- Antonella (9/5): - La casa è deliziosa. Arredata in stile NewYorkese con tutti i confort immaginabile. La posizione è strategica tra due raccordi di Metro che si raggiungono in 5 minuti a piedi. Per raggiungere il centro di Manhattan ci vanno minimo 30 minuti di metro.

- Ly Huong (9/5): - location was a bit far from the main attractions, but close to train stations so it wasn't all too bad was told not to make noise after 10pm and in the hallway but the other occupants apparently didn't have the same rules. they were very loud and noisy whenever they were going in and out of the building. i was woken up several times during the night on several different occasions.
- Francois (10/5): Great stay in Harlem - Excellent location near two subway stations. Very comfortable and spacious. Excellent facilities. NYC welcomed us with the first snowfall of the season. It's NYC, so it wasn't cheap! Still the best value I could find for the area. Upstairs neighbors were a little less than quiet.

- benny (8/5): - Zeer net en ruim appartement. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Houten vloer, ook bij de bovenburen, wat (een beetje) lawaaierig was.
- SETSUKO (10/5): とても快適に過ごせた。 - 施設設備が整っていた。 問い合わせに迅速に対応してくれた。 ゴミの捨て方。お風呂のシャワーや皿洗機の操作方法の説明書きが書いてあるとありがたかった。
