• Neralie (5/5): Darwin was fun and vibrant. Apartment was ok but not worth the tariff - Location Looked a bit tired. Very flat cushions, ripped bed in twin room, frayed carpet. Exhaust fan in bathroom came on and switched off randomly.
• Heighes (8/5): location across the road from beautiful parks and walkways with stunning views of the ocean. - The location was excellent, stunning views etc. The room itself was a bit "tired"; dining chairs were worn, and outdoor setting was in need of repair/replacement.

• Jill (7/5): Comfortable well located large unit with beautiful views over the Darwin waterfront - Plenty of messages and information Late checkout. Great location to cbd. Poor internet, lamps in living room not working, the ironing board collapsed and I fell with slight pressure whilst ironing and I fell with a burn to my arm. No Netflix and only two sports Foxtel general channels. Pool open to all off the street

• Reeves (8/5): Very good - Loved the location and its views No WiFi , it was crap. Couldn't get internet for longer than 2 minutes before it dropped out. TV was crap, no Netflix or foxtel.

• Anita (9/5): Our stay was fabulous. Only complaint is that we payed half our accommodation on booking and were supposed to pay other - Location, view, balcony, size, quiet and peaceful, beautiful pool Not enough pool chairs, pillows like rocks.

• Gary (9/5): We enjoyed Darwin during off season including our stay at ZEN88 Esplanade. - A great value price & location wise, very nice pool and easy to get to restaurants and Hop On Hop Off bus. The "Luxury" in heading should probably be reviewed. Property needs to inventory supplies some of which are only 2 bowls for 6 guests, 5 forks, no paper towels, need additional pots & pans for 6 guests as we did cook 3 nights. Whomever is cleaning should provide list to owners or management.

• Androula (9/5): Great Location, clean and tidy, large space for a big family! - location was great along the esplanade. close to shops and restaurants all walking distance. the apartment was very clean and tidy and plenty of space to just chill. staff were very responsive, accomodating and friendly. They helped us out with late checkout and recommended places to swim when our pool was unusable. the mantra pool was under maintenance during our stay. given it was very hot we were disappointed. the staff recommended some other swimming spots and were very accomodating given this was out of their control.
