Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

- William (7/5): - Location and close proximity to town, beaches and mariner. Kitchen sink was blocked on arrival, was fixed very quickly. Cleaners need to pay attention to glasses and cups as they all needed washing properly. Kitchen and bathroom are very small and dated.

- Sharon (8/5): I love that it is close to everything particularly the beach. - Location is brilliant. Close to swimming, walking distance to plenty of dining and shopping options. Parking space very tight next to power pole so made it difficult to get out onto the busy road but at least it had parking. Older property and the seating wasn’t really comfortable but adequate.

Air con nice and cold. No wifi and there isn’t enough parking
The aircon does also make noises
The laundry we had to pay $3 to use for the washing machine.

in the walkway to the other units but it was definitely not a "balcony" Also, the advertised washing machine was in a shared laundry and you had to pay.
