• Beatriz Helena Barbosa (7/5): Para pessoas nao muito exigentes. - Cama do quarto de baixo era confortável, quarto com blackout bom, ar condicionado em todos os cômodos, toalhas e roupa de cama de boa qualidade. Tem Maquina de lavar roupas e de secar, isso ajudou muito. Gostamos muito da atenção do administrador, muito solicito e rapido nas respostas, nos atendeu prontamente nas solicitações, nos mandou travesseiros novos. Como nao somos fumantes, sentimos que a residência tinha odor de cigarro. Nao gostamos do banheiro que é praticamente dentro da cozinha, e com pouca privacidade, a porta do banheiro nao funcionava bem, faltou itens de cozinha, éramos em 5 pessoas, tinha apenas 1 taça para vinho , talheres eram insuficientes , cama do quarto de cima rangia muito.

• Andi (7/5): Location is great, but you get what you paid. - The location is great. It is only 10 mins walk (may be less since we are travelling with elderly). The property is well maintained and clean. There are 6 clean towels and 6 hand towels and facilities are as per listing. The host are very helpful. They helped us even before we arrived in China. We received daily purified drinking water and helpful host also helped our parents to get taxi etc. The property is nothing like in the advertised. I think they have a few properties listed and we got the small one. The bathroom is very small, but you will get used to it.

• Katrina (9/5): An excellent short stay holiday rental - We booked two apartment units for 7 family members spanning three generations. The location was perfect, as we were so close to everything downtown and there were great restaurants and shopping near by. The layout of the rooms worked well for our family as everyone was able to fit in and had their own private space. The apartments were nice and quiet and well fitted out with pretty much everything we needed. As no one was checking in after us we were also able to do a late check out which was a real bonus given our late flight time. The loft apartment was more spacious than the second apartment we booked, where one of the bedrooms and the bathroom were too small. The kitchen wasn't well equipped enough to be functional. This worked okay for our family as we only cook breakfast while travelling, eating out for lunch and dinner.

• Karsten (10/5): Exceptional - Brilliant place. Super central, wonderful area with lots of different restaurants, cafes, shops etc all around. Flat is not fancy but clean and it has a soul and all you need for your stay. Best to have WeChat for instant communication with the owner if you struggle to find the place (yes, it IS at the end of a tiny passage, even if it might feel like entering private space). If in doubt, ask the locals. They are super helpful even if you do not speak Mandarin. Sad that we were not able to come back here for the 2nd part of our stay as it was booked out. We definitely recommend the place (and also the tiny local restaurant in front of it ;-) )

• Sabrina (10/5): Great place to stay in the heart of the city. Good for family! - Location was great! There were some noises in the night from streets and from neighbors. I guessed it had something to do with the football game but it was really bad. I didn’t sleep well. The walls felt like paper thin and I was able to hear every word from passing by neighbors and people’s midnight phone calls ( yes, someone chose to talk on the phone at 4am outside in the alley).
