- Suhaimi (8/5): - Spacious, amenities like towels, tooth brush etc. The Nintendo Switch and pocket wifi was useful. Quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to Starbucks Reserve and Donki and of course a plethora of combini and restaurants. Theres a bus from Shibuya station (41 at the time i was there) which is convenient. Ikeriji-ohashi station is not the most convenient to walk from if you have big luggage. Go from naka-meguro instead. It is a further walk but its flatter.

- Paul (7/5): - The location was great, it was easy to get to Shibuya. The apartment is well equipped and the terrace is a big bonus. Check-in experience was effortless. The heating situation is not great if you use both beds. When you turn on the air conditioning it gets too warm upstairs and if you don't, it gets really cold downstairs. The windows are not properly insulated and there is a cold breeze coming from outside when you sleep on the couch bed.

Staff assez réactif. Lits confortables en mezzanine. 10mn à pied en montée depuis les deux stations de métro les plus proches, mais bien connecté à partir de ces stations. Equipements un peu vieillots. Cuisine minimaliste.

- 亜紗子 (5/5): - 立地、セルフチェックインである点 必要最低限のアメニティ、室内は清潔でバルミューダのトースターやダイソンの掃除機が設備などは充実していた ロフトなので仕方ないとは思いますが、冬場はロフトは暑くて下の階は寒いため、温度調節が難しい点。加湿器が置いてありましたが使用しても乾燥がひどく、寝不足と疲労感でいっぱいになりました。。 また、予約時点で料金が1万という表示が大きく出ていたのですが、小さい文字で追加料金6000円と書いてあり、実際の支払いは1.6万でした。こちらの確認不足もありますが、長年、booking.comでは大きく表示される料金を見て予約していました。支払いが完了した後に気づき驚き、後から請求額が上がったように感じ、強い不信感を抱きました。みなさんの注意なさってください。

- Dara (9/5): Cosy place to stay outside the hustle of the city - The layout and facilities of the property were good, I especially adore the loft. It’s a bit of a walk to the train stations but we found a closer alternative, the bus stop is much nearer. Happy with it

- Phillip (5/5): Misleading - It was clean. The photos don’t accurately reflect the interior. Many photos are not from this space. That was a shock, so admittedly I’m not super happy. The size is small, and there is no counter space in the kitchenette. The bath towels were made of micro-fiber, like they are disposable. According to Google Maps, the location is a 17 minute walk from Nakamura-Meguro station, not 10 minutes as claimed. In general, I did not find it to be a good value.

- Rachael (7/5): Good flat with a very comfy bed! - Loved the location of this flat, really charming area. Great place to do south based Tokyo exploring from. Bed was super comfy. As expected the kitchen area is very small, and no storage for keeping food etc. All facilities worked fine, but are looking a little tired.
- Jessica (7/5): Clean and tidy - Great little location between the two stations. Had enough that you needed. Loved the hair-dryer and styling tool options. And the Nintendo Switch and Projector capabilities. Functional and clean and a big enough bed for my husband was a priority. And a reasonable price. I think we scraped in at the end of peak pricing a couple of weeks after Golden Week, so prices were a bit steeper in Tokyo overall? Loved the quiet neighbourhood streets. Check in was super helpful and easy. OK. So this apartment has a loft-style bedroom. I actually can't remember if I knew this or not at the time of booking. You have to climb a ladder to the bed (mentioning this for possible accessibility/mobility issues), and from there, the ceiling is obviously low. Fine for me, as an active, agile shorty. However for my partner this was a little bit of a struggle. He's only 185cms tall and he could touch the ceiling of the lower floor with the crown of his head, which is naturally more of an effort in a loft bedroom. No fault of the place. I think it's just something to keep in mind if you are a taller human or have mobility issues. And it is required that guests wear slippers - we're a no-shoe household at home, so it wasn't a problem, but if you are not on the smaller side, you may get frustrated with the smaller slippers. We ended up buying my partner some slides that fit, and that he could use as indoor slippers. None of this is 'negative' as such, more just as an fyi. One of the towels we had was blanket material (think like those plush faux fur throws almost). It's of course meant to be a bath towel, at least comparing the sizing to the regular terry towel. But I did end up using a hand towel as a bath towel, because I couldn't dry myself with it. Also worth noting that the bath towels here are not Western-sized bath towels. They're like a long bathmat. Not a problem, but don't be surprised. Nothing overly wrong, just things to be mindful of. After adjusting to everything, it was fine.

The loft was very spacious and bed was comfortable Pretty bad smell near the entrance, not sure if it was coming from the locked cupboard or perhaps the adjacent apartment but it was pretty unpleasant. There was air fresheners supplied which took the edge off
- Walid (4/5): Dissapointing - Location is nice, close by the Meguro river. The apartment wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived, dust on several spots, found clipped nail remains on the floor meaning that it wasn’t vacuumed properly. Furthermore found someones old sweater with the extra bed sheets when making the bed sofa. The towels were of some kind of synthetic fabric that doesn’t dry at all, wouldn’t even call it towels…it were more like fleece blankets. The projector didn’t work. At last the apartment is noisy and you hear every movement of the neighbors. Overall quite a dissapointing stay to be honest…would recommend going for hotels in Japan.

The only thing that prevents me from giving it a great review is the fact that we requested an early check in (which got approved) and upon arrival the place was not ready and residues from the past visitors were visible and unappealing, also restroom seemed to gather gnats. All and all an experience.

- Meowkhee (8/5): Very good - The place is like 15 mins subway ride from Shibuya station and in the trendy where the local cafe and boutique. It was nice to wander around and one of the few Starbucks Reserve Roastery is around the corner. You can go early to avoid the crowd. The place is 10 mins walk to the station. It’s just we are a bit noisy on the wheels in there quiet neighbourhood. Sorry neighbours!

Will consider coming here again when the weather is cooler - It’s in a really nice residential area, the space is comfortable and good for a couple, we did enjoy chilling in the apartment during the hot afternoon. It’s in a very cute neighborhood, but at the same time it’s not at the most convenient location, taking bus from there is the best portion because it takes a bit of walk to go to the nearest metro stations. It’s fine for people who don’t mind to walk like us (but when the weather is not to hot)

- Subin (10/5): Exceptional - We were lucky to find this place at a reasonable price. It's within walking distance of Nakameguro, one of my favorite areas in Tokyo. The neighborhood is charming, and if you're looking for somewhere near Shibuya that's still quiet, this is the perfect spot. The accommodation itself is very cozy, well-maintained, and spacious enough for two people. We did have a bit of trouble communicating with the host regarding some of the facility usage manuals, including the check-in instructions, but other than that, everything was perfect. The person who helped us convert the sofa into a bed was very kind. Highly appreciated his help!
