• Alex (1/5): Only sleep here if your other option is sleeping on the streets. - The only good thing about this is the central location in Shibuya, however because of that it’s so noisey until at least 4.30am with screaming idiots outside a nightclub. Where do I start? The place is minuscule (not enough space for 3ppl), dirty, hard to access the key box, noisey and above all the bed is a total joke - you can feel every spring prodding into your body whilst you sleep - how delightful. I did not sleep a wink. Only stay here if your other option is sleeping on the streets.

• Emma (3/5): Great location, could do with some better cleaning and a more comfortable bed - Loved the location! Shower was nice and powerful. The bed is very uncomfortable, can feel every spring. Was not cleaned well. We found a false nail on the carpet by the bed and hair all over the floors so the apartment doesn’t get hoovered often. Also we had to buy earplugs as there is a club just on the next street pumping music till 5am or so.
• Lee (1/5): No value reliability, professionalism, or basic human decency, avoid this place at all costs. - This property should not be allowed to operate at all. Despite having a confirmed and fully paid booking, my room was cancelled at the exact moment of check-in because the hotel claimed it was “not available.” There was no prior notice, no warning, and no meaningful apology — I was informed only after arriving at the property with my luggage. What makes this experience unforgivable is that I was abandoned in freezing winter weather in Shibuya, Tokyo, with my family without any assistance whatsoever. The staff made zero effort to help find alternative accommodation, contact nearby hotels, or provide any support. I was simply told my booking was cancelled and left to deal with the consequences on my own. This goes far beyond poor service. It demonstrates gross negligence, complete irresponsibility, and a total disregard for guest safety and basic human decency. A confirmed booking clearly means nothing to this property. If they oversell rooms or mismanage availability, they shift the entire burden onto the guest without accountability. Do not trust this place. If you arrive during busy periods, late hours, or cold weather, you risk being left on the street. Save yourself the stress, risk, and humiliation and book literally anywhere else. Addition to your reply, the locket provide for the key was your staff locket which the pass code provide was unable to unlock and access the key for your room. We spoke for 1 hour with booking.com and they informed me that you were not able to provide further assistance due to your negligence even incurring addition hundreds of dollar for that phone call under my own account. Appreciate that you stop your bullshit and make corrective action instead of pushing away the failure of your service. No value reliability, professionalism, or basic human decency, avoid this place at all costs. A confirmed booking clearly means nothing to them.

Estaba sucio, la cama era incomoda (te clavas los muelles), el microondas estaba roto, había productos para la lavadora pero los botes estaban vacíos, lo mismo con los de la ducha.

The bed was arranged directly on the floor, making it uncomfortable. there were additional mattress but are broken and uncomfortable that significantly impacted sleep quality. Further, the bed’s wooden corners were sharp and caused discomfort. Owner responses on the queries raised found delayed.

• Karla (6/5): Pleasant - Near the train station even it was complicated to get there. It was clean and they provide enough bad sheets to set up the third bed on the sofa bed. Lot of restaurants near the accommodation. First the location wasn’t good as I expected, even being near the train station, it was very complicated to get there. When we got there, it was a self check in and it was very difficult to get the keys from the locker. As it wasn’t a normal hotel, they don’t keep luggages, which was bad for us, as we were relying on that. The couple bed has a wood frame that hurts if you hit the foot on the corner, because it faces the floor and you think that it’s just a mattress, but it’s not.

The bathroom was a disgrace leaking taps no shower curt - Location Size of the unit,size and cleanliness of the bathroom. The air conditioning leaked over the bed. The bed was a mattress on the floor with a wooden frame around it. Absolutely no communication with owner with leaking aircon.
• Kyla (1/5): Bad - The location was good. While this place is advertised as to be accommodated for 3 people (and the photos are deceiptingly spacious) - the space available is extremely limited. If we were to use the sofa bed, there would be no space for suitcases, or even any movement in the room. The bathroom and kitchen are not clean and the apartment building is under construction (which does not provide for much comfort). We unfortunately only stayed for one night of our stay before we had to find alternative accommodation.

• Cynthia (9/5): Truly a gem in the heart of Shibuya, clean, convenient, great location and well equipped! - The location is great and convenient for most of our needs. Near restaurants and train station. It is very accessible. The property has all the necessary things like toiletries, cleaning supplies and equipments (vacuum), laundry (including detergent with the washing machine), cooking equipment (stove and microwave), refrigerator, extra linens and comforter. It is a very small place but packed with all the essentials. The place is really small but commensurate for the price you pay. The low profile bed did not have enough cushion but will suffice for someone who is really tired and ready to pass out from a busy day of traveling and sightseeing.

• Sycatch (1/5): Just awful - The only thing we liked about this place was how close to Shibuya station. Staff tried to come into the room without letting us know at 10:30pm asking for an lost item of the previous customer. Also the facility wasn't as described. I sent a few messages asking for some questions but I only had 1 short reply which wasn't helpful at all and all the other questions didn't get answered. In the middle of the night, we got woken up by a lady who was shouting in Korean just outside of our room, also the noise level outside around 4am was just bearable. We would avoid this accommodation at all cost.
