• rachel (1/5): The property lacked essential facilities on arrival, making it unsuitable for my stay. - Location was convenient The property was not in a usable condition on arrival. There was no hot water as the boiler was not operational, and I was sent instructions via a YouTube link to try and resolve this myself, which is not appropriate for a paying guest. In addition, there was no working kettle and there were ants present in the property. This meant essential facilities were unavailable for the first night and following morning of a short stay, and I had to arrange alternative accommodation at short notice.

• Stefanie (5/5): - super Lage, unkompliziert & mit Genius-Rabatt auch nicht so teuer. Decke sehr schlecht/gar nicht gedämmt, daher hörte man Nachbarn von oben extrem laut stampfen, waschen, etc. Schlafen war daher nicht sehr angenehm.

• Rina (6/5): Wasn’t completely satisfied due to issues faced - Location. Cleanliness. Space. I have highlighted to the host about the no hot water issue and the inconsistency of the flow of hot and cold water in the shower. Temp rectified. Need to change the tape heads in the bathtub.

Pas d'eau froide dans la douche , c'est où bouillant ou rien. Si vous aimez les grottes et que vous voulez pas dormir c'est pour vous. Sinon passer votre chemin.
• Richard (2/5): The worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. - Good location Upon arrival we had difficulty locating the lockbox, the lockbox was hidden behind a wall and we had to phone the helpline in order to locate the box. After dropping off our bags, we tried to lock the door behind us only to find it didn’t lock. We rang the helpline again but there was no answer. After eventually getting in touch, we then had to wait 45 mins for the maintenance man to contact us to which he replied “I’m a bit far from there.” And took over an hour and a half to fix the problem. The situation was not helped by the fact that every time we contacted the helpline, a different person answered. The place was unclean, the bedroom located at the rear of the property meant that all the noise made from the upstairs apartment kept us up long past midnight both nights. The property also smelt of the substances they were smoking outside. At 2 in the morning, we were awoken by continuous loud banging from the upstairs guests who had been locked out, which continued for an hour. We were then woken up again at 9 in the morning by them loudly arguing over the situation upstairs. Also be aware that you will be made to pay either a £500 deposit or a mandatory £35 additional fee. We would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

• Chris (8/5): Very good - Great location, just round corner from good bars and Tube. Rubbish outside entrance door was excessive.

• Carol (6/5): Not good - Location Not as described on booking.com. Kitchen smell. Stained kitchen worktops. Shabby doors. Mildew blinds. Fire escape which was locked and no escape through back door. Netflix did not work. Incorrect signage to access property. Bath taps did not work. Not a luxurious bathroom. Overpriced
