• Tanya (6/5): We enjoyed our stay at the lovely, comfortable unit, but we were frustrated by the lack of important details - Clean, comfortable. The beds were lovely and the morning sun coming into the bedrooms was lovely. Also great double blinds, so you can choose just privacy or light blocking blinds. It close to our Aunt’s home as well as our cousins too and easy distance to the Esplanades and the great Lilo cafe which we visited a few times. We did not have keys to lock the security doors. There were almost no cleaning products. Missing were; Dishwashing and dishwasher solutions Clothes washing powder or liquid Shampoo/conditioner Body soap. Also, there were no pegs to hang clothes on the outdoor line and no clothes drying racks to use indoors. As we were only there for 4 nights it was not practical for us to buy any of these products and so things were not as h]great as they could have been. Having stayed in plenty of temporary accommodation I can comfortably say this lack is quite unprofessional. The half “carport” was not useful either

• Jess (10/5): Lovely stay - We loved our stay here and wished we could stay longer, great location so close to beach and Mornington town where you can find nice places to eat and drink. A sweet little nana flat, that is exceptionally clean with milk, bread, coffee pods and cornflakes are a lovely touch. Bed was very comfortable We were looking forward to the use of the BBQ but was out of gas

• Saeed (7/5): Pleasant stay but poor facilities - The place was clean, tidy and cosy. Bed sheets and linens were clean and smelled good. The place was offering breakie per the description. There was bread supplied however milk was in a open jar in the fridge!! Who would use a milk from an open jar with no use by date info? There was: No tissue No paper towels Not enough tea towels No washing machine No dryer In this place There were limited and old rusty cutleries

• Fiona (9/5): Perfect for our young family - Perfect for our young family - baby could crawl around safely, toddler couldn't get up to any mischief, the larger bedroom easily fit my portacot. The living space is a great size with comfortable furniture and a decent size tv for the room. The little wall heaters did a good job (mid-September, a little cold but not wintery). We walked from the unit down to the beach then to Main street and back again, it is walkable but it's a pretty long walk. Having said that, it's a great spot to stay and use as home base for your daily adventures. I would absolutely stay here again, it suited my family's needs perfectly! The Netflix didn't work. The rugs are dangerous and need some grips under them, 2 of us slipped over. The dining table has 4 chairs but is in the corner of the room leaving 2 chairs inaccessible. Some paper towel and a dish scrubber would have been handy.

• Lisa (10/5): Everything you need in a great location. - Great location, spotlessly clean, good water pressure in the shower, all utensils and amenities provided. Nice touch to have coffee pods, milk, butter and bread provided. Easy flat walk to the water and just as easy walking back towards the shopping area in the same street for supermarket supplies and takeaway. Scenic walk into the main shopping centre strip and down to the pier area. Didn’t need to drive anywhere. Nothing not to like.

Good facilities for making breakfast. Bread, milk and butter as well as tea bags and coffee pods were a welcoming touch. At this time of year, an electric blanket would have made the bed more cosy.

I struggled to get a goodnight sleep due to all the traffic noise.

• Phil (8/5): Vibrant, upbeat town made for an enjoyable weekend - Nice easy walk to the main street. Clean and comfortable. A little too close to a busy road. Drink vessels except for wine glasses were plastic
• Leeanne (8/5): In a good location, very clean, quiet, spacious and a friendly, helpful host. - The unit was very clean, spacious and bright and looks to have been recently painted. Polished hardwood floors made it feel cosy. An older style, single story unit in a small, quiet complex with nice gardens, that has easy access from the road and off street parking at the door. Despite a back injury that is currently hindering my mobility I found the unit comfortable and accessible. There are two small steps at the entry. The shower is over the low set bath tub, but there are several secure handrails to assist accessibility. We made our booking at very short notice in the early evening and were able to call the host directly. She was very helpful and even went out of her way to have milk and bread delivered before we arrived. All communication with Vicki was friendly, quick and helpful.

• Gabrielle (9/5): Just right! - Spacious, incredibly clean and very comfortable. It was a little bit cold as the heating wasn't hugely effettive. (Our stay was in winter) However the bedding was more than sufficent for a cozy sleep.
