• Charles (10/5): Exceptional Accommodation in prime location - Exceptional Accommodation that would exceed anyone’s expectations. The property itself is immaculate and offers all of the facilities you could ever want or need. The accommodation was spotless! Location could not have been any better. It was a mere 300 metre walk from the Bund and Nanjing road was a hop skip and jump away (incredible). The property manager and the neighbours were so helpful and responsive. How lucky we were to have such great property managers and the neighbours are so friendly and loved to see my little boys. They were so happy and a complete delight! If we come back to Shanghai we would stay here in a heart beat and I would highly recommend to anyone to also stay here. The price was perfect and we got so much for our money, a lot more than any hotel could ever have offered us. Finally there is an amazing Xiao Long Bao restaurant about 50 metres away called Jia Jia Tang Bao. We ate here almost every single day and if I could I won’t eat here everyday back in Australia. The best Xiao Long Bao anyone would ever have and even better that this accommodation is just around the corner. Thank you for letter us stay and we plan to be back! Everything was perfect, nothing to fault.

• Iuliia (10/5): Отличная квартира в центре Шанхая - Прекрасная просторная квартира. Останавливались с детьми на 3 ночи в апреле. Было тепло, уютно. Метро рядом, кафешки и магазины рядом. В квартире есть стиральная машинка и сушилка, что очень нужно с детьми. Есть всё необходимое на кухне, чтобы приготовить несложную еду. Так же есть кулер с водой. Есть тапочки и гигиенические принадлежности. Всё очень понравилось. Не было полноценных окон, но это не было минусом.

• Diana (9/5): - Great location. Close to metro station and Nanjing Road. Lots of restaurants around. Comfortable, spacious renovated unit inside an older neighbourhood. You have to prepay 1 night deposit via WeChat or Alipay and pay rest of balance via WeChat or Alipay before check in. Overseas travellers also have to register their stay with the government. The website may be difficult to use if you don’t read Chinese.

• Theresa (9/5): It was wonderful to be able to experience the residential feeling staying in Shanghai rather than at a bustling business - The location is really strategic and the guide provided by owner were really useful to get to know the area and they are really responsive to our needs despite being late night or early morning. There are also many eateries nearby that we can do take away and eat at our accommodation. The pathway back to our accommodation at night was slightly unpleasant due to no street lamp on each small alley (the main alley was lit) which was understandable since the residents are mainly old folks that would have gone to bed probably before 9pm. It is less scary if you are coming back to the accommodation in a crowd, rather than alone. However, thankful to the owner for installing the sensor lamp at the premise.

Basic toiletries : towels, shower foam, hand soap, quite a fair bit of bottle water, and toilet paper were provided. The host was very helpful and attended to my messages promptly. We had a choke in the bathroom basin- the matter was attended and rectified very fast. We loved the location. We have a lot of nice food when we walk out. It is also very near Park Hotel- the deli sells very nice butterfly pastries ! We are also 10 mins walk to Nanjing Rd . I think the bathroom needs some mats and some solid hooks. Smelled the burnt smell when The heater was on. The kitchen section where the microwave is , needs a bit of reorganisation as was a bit messy there.

• Joi (9/5): Superb - It's within walking distance to People's Square, the metro station, The Bund, and Nanjing East Road. Other than that, the host is friendly and highly responsive. Occasionally, we could hear people chatting outside of the building (especially early morning), but it wasn't disruptive. One of the beds had an uncomfortable mattress where the springs could be felt while sleeping.

• Jorg (10/5): Authentic and peaceful apartment in the heart of a bustling city. - Amazing location, comfortable apartment with a lot of extra's: soap, washing machine,... One of the beds had a bad mattress, you were sleeping on the springs. Other beds were fine. My colleague couldn 't use his European charger. Maybe provide some universal adaptors for extra comfort. ;)

• Salinda (10/5): Nice cozy place - The location is very good. In the middle of the town. Five mins walk to the walking street east nanjing road. The owner of the room is even better, superb! Very helpful and responsive. Helped us find luggage storage store and order food delivery and everything we asked for. Would come back to this place again next time.
• Wenxiu (10/5): The homestay is fantastic, clean and bright, and I especially love the old Shanghai feeling. - It's perfect for families to stay together, and there's even a baby crib. I stayed here for two nights, and it was quite convenient to go to Disney in the morning. The Bund is right outside the door, making it a great place to explore, and the subway station is not far away. There's an abundance of delicious food around People's Square. I took my kid to visit The Bund and the Natural History Museum, and the subway was very convenient.

• Bohan (9/5): Great apartment - This house is in a really good location. Close to main attractions. It was clean and neat. All the appliances worked well. The shower area is a little small but the shower worked well. It was relatively consistent to communicate with the owner. In general, it’s a cozy apartment and it’s worthy the price.

Although the weather was not good, we had a great time and the owner gave us many helpful suggestions during the trip. We hope to stay in the owner's apartment again next time.
