• Hakan (8/5): Uygun fiyatlıyken tercih edilir - Ulaşımında zorlanmadık. Etrafı bayağı hareketli ve ulaşılabilir. Yüksek tavan ve rahat yatak iyi bir deneyimdi. Duşlardan birisi çok küçük. 1.70-1.80m boyundaki kişiler içinde rahatça duş alamazlar. Eve giriş anahtarı bulmak için küçük bir mahalle turuna çıkabilirsiniz.
• Tsymbal (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr authentisch und geräumig. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da alles in der Nähe ist und sie sich im Erdgeschoss befindet, was für ältere Menschen sehr praktisch ist. An heißen Tagen ist es dort angenehm kühl – ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt; wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Andrea (10/5): Ottimo appartamento per famiglia - Appartamento fornito ti tutto quello che serve, stanze ampie e doppio bagno molto comodo essendo in quattro. Ottima la comunicazione con la proprietà via WhatsApp per qualsiasi cosa. Posizione dell' appartamento ottima per raggiungere velocemente tutti musei e posti storici da visitare. Consiglio vivamente Tutto ottimo, non ho niente di negativo da segnalare

• Valeria (5/5): Casa non adatta agli standard di Booking e ai clienti Genius - La posizione - forte odore di muffa in tutta casa - Odore impossibile da togliere arieggiando, perché le uniche due finestre apribili sull’esterno, una dava su un giardino a livello prato e una che dava sul cortile di un’altra abitazione, inoltre entra sempre un forte odore di cibo… - Televisore non funzionante - Wi-Fi non funzionante nonostante il wifi extender - Serratura difettosa della porta d’ingresso - Porta del bagno mezza scardinata che non si chiude - Caldaia che fa un rumore continuo anche con acqua spenta - Asse del water staccata da un lato con rischio di scivolare - Mobili e elettrodomestici usurati o rovinati (vedi maniglia frigorifero, lampada ecc) - Tavolino del soggiorno senza piano d’appoggio. Rotto e mai sostituito?
• ROSA (3/5): Una experiencia nefasta - La ubicación es lo único El apartamento está sucio no lo siguiente,el edredón de la cama de matrimonio tiene unos lamparones tremendos, la cocina da asco utilizarla por qué sus utensilios y paredes tienen restos de otros inquilinos y como es natural no vamos de vacaciones para ponernos a limpiar aparte es muy ruidoso puesto que cualquier movimiento de los vecinos se escucha como si estuvieran en el apartamento, y la caldera para que decir es un ruido constante. La cafetera no se puede utilizar ,tira más agua que café y además cuando la intentas de utilizar salta el magnetotermico. La verdad que no nos fuimos por que ya sería un verdadero problema tener que buscar otro cuando solo estábamos allí. No lo recomiendo.

• arianna (9/5): Ottimo alloggio in una posizione perfetta - Appartamento spazioso, due grandi camere da letto, un soggiorno e due bagni di cui uno completo ed un altro con doccia, wc ed un piccolo lavabo. Cucina attrezzata. Ottima pulizia. ambiente caldo e ben riscaldato dai termosifoni (era inverno) e con due condizionatori se si volesse scaldare di più o raffreddare in estate. Host accogliente e gentilissimo. Nel weekend c'era anche un bel mercatino in Piazza dei Ciompi e la location è vicinissima a Piazza Santa Croce dove a Dicembre c'e' un bel mercatino di Natale. Check in facile e rapido. Consigliatissimo - nel bagno piccolo: scarico lavello e aria calda eccessiva che esce da scaldabagno - scale abbastanza ripide non adatte a persone con problemi di deambulazione
• maxpico (9/5): Appartamento comodo e accogliente, in centro in città - Appartamento in centro in posizione strategica, a 10 minuti a piedi dalle migliori attrazioni turistiche di Firenze. Camere molto ampie e spaziose, fornito (prodotti per la cucina e per l'igiene). Una delle sedie della cucina era rotta e mancavano alcune cose in cucina (piatti, bicchieri).

• Muriel (9/5): - L'emplacement, les 2 grandes chambres, la réactivité de l'hôte. Deux points= Pas de fenêtre dans le salon-cuisine, uniquement la lumière artificielle. On peut ou non supporter. Il manque des couverts et de bons couteaux.
• Jordan (8/5): חוויה - הדירה ממוקמת בקומה הראשונה, אך יש אליה לא מעט מדרגות גבוהות. בפנים חיכתה לנו דירה נקייה, נעימה ומאובזרת בכל מה שצריך. המיקום נהדר, במרחק הליכה קצר ממרכז העניינים ויש סופרמרקט גדול בקרבת מקום.סך הכול, חוויה נעימה ואני ממליצה. האזור עצמו מאוכלס בעיקר על ידי מקומיים ערבים פרו פלסטניים, ולצערי הרגשתי לא נעים להסתובב לבד בלילה, הרבה מבטים לא ידידותיים. המיטות היו קצת פחות נוחות, ובלילות היה קר, באיטליה מפעילים חימום רק מנובמבר, אז התחממנו בעזרת מעילים מהבית.

