• Bronte (10/5): Perfect apartment - The host met us at the airport, collected our bags and gave us the keys to our buggy. We followed him back to the property where he helped us get our bags inside. It couldn't have been any more convenient. Easy departure too. The property was absolutely perfect. The room sizes are huge. It's very clean and beautifully renovated. Comfortable furniture with all the facilities you'd need. I loved our stay at this property, I can't say a bad word about it.

• Kathryn (9/5): Lovely island stay for Christmas - Lovely spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area which gave additional space and the views were gorgeous. Love the Whitsundays coastal vibe styling. The balconies off the bedroom let us have the doors open and fresh breeze without having to have aircon on through the night. The aircon was needed especially on those humid tropical days. Lovely big bed and space to hang our clothes. Views were amazing and such a tranquil place. That we only booked for a week. I’d book longer next time.

• Doug (8/5): Hamilton Heights - Well equipped unit - recently renovated. Valet pick-up. Buggy was pretty new and worked a treat. Ocean views. Very minor matters (we left a note) that could have been avoided. Just expected a little more for the price we paid.

When we departed, our bags were collected and delivered to the airport and we were able to enjoy the day with access to the buggy. Nothing.

Everything is within walking distance of approx 2km. It is a bit going up and down the hill but we had a buggie so that was fine. It is a lot of money AUD 500 per night

• Maureen (7/5): Hamilton Island was a lovely stay however there are better value places to travel. - We liked the view, the decor was fresh, the buggy was fun, the laundry was good, bed was comfortable., There were no coffee pods, no milk for an arrival cup of tea, we were told there were plenty at the IGA. We found broken glass in the dishwasher, the clock didn't work, there was dirt and dust under the sofa and bed. The adjacent apartment were heavy smokers so we were unable to sit on the balcony or have the windows open when they were smoking. The rug in the Lounge was a trip hazard and should be removed. Internet instructions were not clear. There was no welcome manual with island info or instructions for the use of the appliances. For the price of $500 per night off season we thought the apartment was expensive.

Having the use of the buggy was a real bonus and enabled us to get around the island easily. 😃 Minor detail, but kitchen could do with a chopping board. We ate in most nights as the facilities and location were so good.
• Jayde (9/5): Great apartment for one couple, great value for the price and the buggy was in great shape too. - The apartment was actually bigger than it looks in the photos, has a nice view and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very nice and big as well which we didn't expect. The laundry appliances were very handy to have and very easy to use. Great service all around. The only thing was that there was no microwave which we only would've needed to use once so it was fine without one.

Location is ideal and with the golf buggy you only minutes from the marina and restaurants, while Catseye beach and the Hamilton Island pool with swim up bar is 5 minutes away. The provision of the golf buggy makes this apartment so much more value for money when compared to other options. Absolutely nothing

We cleaned it but couldn’t fully get rid of them the hole stay all over the bench. didn’t like the bbq was electric but not a big deal would have ordered gas.

• Emily (10/5): An excellent, fully equipped, comfortable apartment in a great location. Cannot fault it! The collection of us, our lugg - Comfortable, clean accommodation with excellent amenities. The BBQ with temperature probe was a hit! The use of a buggy was an added bonus. The collection of us, our luggage and hand over of buggy was outstanding- so easy and made our arrival and departure seamless and stress free. I really cannot fault our stay. If I was to think of one very minor point- one guest would have preferred slightly thinner pillows.
