• Nadiia (3/5): - Отвечали на наши смс почти сразу Размер и состояние квартиры не соответствует с заявленным на сайте. Квартира намного меньше, окна и полы покрыты плесенью. Плохо убрана после других посетителей.

• L (1/5): Penész fészek - Semmi Sajnos kritikán aluli szállás, 15 órától lehetett elfoglalni, de 15:30kor még nem tudtunk bemenni "takarítás " miatt. A szàllo koszos, penészes, ágy kényelmetlen, ágynemű nem volt cserélve, minden koszba volt.. ablakok is penészesek ágy alatt és fürdő is. Ha lehetséges szeretnénk vissza a teljes árat. A szoba ajtón valaki már belevéste szerintem szöggel, hogy "Wo ist sauber " leforditva "ez hol tiszta " ez gondolom mindent elárul.

Trotz all dieser Probleme habe ich nur 15 % Rückerstattung bekommen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. • Sonja (3/5): Nie wieder! - Gute Parkmöglichkeiten Das Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber, besonders das Sofa, hatte auch keinen Bezug und da waren auch Haare und viele Flecken. Der Gestank war auch sehr schlimm!

• AMERKHANOVA (1/5): BETRUG: ich habe sofort an der Unterkunft geschrieben dass wir stornieren wollen aber wurde abgelehnt - Gar nicht Das ganze Bett, einschließlich der Bettwäsche und der Decke, war völlig nass und schmutzig. Es war absolut unmöglich, dort zu schlafen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht über den Zustand des Zimmers, da wir etwas Sauberes und Angenehmes erwartet hatten. Aufgrund der Situation mussten wir sofort das Zimmer verlassen und uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Trotz allem wurde unser Geld nicht zurückerstattet, was wir sehr unfair finden. Wir hoffen, dass Sie diese Angelegenheit ernst nehmen und den Betrag so schnell wie möglich erstatten. Eine derartige Erfahrung sollte sich nicht wiederholen

• Filip (1/5): - Mein Name ist Filip Jovanovic, habe 2 Tage gebucht haben dort nicht einmal eingecheckt mit meiner Frau. Es war extrem schmutzig , habe mit jemanden geschrieben und habe gefragt als Kulanz das sie mir eine Nacht zurück erstatten. Hat sich zwar entschuldigt aber sonst kam nichts leider Bin nur einmal rein und sofort wieder raus! Habe leider keine Fotos , sie können es gerne überprüfen ob wir dort geschlafen haben

Everything was dirty 🤢🤮 The bathroom wasn't working correctly 🚽🚿 I don't know when the sheets were last changed 🛏️🤔 It was a very bad experience 👎 Not only the apartment but the outside area as well 😟😕

I had booked for 4 days and no one came either to clean it or for the internet. ...there was no hairdryer ...there were no towels two were ...irresponsible staff
• Koslowski (3/5): pretty nasty - working wi-fi, tv, clean water apartment was the dirtiest stay i‘ve ever had. Ranging from dust, bugs and dirt on the floor to mold on the walls. Very disgusting. The shower water was either burning hot or freezing cold, nothing in between. All of the furniture in the apartment felt like it could break at any moment and the neighbours were very noisy throughout the entire night. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have a very tight budget and don’t care about your health.

• Raheela (7/5): Good - The room and kitchen were very nice and spacious. Overall it was a very nice and pleasant stay. Minor points didn't take the fact away of the very nice and cosy place. The location was really good. And the instructions the host gave were really clear. The bathroom didnt have an exhaust or vent. This prevented the water to dry and thats why thw bathroom was constantly wet. There was also some mould on the walls in the kitchen and next to the window in the room which is not healthy. There should also be a broom or something to clean the floor. But overall the stay was pleasant.
• Kristina (5/5): Looked awesome on the photos, but in reality it wasn't so nice. - The bed was comfortable and it was warm to sleep. Netflix was a nice bonus. We booked the apartment for 3 PEOPLE, however for the 3rd person there was no bedlinen: no sheet and no pillow. Fortunately, we found an extra blanket. The bathroom floor was all wet when we arrived and after the shower everything was wet - had to put on our boots every time we wanted to use the toilet. The kitchen and bathroom were damp and very cold.

• Anonymous (1/5): It was close to unbearable. Not recommending - It was incredibly dirty. There was mold on the windows, stains on the bed and towels, the bedsheets were dirty, and the bathroom was also not clean. It was very noisy during the night, due to the bad sound isolation we had to listen to people snoring and arguing from the other rooms. During the night it became so cold that, also taking into account the other factors, we were forced to check out and look for another accommodation. The owners were hard to reach and weren’t willing to discuss any compensation for the nights we didn’t spend there. The stay was terrible.