• Bondarenko (7/5): Є все для проживання, але дуже холодно. - Були родиною на початку листопада 2025р. Крокова доступність до основних туристичних локацій. Апартаменти за площею великі. Є все для проживання: сучасний ремонт, гарна сантехніка, достатня кількість кухонних приладів. Апартаменти знаходились на другому поверсі, до них вели дуже круті сходи, ліфт відсутній. Були кондиціонери, але на обігрів працювали тільки два (гостинна та основна спальня) з трьох, батареї не працювали, тому в гостинній було прохолодно, у другій спальні та у ванних кімнатах - дуже холодно. Сигнал Wi-Fi не дотягував до дальній кімнати. При включенні декількох електроприладів на кухні, вимикалося світло у апартаментах, нажаль нам ніхто про цю проблему заздалегідь не повідомив. Дякую порадам адміністрації нам вдалося відновити світло. Порада для наступних мешканців – тумблер електрощита знаходиться на 0 поверсі при вході у дім ліворуч якщо стоять спиною до двері (фотографію додаю).
• Cecile (8/5): Une bonne adresse. - Très bien situé, dans un quartier très vivant pas habité seulement par des touristes, à deux pas de toutes les attractions touristiques. L'appartement est spacieux et bien meublé. Le lit est confortable. La communication avec l'agence est fluide. L'appartement est sombre car en rdc, mais le but n'était pas d'y rester plus que la nuit.

• Paula (7/5): Blisko do centrum - Blisko do starego miasta. Dosłownie 5 minut. Wygodne łóżka. Tylko jedno okno ze światłem naturalnym. W mieszkaniu jest zasłonięta szybą przez którą widać jakieś inne pomieszczenie, jak pralnia, gdzie chodzą ludzie.

• Charlotte (7/5): Basement apartment 20min walk from attractions - Overall good space and lovely to have area in kitchen, washing machine etc. Unfortunately, the fridge is really loud so had to turn off when not using. The area nearby is not the best, we saw some people selling stolen goods on a street corner. Little bit of a walk from main area. Apartment is a little dark as basement flat.
• Kalina (10/5): Core memory of my trip! - We LOVED this apartment! It was super spacious, the bathrooms were so comfortable the rooms were great!! The washing machine was so convenient, the hosts was answering any questions we had. We created great memories here ! The stairs (not their fault) and you should not walk alone in this area at night time. But this does not take away of the great experience!

• Emanuele Mauro (7/5): Tranquillo, buona posizione, ottimo per chi vuole cucinare. Poco arioso ma pulito con distrazione. - L'appartamento è posizionato bene si trova in una zona ben servita, vicino ad un supermercato ed ad un forno. Se avete intenzione di cucinare a casa è perfetto. Nel caso foste mussulmani il quartiere è multietnico e c'è anche una moschea. L'appartamento è leggermente fuori al centro il che rende il soggiorno tranquillo, ma allo stesso tempo si si raggiunge il cento in 12-15mnt a piedi. La doccia funziona bene e l'ho trovata molto piacevole, ne ho apprezzato anche molto le dimensioni, essendo solo in due abbiamo avuto entrambi i nostri spazi. L'agenzia che segue l'appartamento offre un buon servizio!. Trovandosi l'appartamento sotto al livello della strada è davvero poco arioso. La finestra in salotto affaccia nella casa dei vicini e se si tiene la finestra aperta erantra l''odore della loro cucina. Per lo stesso motivo, se si dorme sul divano letto, la notte si sentono loro conversazioni ma personalmente non mi hanno dato nessuno fastidio. Ma potrebbe capitare a chi ha un sonno leggero. Nella camera principale la finesta è a livello del giardino e durante la prima notte aprendola stava entrando un gatto dalla strada. In sintesi, nei mesi caldi non si può fare a meno del condizionatore ma questo non riesce a sostituire l'aria naturale. La casa in generale puzza un po' di chiuso. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, ci nella camera da letto c'era qualche ragnatela, una anche piuttosto evidente sul lampadario. Essendo un piano sottostante ci sono diversi ragni, uno di questi era nascosto dietro al cucina, un'altra era in bagno , più un altro già citato nella camera da letto. Non è un appartamento che consiglierei agli aracnofobici. In ultimo vorrei segnalare il rumoroso frigorifero che forse andrebbe sostituito perché davvero fa troppo rumore durante la notte.

• N. (9/5): Heel fijn verblijf - Heel fijne locatie, dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden. Het appartement was ruim en schoon. Het enige wat mij tegenvalt is dat je een kopie van je legitimatie moet sturen voordat je gaat inchecken. In Italie gebeurt dit vaker.

