The apartment was very clean, tidy, and warm, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine and a dishwasher, which made our stay even more convenient. The bathroom, with both shower and toilet, was modern and spotless. We especially loved the private veranda and the beautiful small garden — such a peaceful and charming space to relax. The bedroom was quiet, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The building itself is lovely, and the location is perfect, with restaurants and shops just nearby. Overall, everything was exceptional — truly a great place to stay, and we would highly recommend it! Everything was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well organized — overall, a great experience. The only small suggestion I would make is to provide disposable slippers and bathrobes. Slippers, especially, would be very appreciated. When you are traveling as a tourist and walking all day, you get tired, and having comfortable slippers in the apartment really helps your feet relax. Other than that, everything was perfect — a wonderful place to stay!

• Lucia (8/5): Un buen sitio en viena - El apartamento se encuentra en buen estado, todo estaba limpio. Gracias a las indicaciones del anfitrión es fácil ubicarlo. El barrio es tranquilo con varios lugares de comida y supermercados cercanos. El cuarto del retrete olía a cañería, pese a que se encontraba limpio, su olor al descargar el inodoro aumentaba.

Appartamento confortevole, ben attrezzata la cucina, anche se un po' angusto il piano di lavoro: sarebbe utile avere un altro punto di appoggio per boiler, tostiera, macchina del caffè, microonde... Avendolo provato in inverno l'ho trovato accogliente e silenzioso. Ci tornerei, sperando che in estate sia protetto dalla calura per la posizione non esposta.

• Laura (8/5): - L' appartamento è ben fornito e distribuito, purtroppo prende pochissima luce naturale, ma ovviamente per visitare una città piena di attrazioni come Vienna a casa si sta ben poco. Era molto pulito. La posizione è buona, vicinissimo al Belvedere inferiore, è collegata con un bus o meglio con dei tram al centro o alla metropolitana. La mancanza di luce naturale.

• Sven (7/5): Gut, aber Nachbesserungsbedarf - Die Wohnung ist gut erreichbar. Für eine oder zwei Personen zu empfehlen. In keiner der Innentürzargen sind Türdichtungsgummis. Dadurch klappern die Türen bei jedem Luftzug. Schallschutz gleich Null. Wir hätten uns mehr Ablageflächen in Bad und Kochnische gewünscht.

Appartement très sombre, nous étions obligés d'allumer en pleine journée ! Coin cuisine avec aucun rangement, impossible de poser quoi que ce soit à côté de l'évier : pas de plan de travail, pas d'étagère, pas de table. Balcon très proche des voisins d'en face. Beaucoup trop de vis-à-vis.

Great bed, and pillows! Bakery across the street and many shops and restaurants around! Super place! Nothing, all was perfect!

• Sharyn (7/5): Cute little apartment for a short stay. - Close to grocery stores, restauranrs, trams. Large smart TV. Couldn't get the sofa bed to pull out. Dining chairs are uncomfortable. Lacks kitchen counter space. Bad smell in toilet cubicle and refrigerator. Windows were open when we arrived - 9 degrees outside!

• Eszter (7/5): Good - Good location. Balcony is a plus. It was cool in the appartment. Second bed was agreed. It was not ready for us upon arrival (7pm). I called the host. They had no staff on location, noone was willing to come. We got instructions on the phone ...how to open the sofabed, and how should we make it for ourselves. Unfortunately this was not what anyone should expect in an arranged booking like this. Sofa was dirty and is in poor conditions, staff on the phone had no idea how it opens and that there is no extra bedlinen in the property. There is no broom, nor a mop, nor a vacumcleaner in the property. It turned out they suggested 2 options - or we make the bed for ourselves, - or a cleaner comes the following day. The option we'd have chosen is they get it right before 10pm if that is the end of their offered check in timeslot. They could not fulfill. Instead we got further instructions on how to get some bedlinen from their storage. And promise for a cleaner on the next day first thing in the morning. It was midnight we got the 2nd bed in shape. Cleaner was late on the next day. In total we got one day lost of our holiday. Beside all of these the property is very clean, well equipped, good location, with nice balcony. So we offered to accept one extra overnighting as a compensation opposite to their 10% refund offer. They accepted. However not all traveller is so flexible with their agenda that this sort of agreement can be made. And as in other rewies - - of course the water got freezing during the showers. Only working solution for that is in the other reviews. - Kitchen is well equipped, but there is no place for the equippment. So the property has good possibilities... - One more thing, it is not clear in the booking process on which floor it is located. It seems you book on the 2nd floor, then you get keys to the ground floor.

• Andrew (8/5): Excellent apartment, would choose again. - Location was excellent. Public transport easy and we were able to walk into the centre as well. Cafes and restaurants very close. The dining/living room is quite dark as the apartment was on the ground floor. There are large windows into a courtyard but also many trees to block the sun. We spent little time at the apartment so this was a minor point. The kitchen is big but there is little space for any cooking as the microwave takes up all the space on the work surface.

• Igor (9/5): Superb - The location of apartment is very good. Easily can get from airport by train S7 and there are only a few minutes to get in. A lot of restaurants near to to apartment. In apartments, everything is what you need to stay in. Self check. It was cold in WC.

Good value of money. - I kinda like it. - the location is close to the Belvedere-Schlossgarten - the room is clean and tidy - the host kindly let me do an early check in - The key box is quite close to the room. sometimes the water heater is not working, but reboot it could help. so it didn't trouble that much.
