were there and the apartment was nicely warm when we entered. We ended up having to turn the heat down a little as the central heating is very effective. We are two older friends and we found it very challenging to get up from the low sofas. I felt sorry for the owners as there were a couple of stains on the sofas. I wish there was a toaster though we could have used a pan on the induction cooktop to toast the bread if we really wanted to. We ate out so it wasn't a big deal. Other than that, everything was fabulous.

• Luke (8/5): Location, space and comfort - The street was excellent. The indoor and outdoor space was exceptional. The bed was comfortable. A/C was very good. The self-check in is easy and a person is available to assist over the phone if required. There was no flat sheet. Having only a doona makes it a very warm sleep unless you have A/C cooling you down. I was able to fish out another fitted sheet from a “locked” storage cupboard and that was enough. Not ideal though.

• Mary (7/5): Comfortable apartment but weird arrangements. Won’t be back - Easy location and huge comfy beds. Lovely big balcony. Very erratic approach to hosting. No wifi. Very hard to access the lock box (as many reviews have pointed out). Got our automated “hope you enjoyed your stay” before we even arrived, giving us a fright they had got the dates confused. A request to remove all rubbish? And very barren feeling with all apartments on our floor behind a wall of fences - like battery hens. A mix of petty and confusing aspects. Don’t plan to return.

It made it uncomfortable and difficult to relax and enjoy the stay. The second bedroom was a windowless shoe box and the main bedroom has glass as a door which allowed a lot of light to come in.

• Maryrosomane (8/5): Very comfortable apartment in a great city location. - The instructions with accompanying photographs were very clear. As the lock box is situated quite low on the wall, one must crouch down with a light shining (such as holding a phone torch), to both see and move the numbers into position. This would be very difficult for someone with limitations on their mobility to perform. Perhaps some warning to people before booking would be advisable.

• Alicia (9/5): Perfect spot, great accommodation & decent balcony. - The location was in one of the top spots for restaurants and pub and some shops! I didn’t realise until my local daughter informed me! It was not inconvenient and parking onsite was good. The balcony is big and overlooks the main street. Inside it’s nice and has all the amenities for a longer stay. Highly recommend. Not much here. Just note that one of the two blinds doesn’t move so cant block out all the light to living area. Also the terms are very ‘expensive’ if things go wrong. Made me worry when sitting on ikea style dining chairs (and those chairs were needing a vacuum as well if you are as fussy as their terms are). I hope reason would prevail would anything occur as that was stressful to read on arrival. Just take photos after inspecting on arrival to help in this regard, and hope that wear and tear is taken into account should a chair leg go etc as it will eventually!!

All the facilities your could want for a stay of a few days. A bit dark and narrow down at the bedrooms, but hey, that might be good for a sleep-in!

Perfect base to explore Canberra over a long weekend - Great security and brilliant location right in the middle of a restaurant and bar area. The outdoor area was a lot larger than expected. Plenty of towels and a very stylish decor. Beds were comfortable too.

The instruction pictures would not open on my phone, they were in a zip file, so I had to print out 6 pages of pictures to make sure I had the info, this was a bit wasteful and inconvenient. The instructions did not say to open the lock box from the bottom, which was one of the main features, I was trying to pull it down from the top. The lock was quite stiff and I struggled to put in the combination. The inside lock box was easy to open but I could not close it when replacing the keys though I tried for a long time.

Would recommend. - The property was clean and in a great location - close to great cafes etc. Hosts were friendly and helpful when dealing with a problem with the remote control for garage. Beds were comfortable. Linen was clean. Air conditioning warmed up the apartment nicely. Provisions of kitchenware was very basic. There were only 2 coffee mugs which was crazy. Additionally there were 4 small tea cups. not enough dishes to even use the dishwasher as had to wash and dry everything straight away to use again. No lamp in second bedroom - so it was either very bright or pitch black (no windows). TV streaming was patchy and would freeze regularly so had to turn it off. Couldn't get free to air channels either.
