Andrew (1/5): Poor management. “Lost” my reservation - I made a reservation in November and when I arrived in January I was told they did not have a room and I should cancel my reservation. They asked me to cancel my reservation when it was their fault that no room was available in order to keep their own profile score high.

Thi Van Anh (8/5): - Das Zimmer war ordentlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Befindet in guter Lage und nahe am Flughafen. Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Komme gerne wieder. Die Lüftung im Bad funktioniert nicht deswegen stinkt es viel. Ziemlich unangenehm.
Dario (8/5): Proximity to airport and shops around make it a very good place to stay day or two - We stop there only because we was in transit and we have to wait to long for other plane to stay on airport Close to airport,nice furniture,clean Will be nice to find in apartment some coffee at least for one day, missing cutlery ,tv you can watch you tube only,small stuffed balcony that has look to swimming pool and courtyard but hey to stop for transit only it was excellent place
Andreana (6/5): Disappointing and did not meet expectation for the price - Nice furnishings and modern feel; comfortable bed; large space. No key was left for check in and had to get help. The girls on the desk downstairs were unfriendly. Furthermore, uncomfortable lounge; TV doesn’t work despite trying to get the owner to fix; lack of kitchen/bath items; coffee, tea selection,kitchen implements,shampoo etc; misleading facilities (no sauna). I was asked for cash in the room to pay for the accommodation and there was no option to pay with card which was inconvenient. No receipt was offered.
Trang (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and clean apartment in a safe and quiet location. The host is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed staying here during our trip to Vietnam.
Johnson (10/5): End of trip luxury - What a wonderful way to end a month long journey through SE Asia. I wanted a place close to the airport, clean, onsite dining/bar and a pool. This checked all of the boxes and it was absolutely amazing. The host was always available and the staff at the pool restaurant bar were so friendly. I had two full body massages and a pedi/foot massage at the spa onsite...also amazing!
Mike (10/5): Exceptional - Check in was very easy. After the booking was confirmed I was sent an email letting me know the location of the key so we could let ourselves in. The room is on the 11th floor overlooking the airport. Beautiful view and no noise from the planes. It was my last night in Vietnam so we chose this hotel because it is very close to the airport. It has a kitchen, washing machine and everything else you could need. Plus a 24 hour shop downstairs. We had to catch a taxi very early in the morning and when we got downstairs the security guard rushed down the street and found us a car and then helped load all our things into it. So helpful. We really appreciated it. We stayed just after Tet so most of the restaurants were closed. We found a good place only a short walk away.

Christopher (8/5): Very helpful, responsive host. Very nice for a short stay. - Very clean. Large area. The pool was great. The host was super responsive and helpful. I couldn't hear aeroplanes. There was a significant amount of beeping horns day and night from the nearby busy road and I would get disturbed several times a night, that was difficult.
