• Milorad (1/5): DISASTER BY THIS APARTMENT, CAMELOTELS AND BOOKING.COM!!! - Extremely dirty apartment. The sheets have not been changed, and the bathroom and floors are dirty. The service from https://camelotels.kross.travel that was in charge of the apartment was terrible. They forced us to do some online checks and document uploads as if we were checking into Hilton. At the same time, the 3rd bed for my child was not set. When I told them that if in 1 hour they didn't change the sheets, clean the apartment, and set up the 3rd bed WE WILL LEAVE, they promised someone would come. When the guy came, he had only a bag with sheets for 1 main bed (which had totally broken mattress!) . He knew no English, so he called some manager who tried to convince me to file some complaints with their office, etc. WE IMMEDIATELY LEFT THE APARTMENT AND BOOKED A DIFFERENT HOTEL! OUTRAGEOUS!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AND CAMELOTELS!!! I tried calling Booking.com, no answer, had to wait 20 min for the international call!! BOOKING.COM DIDN'T ANSWER MY COMPLAINT THAT I WROTE TO THEM FOR 24H!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I will never use Booking again if I have any alternative!!!

• Paweł (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, not far away from city centre and close to tram station and two lines of subway. There is also grocery shops, restaurants etc in area, room is really nice, is big, clean, bed are super comfortable, bathroom was also clean and to small.
• Ashish (5/5): Not a very good experience but OK for the price - The location was decent and reachable. Also, the effort that the host company has put in to make the place livable. The smart TV in the apartment was little surprising in a good way :) The floor in the apartment needs immediate renovation. Toilet MUST be changed, it's pathetic. Kitchen equipment (except for the microwave) should be changed too.
