• STEVEN (6/5): Overall an average apartment with mediocre linen, something one would not expect for a Penthouse. - Location was very central to everything Geelong had to offer. Was shocked and disappointed by the lack of disclosure on the booking.com booking page by the vendor that a security deposit almost the cost of the stay was a mandatory requirement to stay at the apartment. Was not informed of this until after paying for the stay and awaiting confirmation of booking. Contacted booking.com customer service who stated was a breach of their terms and conditions for their listings on booking.com, but when the lister was contacted was told "if not paid they would cancel booking'. Towels in bathroom were of low quality for a "Penthouse", no different to hospital towels.

• Trodden (9/5): Fabulous stay. Hit the jackpot. Views were great, apartment had everything we needed. Close to shops, grea walk and a sh - The views, lovely couch, great kitchen, grea showers and bathrooms. Nothing. Loved it.
• Lerma (10/5): The moment we stepped in and saw the views, it was wow wow wow. - I just love the apartment, the views and the location. There is no rubbish chute on the floor. Have to take it to level 3.

• Technician (1/5): Death trap - To be honest the whole experience was a bit of a nightmare I was 21 stories up and there was a massive smashed window. This was extremely unsafe when I contacted the owner I was told the smashed window had cardboard over it which I was blamed for taking off I was also told I didn't have to use that part of the unit they were extremely rude and gave no refund at all.

• Raabs (7/5): Good - The property was really central, amazing views, spacious and easily able to walk to lots of great places Upon arrival, the rubbish wasn't taken out and the place smelt of old eggs (from the bin) this was disappointing, cooking in the kitchen was lovely however the exhaust didn't work and two of the dining room chairs were broken. For the price of the property I expected a bit more...
• Alm (8/5): Very good - That view is understated in the pictures, and everything was quite well-appointed. I was very pleased with how promptly the hosts addressed issues. I would stay there again. Instructions on key collection can be improved along with cleanliness, although this could have been a one-off scenario.

The bin system in unit was confusing. Couldn’t find a bin so had to collect ourself and dispose elsewhere which is a bit ridiculous especially for huge price of stay
