- القرطاس (1/5): أسوأ رحله - بعد التأكيد على رغبتنا في استئجار الشقة ومرسلة المسؤول عن الشقة ووعده بإرسال جميع الأمور التي تخص الدخول الى الشقه وصلنا الى الشقه بعد سفر متعب واتصلنا عليه وللأسف لم يرد احد على اتصلنا وبعض الاوقات يقفل الخط بدون اي جواب حاولنا نتواصل مع جيران الشقه ولكن لم نجد احد واخيرا تواصلنا مع بوكينق وحاولوا التواصل معه ولكن ردوا علينا بانه سيتم الغاء حجزنا ويمكننا البحث عن أي فندق مع تحملهم جزء من التكلفة كترضية وبحثنا على شقه اخرى والى الان لم يتم تعويضنا من بوكنق

- John (10/5): Exceptional - What I like about it, is the rooms were properly clean most especially the comfort rooms. Lastly, the friendly staff who works for the hotel helped us out assist for our hotel room :)
