• Grzegorz (4/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, spokojna okolica, ładny widok na Tamizę. Blisko do przystanku autobusowego ok. 300 m. Utrudnione wejście do mieszkania (trudna aktywacja panelu, aby wprowadzić kod). Brudne sztućce, urwane drzwi meblowe od zmywarki, przeciekający prysznic, zardzewiałe pojemniki z herbatą i kawą, jedna łyżeczka do herbaty na 8 osób. Nie ma tam dwóch łazienek, tylko jedna łazienka i jedno WC.
• Tamás (2/5): Low qualtiy, sloppy flat - The view of the Thames is wonderful! The apartment is very run-down. It really needs renovation. The walls are dirty everywhere, very disappointing. The towels were not clean, several of them had stains. The kitchen is quite poorly equipped. For example, there are only 4 spoons for 8 people. The beds are very bad. The mattress must be old because there is a huge dip in the middle. The bed frame/slats are also incomplete or broken. The app. looks nothing like the photos.

• Gonzalo (6/5): Las fotos engañan y mucho. - Las vistas, la rapidez para contactar con Tom y Paul, los encargados. Estaba muy sucio, armarios desarmados, baño con moho, cocina súper sucia, el mal olor del lavavajillas, la manilla de la puerta del baño estaba casi rota, la ducha sin presión. Aunque hay conexión de Uberboat y bus cerca, hasta el centro son 25 minutos.

• Lloyd (9/5): Stunning views of the River Thames - Very convenient place to many attractions. 4 minutes walk to buses to underground train. The rooms were spacious enough for six of us. The views of the river Thames are stunning both during the night and day. The host was courteous enough to offer us late checkout at no cost. Very minor, the door to the bathroom needs to be fixed so that it is easy to open and close

• Francine (8/5): Wonderful location for family group to share - The location and view was lovely and access to transport was great. The rooms were all a good size for our group, beds were very comfortable and plenty of nice clean towels. It had everything we needed with just a couple of exceptions. We really enjoyed it although didn't spend much time in it. On the downside, it hot!! (the heating was excessive, which made it a bit uncomfortable and unnecessarily costly); the walls are looking a bit grubby in the bathrooms, the door to the shower room doesn't close (unless forced), the kitchen needs a teatowel and most important, the access code to the flat is very complicated and required several tries each time we came back to the flat. As mentioned above: 1. Heating could be turned down 2. Walls could do with some paint 3. Bathroom door needs fixing so that it closes properly (especially as there's only one shower for all rooms) 4. Kitchen needs a teatowel 5. Front door to the flat needs a better access lock.
• Francine (2/5): - In beschrijving staat 2 bathrooms. Appartement heeft slechts 1 douche en 2 wc's. Met een groot gezelschap niet te doen. Appartement was niet schoongemaakt. Schoonmaker kwam om 6pm en vertrok na 9.30pm. Slechte start van onze vakantie. Eigenaar niet coulant en niet klantgericht. Teleurgesteld.
• Giulia (8/5): - La vista dell' appartamento è pazzesca! Tre belle camere da letto con enorme finestre sul Tamigi. Bella passeggiata in mezzo ad un parco per arrivare all' appartamento. Aspetti negativi: acqua fredda in doccia, bagni piccoli e senza finestre. Pulizia sufficiente.

• Talles Felipe (9/5): Ótima ! - A acomodação é exatamente como nas fotos. Ficamos dos dias 24 a 27 de Outubro de 2025 e foi tudo perfeito. Camas confortáveis, tudo limpo, muito bom Wi-Fi. O anfitrião sempre respondeu nossas questões. No penúltimo dia, o elevador não funcionou, mas o problema foi resolvido já no dia seguinte e deu tudo certo. O chuveiro também é quente, mas não muito quente, nosso grupo não é tão acostumado com frio então esperávamos um chuveiro extremamente quente. Mas deu pra tomar banho normalmente e não afetou a estadia. Eu recomendo esta acomodação.

• Elisa (9/5): - In generale l'alloggio era molto confortevole: camere spaziose, letti comodi, biancheria eccellente. E' stato semplice accedere grazie ai codici per le varie porte, comodo anche l'ascensore visto che l'appartamento è al settimo piano e la cucina attrezzata. Ma la cosa migliore è senza dubbio la posizione: l'appartamento è fuori dal caos turistico, una zona residenziale tranquilla ma ben servita e le finestre si affacciano direttamente sul Tamigi! Non c'è una vera e propria zona giorno, quindi se si è in tanti è impossibile mangiare tutti assieme. Sarebbe stato utile avere qualche dotazione in più, ad esempio sapone per le mani nei bagni, una spugna per lavare i piatti e uno strofinaccio, o qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più.

• Michelle (8/5): First time in London Good access to uber boats ! - Good location to wharf and the pub at the end of the street was pleasant . Good contact with owners Just a suggestion about having either tea towels And oven mittens for when you are cooking and drying dishes .. The elevator was interesting we got to see a few floors before we got to ours 😂

• Jennifer (7/5): Beautiful river front apartment - Beautiful view of the river! We had a clogged shower and it was fixed very very quickly! The beds were very comfortable! They provided 3 portable fans to help with air flow. While we were 20 minutes from city-center by car probably, we did public transportation and it was a lot longer. Busses come often so that helped! The washing machine was helpful and there's a provided drying rack in the closet. The rooms were hot because we couldnt close the curtains if we wanted airflow from outside, but that's expected in Europe and the provided fans helped. The elevator is scary! The doors close on people and also it sometimes doesn't go all the way up to the floor we were on.

• María (10/5): Helpful host and an amazing view of London! :) - The amazing view is the first thing you notice when you walk into the property! Moreover the instructions for checking in and accessing the property were very detailed and clear. We felt confident when we arrived because we knew exactly where to go and what to do to access the place. Communication with the host was always quick and friendly. The host was ready to help at all times. There are good transport links (two bus routes and Uber boat, or subway if you feel like walking 20 min). The neighbourhood is really quiet and you can walk along the river. There is a local cosy pub nearby to grab some traditional dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is no common room (living room), but one of the bedrooms has two large tables where the entire group can share a meal. There is a lift for carrying all your luggage :)
• Jana (10/5): Exceptional - Beautifull fully equiped apartment near by river. Easy to get from city, easy to get in, nice communication with landlord. We were 2 families and all 8 people fited in without any issue. Lovely spot.

• Nuno (5/5): Nice view.Not very nice for a family of seven with no living or dining room, had to eat in the rooms - The location is great, far from the subway but near the Uber boat. The add doesn't say it does not have a living room!!! Not very clean.
• Kamalveer (9/5): Superb - Only a 20 minute ferry ride away from London Central, this is a beautiful location with a gorgeous view of the Thames and London skyline.
• Nikos (5/5): For one or two nights, it's fine - Cozy beds, good sized rooms, hot water, and quiet apartment. Dirty floors, especially in the main hallway. Room heating didn't work. The sofa bed didn't suit us for sleeping, the mattress wasn't comfortable nor uniform. The elevator needs service, sometimes it doesn't open the door at the destination floor. The elevator broke down after the first day so it didn't work at all anymore. No extra toilet paper. The washing machine was left with some laundry inside of it.

• Ivan (10/5): Great stay. - Safe neighborhood. Nice view. Easy access to the Thames to get to the city. Waking distance to train station and supermarket, etc... and responsive host.
