The property offers reasonable value for money at around $340 per night for 6 people.
The location and overall stay were pleasant enough, suitable for a short family getaway.
The third bedroom’s single beds were suitable for children, though not ideal for adults. The main bedroom carpet had noticeable cigarette burns, which detracted from the otherwise tidy presentation.
The lounge area rug was heavily stained, creating a poor impression in what should be the family hub of the home.
The lounge area was under-furnished, with only a 2-seater couch for a group of 6, making it difficult to relax together.
The furnishings felt budget-level, which may have been intentional, but didn't suit the advertised comfort.
The coffee machine was broken, and basic supplies were minimal.
Check-in was delayed: the cleaner only began at 3:02pm (after the designated check-in time) and finished around 4:00pm, suggesting a rushed clean.
While tolerable at the price, the overall experience felt more like a "tight budget for 6" rather than the advertised "cozy and valuable".
Would not choose to stay again based on the current standard.
