- Jhonathan (6/5): - El apartamento está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, con fácil acceso a comercios y espacios adecuados para transitar con tranquilidad. El baño es amplio y cómodo, así como los balcones y su vista. El apartamento es muy amplio; sin embargo, los muebles, closet, el comedor, las puertas y la cocina presentan un alto grado de desgaste. La chapa de la puerta principal evidencia un nivel considerable de oxidación, por lo que podría estar próxima a dañarse. Considero que ya es momento de realizar algunas mejoras; una remodelación sería muy conveniente.

- Richard (8/5): Nice stay, would stay there again. - The location is really good, and the building is well maintained. Room services came quickly when requested. I wish there was an AC in the leaving room as well.

- Baron (4/5): Not bad but could be better. - It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. 24 hour security. No roaches. Every window was unlocked. One balcony door couldn't be locked. Window in shower had no curtain allowing neighbors a free a show. No hot water. AC Vents sealed in living room. 100 year old refrigerator. 50 year old frying pan. Housekeeping is not included in the reservation you see. No towels.
