• Rebecca (8/5): A great location with lots of eateries, supermarkets, and trams at your doorstop. - Location to tram and Docklands shops, supermarket and attractions was awesome. The pool definitely was NOT heated. Overall it was great - but whilst there were heaps of everything (appliances and cutlery) - there was almost too much. Just the basics would make it feel less cluttered.

• Sophie (9/5): Fantastic place to stay in Docklands - Lovely layout and interior furnishings, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, great location walk to shops and free tram, great neighbourhood cafes. Felt like a home with lots of soul. The main bathroom needed a thorough clean to remove some mould build up in the shower recess.

• Tyler (9/5): - Great experience, clean, homely, great location. Suggestion - larger couch if possible or additional single chair (pending limited space) in lieu of a dinner table chair as this is a 3-bedroom apartment. This is only a suggestion and definitely not an issue.
• Magro (1/5): Extremely disappointing! :( - Location, and that was it. DISSAPOINTED! Dust and grime were built up on multiple surfaces, the floors were sticky to the point that my shoe actually stuck (we have video), and the carpets were visibly filthy with dark stains throughout the living area. We lifted the rug and found dirt, debris, and what looked like an eyelash extension. We also found a cork and ping-pong balls on the floor, suggesting the unit had not been properly cleaned. The air-conditioning unit was covered in thick dust and the vents looked like they hadn’t been serviced or cleaned in a very long time, which is a health concern. There was also a noticeable sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We all left feeling unwell from this. We requested a cleaner, but the issues we raised were barely addressed, and the apartment remained unhygienic. My friend has since broken out in a rash which we believe is related to the dirty carpet and air quality inside the unit. Unfortunately, despite providing extensive photo/video evidence, the compensation offered was only 20% of our total booking cost, which we felt didn’t reflect the condition of the property or the inconvenience caused during our trip.

• Celine (10/5): Beautiful, convenient and luxurious. - The tram being right outside the building is so convenient! The property is incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. There are wireless chargers in every room, a myriad of cooking utensils, soaps, two keys and the comfiest beds. Highly recommend this place. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Melbourne now!

So unique Little treasure hunt to get the key to the building. Completely unrelated to this property, but unfortunately during our 1 night stay the main door to the building didn’t work, we had to use the car park entrance. And the fire alarm went off at 6.30am for a short time.
• Fiona (8/5): Fabulous apartment with great facilities in Docklands - Well equipped tastefully decorated 3 level apartment Apartment is like a home away from home Jeff has a generous pantry and leaves nice extras like wine chocolates and essential oils. He leaves lovely Hunter hand and body wash products for use. Love the down lighting and wall art :) Also Love the infinity rooftop pool Didn’t get to use the gym but checked it out and very adequate. Recommend this apartment if Docklands is your choice. We found tram and traffic noisey

• Sheryl (10/5): Location Location Location - Location was close to all that The Docklands offer.... shopping, free trams, water, groceries, coffee shops and eateries. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. Lovely bottle of Shiraz and Chocolates on arrival. Excellent communication by Host who gave detailed instructions on obtaining keys, parking and how to enter building and apartment. Only one thing was the freezer drawers were iced over and we couldn't open all of them. Informed owner and he was letting cleaning staff know to fix the problem. Everything else was perfect.

Free tram right outside the door was great too. Apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Stairs didn’t bother us but good to know that there are stairs between each of the levels.

Well equipped apartment with generous treats left by host. Great wifi. Very responsive host. Although it was not an issue for us, the stairs in the two level apartment maybe an issue for those with mobility problems

Spacious for a city apartment, comfortable beds, VERY soft beddings, Sheridan towels, stylish decour, quality furniture, wine on arrival, high end appliances, extras like board games, Kitchenaid, etc Location was also superb - has many free trams stopping in front of the property, close to groceries, Marvel stadium and the harbour Host was also very responsive. Communicate so well from the very get go! None. Everything seriously was seamless from start to finish! This place has got it all for a group / family
