• Imke (5/5): Von voller Privatsphäre kann keine Rede sein - Drei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten Kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür Ruhige Wohngegend Waschmaschine und Trockner Eine ausreichend große Wohnung für unsere Familie Leider entsprach das Apartment nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die versprochene Privatsphäre war eingeschränkt, da der Vermieter im selben Haus wohnt und uns gleich nach Ankunft per Nachricht darauf hingewiesen hat, unsere Schuhe auszuziehen. Eine persönliche Begrüßung gab es nicht. Auf den Bildern bei booking sieht die Ausstattung der Wohnung neuwertiger aus, als sie ist. Die Wohnung wirkte etwas ungepflegt (muffiger Geruch, alte Teppiche, Lebensmittelreste, Schäden an Küchenschränken, Möbeln und Steckdosen).
• Marilyn (4/5): Overordnet ok. Prisen for høj ift. kvalitet. God kommunikation med ejer der selv bor i underetagen. - Gode senge og 2 badeværelser. Stor lejlighed og gratis parkering for 2 biler. Gulvet i hele lejligheden hælder mod den ene side. Køkkenet meget slidt og kunne godt have haft små tallerkener, flere dybe skåle og en pande. Overordnet trænger lejligheden til at blive renoveret.

• Rachel (7/5): Good size apartment with clean comfy beds but is in need of repair - Large apartment with 5 very comfy beds Bedding and apartment was clean Useful to have use of washing machine and dryer about 30 mins car journey to downtown Toronto - ubers were easy to obtain Owner was contactable Good value for money paid The apartment is very worn - broken furniture, broken living room window, missing doors on cupboards etc There was an awful smell generated from the apartment below cooking onions through the night - to the point it kept us awake but the owner did stop this when we pointed it out You can hear the apartment below, especially at night, so it’s not peaceful and not a house as described - it’s an upstairs apartment For the money paid & size of apartment & comfy beds it was reasonable but it could be so much better with repair and new furniture

• Schmalspurbahner (8/5): Gute Unterkunft für eine größere Familie - Gute Betten, ausreichend viele "echte" Betten, keine "fake Sofa"-Betten. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Bett, wir waren zu fünft. In jedem Zimmer war ein sehr leiser Lüfter verfügbar. Geräumige Wohnung mit Parken direkt am Eingang. Wohnbereich mit Sofa und Sesseln, Esszimmer mit großem Tisch. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, ein Supermarkt und der Binewood-Beach sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Bäder waren geräumig, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind super. Am Fernseher gibt es Netflix und Prime für die Filmliebhaber. Es war relativ warm (August), da es keine Klimaanlage hat. Manchmal lief eine Lüftung, die kühlere Luft aus Lüftungsschlitzen im Boden lies. In der Nacht kühlte das Haus etwas aus, so dass man doch gut schlafen konnte. Leider war das Fenster im Wohnzimmer defekt, man konnte es nicht zum Lüften öffnen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern.

• Bjorn (6/5): Ruim appartement, helaas met wat ongemakken - De ruimte in het schone appartement en de drie ruime slaapkamers. De enorm vriendelijke eigenaar die ze De vloer loopt scheef, maar daar is mee te leven. Geen eigen airco maar een luchtinlaat via de vloer, uit de woning van de eigenaar beneden. Hij bedient deze zelf. Er komt s avonds (laat) Indiase kooklucht naar boven via deze airco unit. Dat is niet prettig.

• Jane (8/5): Overall lovely stay with good rest! - Location was in peaceful neighbourhood, just few minutes walk from green park, where was excellent to walk. Host was very attentive, and it was easy to contact him, if needed something. Free parking just next to the house is great! No troubles even with our big car. Beds were really large to our european standards, so everyone of our 4-people team had large bed of their own. Wifi works very well, so it was also good for people who need to do some work. In general I suggest that to anyone who needs to consider their budget and has bigger group than 1-2 people to accomodate. Location is a bit far from the center - was not problem for us, but for anyone who has things to do in the city centre - should consider that. Takes about 30 nins on car to reach centre. Also there is no supermarket in close walking distance - again, no problems for us, as we had a car, but as you need to provide your own food - also needs to be planned and considered beforehand. During a late night you might hear noise from outside and downstairs apartment, as there are people living in. If you need total silence - then this might disturbe you, that life is going on around you :).

• Anonymous (10/5): perfect, safe , comfortable - Ismail's home is in great quite neighborhood and was super clean. His home is spacious and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was neat and a welcome for anyone wanting to make a quick breakfast or lunch. Taylor creek park is just down the street with easy access to the walking trail. Ismail is very communicative and attentive to any needs. We are glad we found this place . Ismail put a lot of effort into updating and modernising the Apartment. The common area is very large and has 65 Samsung TVs with Netflix and other things. He was also very understanding of our demands as a big family. I would recommend everyone, especially newcomers, small families, large families, groups of tourists, or groups of friends, should consider renting his apartment. Furthermore, this location is ideal for exploring the city or its surroundings. I have no complaint.
