• Jaime (2/5): BED BUGS, stay away! - The apartment was in a great location. The space for a larger family was nice with two bathrooms and a kitchen. The property manager Jake was responsive to fixing minor needs (wifi password, towels not left) and was very honest about prior problems with the bed bugs previously reported in the property. BED BUGS, enough said. Management acknowledged they thought they treated them a month earlier, and was upfront about previous challenges, yet did not offer any reimbursement for extra costs incurred due to them, costing us hundreds of dollars out of pocket for new hotels at the last minute for six guests, hours of our day spent repacking, doing laundry and purchases of new suitcases. Only gave partial reimbursement for stay (only stayed one night out of three but refund did not even reflect half, much less two-thirds of our paid price) and placed blame of lack of full refund on Booking.com. Still in dispute to figure out the amount given back, but regardless, disappointing because as a property owner, I would go out of my way to make up for such an inconvenience to my guests, regardless of the platform I was working with. Also, wifi was inconsistent and heaters took awhile to work. Apartment not warmed for our arrival, but assume it was because of the bugs, because as soon as we heated up the rooms for our kids, the bugs were seen. EDIT TO ADD: response from property about reimbursement also included refusal to refund cleaning/linens fees, despite not having clean ones provided stating "Please note that cleaning and linen costs are incurred regardless of length of stay, especially given the additional professional treatments and inspections arranged following your departure." I'm not sure how them not providing a clean environment and linens from the start, or the extra "treatments and inspections" after an early departure due to bed bugs is the responsibility of the customer to make up for who was not provided clean accommodations to begin with. Just awful experience and hope people are aware of how they treat their customers when something is wrong with their property!

• Sean (5/5): With some updated furniture, coat of paint and block out blinds this could be an amazing family accomodation, I know we - Location, new kitchen. 2nd and 3rd bedroom really small, mattresses lumpy, visible wear and tear throughout the whole townhouse, no soundproofing for street facing rooms, uncomfortable seating in lounge and kitchen. No access to small patio.

• 김 (7/5): - 숙소가 깔끔하고 시설도 좋았습니다 아기자기 데코레이션이 잘 된 집이었어요. 지층1~3층까지 계단으로 오르내려야해서 연세있으신분 비추입니다. 대체로 청결하였으나 식세기 청소상태가 좋지않았습니다. 식탁의자 쿠션이 오래되어서 약간 불편했습니다.

Hovedbadet var bra, det andre badet er slitt. Leiligheten er preget av slitasje, Veldig lytt, renhold kunne vært bedre, oppvaskmaskinen vasket kun med kaldt vann uansett program (den er nok ødelagt), flere pærer i lampene virket ikke.

• Kathryn (9/5): - Loved the property! Excellent location! Lots of space! Super cute! A lot of tight stairs which were tougher for the grandparents in our group, but otherwise it was ideal! Super comfy beds, good amenities, close walks to most places we wanted to go! Loved it!

• Tetiana (8/5): Very supportive and responsive host. Well equipped apartment. Excellent location. Great value for money. One of the only - Locations was amazing, Apartments had everything we needed. Grocery store was 2 minutes away and lots of different restaurants around too. All attractions were in walking proximity. Stairs were steep and narrow. And it’s 4 levels. We didn’t expect that but despite this discomfort it was pretty charming townhouse. Sofa bed downstairs was horrible. It’s like a floor mat. Not good at all. Initially we didn’t know how to increase the heating but after the landlord’s visit it improved. Landlord explained very clearly how it works and after that we had no issues.

Kitchen and dining area made for easy meals and was a nice place to gather. Restaurants/groceries are all nearby so very convenient. Hosts super responsive and nice! Just know there are stairs - not an issue for us. It is also conveniently located to restaurants/pubs/major transportation hubs so there will be noise

• Marina (9/5): Very nice authentic apartment in the heart of London! - Very cosy and beautiful apartment. It’s four level apartment. Ground floor is the kitchen, then first floor living area, second floor main bedroom , then third floor with 2 bedrooms. Especially we loved to spend time in the kitchen. Keep in mind that you have to jump up and down between levels all the time. Apartment has everything you need. Love the location and surroundings. The host is very responsive and helpful. The owner was also really nice and friendly person. We had an unfortunate accident: An hour before we came they’ve painted balustrades with oil based paint and my daughter had paint all over her hands and hoodie. We spent hour trying to wash it off. Internet didn’t work for the whole stay, despite owner tried to resolve the issue. Windows soundproofing is zero, unfortunately you can hear everything from outside. There were construction works during our stay, fortunately we were away during the day. So this is couple of things we did not like.
• Ga (9/5): Wonderful stay! Prime Location! Would recommend to anyone visiting - A beautiful place in a prime location, situated near Victoria Station (about a 5-minute walk), it offered easy access to many attractions like Buckingham Palace (about a 10-15 minute walk), restaurants like Nando’s, and shops. I loved being able to walk to Sainsbury supermarket every day for groceries and last-minute essentials. The home itself was lovely, clean, and well-maintained, with space to accommodate 6 people (1 senior, 3 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 child age 10). The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy. The bedrooms were pleasant, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hosts were awesome providing all the information needed for a smooth check-in and check-out process. Things to note: the place has 4 floors with lots of stairs which may be challenging for some. The Internet was slow at times.
• Charity (10/5): Convenient and comfortable - This is ideal for any sightseeing that requires meeting at Victoria Station. We also found it nice to walk to and from Buckingham palace and the mall. Our parents are over 70 and they were able to make the walk with ease. The place was tidy and organized. Kitchen has plenty of pots/pans for cooking. We did not make dinner there as we made good use of the local cuisine which was abundant and very tasty. Water was hot, the clothes washer and dryer was convenient. The air conditioning was useful for us because it was a very hot weekend when we stayed. Having 2.5 bathrooms was wonderful for 7 people. Water pressure in the shower was great. Stairs are a little hard for elderly but manageable . We left most of the suitcases on the 1st floor because it was too much to get them up the stairs into the rooms. WiFi router needed a restart, but even after that the internet was slow. Most of the time, I used my own roaming network to get things done. Getting the key from the lockbox was fine. There are two boxes but we figured out the one on the left door-facing-side worked. The main problem we had was opening the door. The tension on the door made it very hard to turn the lock. Once we realized how it was supposed to work, it was not a problem. I would’ve liked to have a paper manual for the appliances and check in and out list. My
• Roman (10/5): An absolute gem. Highly recommended and would stay again. - Fantastic location. Pleasant host. Clean, updated flat with plenty of room. The online welcome book was very useful. The flat spans four floors, so lots of walking up and down stairs. Not a big deal for us, but wouldn't work for someone with mobility challenges.
