• JIA SHENG (3/5): - It caused super inconvenience and time wasted due to The Owner owed the management huge outstanding amount and lead to all the access including access to the carpark, lift lobby and level are blocked off. We have no choice but have to park our car at level 4 which there's no direct access to the lift lobby and required to go down by staircase. Fortunately the security was helpful and assisted us on the access to the level after we have registered at the security counter. We were being informed that we have to approach to the security counter and register everytime. A cloned access card to the lift lobby was sent over by The Owner's representative to solve the issue but carpark access still remains unsolved. A damage deposit which is not indicated on the website was collected prior to the arrival.

• NORLAZAR (9/5): - Host baik, rumah cantik.. location senang nak jumpa..semua tersedia dgn baik.
• Hong Yang (2/5): One of the worst stay for non-hotel accomodation. - location the respond of the host and the cleanliness of the house. You can feel that the house has not been occupied for a long time yet there is no proper cleaning done prior to our stay. We can feel the dust on the bed and it's definitely uncomfortable and i struggled to sleep at all. Check in guidance is only provided upon contacting the host. The respond is slow, same for the return of the deposit.

• Huey (8/5): Worth it for overnight stay - Location is good, the owner is very responsive too. The house is simple. Maybe can have a bit decoration.
• Mohammad (1/5): Bad - Very bad service from the security guard at the lobby and the parking guard. I had a really bad experience— they were not helpful at all! The deposit refund took too long, and there were many hidden charges. Money always come first!! Really Bad service!

• Redzwan (7/5): Good - 2 ceiling fans to cool living area. Toilet is new. Could be better if access to washing machine is not block by hanging bedsheets. And the washing area is being cleaned too. For a short stay it's okay.
• Aisar (7/5): Good - House is in good condition, there’s no trouble with wifi when doing my work. There’re few small cockroaches here and there. The staff is good but check in details given a bit late, it’s gonna be a little wait for someone that wants to check in on time.
• Wintan00 (8/5): Very good - Nice stay and clean...accessible for wheelchair user..self check in and check out..this unit smoke free but they designated a space for smoking with ashtray...location is good..a lot of food stall and restaurant nearby..just walk around..recommended stay 👍👍

• Lau (2/5): Very poor - NA The host is not friendly, whatapps can be reply after a day, all the info for check in only given when chase for many times, after check out the refund of deposit also take 2 days to transfer back to me, after chase for many times also. The check in process is really very troublesome, make me go up and down to the mail box, to the packing area, to find the parking lot. Enter to the mailbox, there is nobody can help to open the door, only need to wait the resident inside come out, then we only can faster enter. To check out also problem, after come out from parking entrance, need to enter again to the lobby to different level to return the key in the mailbox.