• Graham (3/5): I would not recommend staying here at all. especially with children. Very poor bedding. - The location was ok. We were on our way to the property with 2 young children and we had a text from the owner to say she had booked us in to a different property which was very stressful. Not knowing the area we didn't know where we were going to be staying. After some text we ended up in the correct location. The keys were not hanging on the door as we were told they would be with the lock box and we had to wait 40 mins for someone to come and key us in. Not a great start. The beds were very uncomfortable with only one thin pillow each. The kitchen is very poorly equipped with only 3 plates for 4 of us, no coffee cups and quite a noisy apartment surrounded by other apartments. There were no working lights in the bedroom which we complained about, the owner sent someone to look at them and we were told they are broken, and while we were there they returned never to fix them as promised, very disappointing.

Having 2 bathrooms with toilets is quite convenient for groups/families. It was extremely dirty, the floor hadn’t been mopped in months. Weirdly enough there were tons of pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. but no spoons, forks, or knives.

• Rachel (9/5): Great location, space, & AC at an affordable price in the city - Spacious apartment, well thought out plan, great location & price, modern, clean, and the best air conditioning we had in Italy! Really nice linens and better quality towels than you usually get in rental situations. Great hot water and pressure in showers. Nice bonus to have a washing machine and views to boot. Host is very helpful & easy to get a hold of. Friendly staff. Spare/smaller rooms bed needs the mattress updating/replacing - mattress from the twin bed has worn through completely so you lay almost bare on the slats beneath. Still had great sleeps thanks to the air conditioning and linens though!
• Douglas (9/5): Great base for a stay in Florence! - We 3, a couple and sister, really enjoyed our week long stay in Florence (although it may have been slightly long, we were never at a loose end. A day trip to Pisa & Lucca was really good) This apartment was an excellent base to the west of centre with a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. There is a flight of stairs to the first floor which you do need to be able to negotiate. For us with the ability to walk anywhere in the city, it was an ideal location and we could literally "step out" into Florence! The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the 2 bathrooms useful and clean. The kitchen and dining area was fully equipped for the times when we wanted breakfast or a meal in house for a change. The Internet was very good. Communication throughout was excellent and we were given a great welcome and explanation from Massimo (Thanks again) Overall, highly recommended.

• Annette (7/5): Very enjoyable - Well equipped good size bedrooms. Bathroom/shower room modern and clean. Great response from host when needed. Location not bad once got bearings. Some good restaurants in the Santa Croce square just a few minutes walk away. Living area small, no comfy chairs, only a dining table and chairs. Expected window and outside outlook from living/kitchen area, as opposed to service well. Lighting in one bedroom a little dull. A local paper map in apartment would have been useful, as would some instructions about nearest supermarket etc, and basic instructions on amenities in apartment.
• Helena (9/5): Great apartment in a top spot for seeing Florence - Great space, really good size for a family of four (or two couples) and the two bathrooms was such a great bonus! The flat is up a fairly steep flight of stairs, but only one and getting our three suitcases up really wasn’t that difficult! Really clean and modern apartment. Great location for walking the city, with lots of good food choices within just a few minutes walk! We had a couple of small issues but Nicco our host went above and beyond to help us out! Thanks Nicco! Beds were soft - hubby loved them, I like firmer so very much a preference thing here! But that was a small thing!
• Catherine (7/5): Good - Very spacious rooms, very clean and modern bathrooms, great location No utensils in the kitchen. There's plates and pans but not a single fork, spoon or knife. We contacted the host about this but we didn't get an answer. In the end, we had to go buy plastic cutlery. Other negative point was that one of the double bed was extremely squeaky, we had to put the mattress on the floor to be able to sleep

• Álmos (8/5): Lovely place to stay if you explore the city. - Perfect location. The neighborhood is silent. The apartment has huge rooms. The place is well equipped. Everything what we needed was available. We had to wait (30-35 min) for the nice lady who showed around and gave us the keys.

• Feliks (9/5): All in all it’s a very nice and well equipped place to stay in Florence - Great location - in about 10-15 minutes walk to the main attractions, easy access with self check in. Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat with everything you need (including washer machine). Good AC in every room. Beds were quite noisy in the second bedroom. Some pillows need to be changed - the filler is felted and they don’t keep their shape. Big mattress is too soft but it’s the matter of taste. Apartment is on the second floor with steep staircase to climb - that could be a challenge if u carry big sized luggage.

• Suvir (7/5): Spacious, but can be better - The check-in process was easy, warm and friendly. The apartment is nice and spacious, with big rooms. The host is very prompt and responsive. There was no coffee for the machine, which was later brought though promptly.There was no cooking oil, which is usually provided in apartments. Some of the plastic bowls are not nice to eat from. The AC wasn't coming on at night. It needed to be reset and after that it took a while to cool down. The beds are too creaky - make a lot of noise as you turn sides. Daylight streams into the bedroom and hence it gets too bright.

• Eduard (9/5): Nice, spacious and well-equipped apartment close to the best Florence attractions. - Very nice apartment in classic Florence bulding near to the Dome and especially to the Santa Croce square. Well equipped kitchen and large two bedrooms. Everything you may need for a family holiday. Also check-in instructions were clear. Just the stairs, but it is a hostorical building so everyone should expect it :-)

The TV is in the kitchen and there is nowhere comfy to sit and watch
