• Yoliswa (9/5): - Convenience, responsiveness of host, and cleanliness. It was relatively seamless to get into the property. The instructions to the were simple to follow. The instruction notes for the property made reference to keys for the doors, but there were no keys at the property, and I was quite uncomfortable not being able to lock the doors on the first night. The reassurance only came in the next morning from the host concerning the safety of the property, which means I was a little bit uneasy on the first day. This said, this was more my expectation for additional security, but there was nothing that caused me unease at the property.

• Prudence (9/5): - Location was superb, no noise at all, Wi-fi ran quiet well and I was able to work. The cleaner startled me when she showed up the morning after I checked in, thinking that I'm checking out so she can prep the place for another guest. DSTV remote wasn't working.

Me hospedei de 27 a 29/12/25 e de 2 a 3 e de 5 a 6/01/26. Ao chegar no dia 27, não havia água no prédio por conta de uma manutenção do sistema da cidade. Soube somente ao chegar e enviar mensagem para o proprietário, que explicou o que estava acontecendo. Chegamos cansados de uma viagem longa (+/- 20h) e não pudemos tomar banho, escovar os dentes, etc, apenas no dia seguinte. O mesmo problema ocorreu no dia 5. Mandei mensagem e o anfitrião disse que novamente estava ocorrendo manutenção de água na cidade. Desta vez, após a mensagem, nos enviou um galão de água. Se a manutenção de água é um problema recorrente da região (eu não sei se é, mas dos 7 dias que estive hospedada, em 2 ficamos sem água durante o dia inteiro), o hóspede precisa saber e o proprietário preparado para lidar com este contratempo, mesmo que não seja culpa dele (mas é menos ainda do hóspede!). O proprietário precisou receber as mensagens para nos confirmar que estava sem água. A meu ver, como proprietário, ele já deveria ter se antecipado e nos avisado sobre a água (não seria o ideal, mas poderíamos ter escovado os dentes, feitos as necessidades no aeroporto, por exemplo), visto que a informação era pública, pois logo que falamos sobre o problema ele nos enviou link de rede social da companhia de água sobre a manutenção. Enfim, nos dias que ficamos sem água foi extremamente desconfortável. Flexível com late checkout mediante pagamento. Para ficar até 12h, paguei pela meia diária. Tentei negociar, afinal, passamos 2 dias sem água, mas o proprietário disse que precisaria alocar funcionários extras para a limpeza do apartamento ser mais rápida (não pagamos por mais uma diária ao reservar pois teríamos programação antes do aeroporto, sairíamos no horário do checkout, mas a programação mudou e perguntamos se seria possível pra sair às 12h). Estávamos com duas malas grandes, ficou apertado mantê-las abertas e conseguir circular no quarto.

• Isaac (8/5): Good for a short stay in a nice neighborhood. - Location is in Rosebank close to the Rosebank mall, it's possible to walk, but it could be a 15 min walk. I usually used Uber or Bolt. The street the building is on is a bit remote but seems safe. The room is very tight, but it's as advertised.

She went all out trying to modify my booking...she did all the work which she didn't have to...She helped till the end...She's a problem solver...She did it better than Booking.com itself Oh man don't hesitate! And oh by the way...I was a return guest 😁It came with benefits...Thank you sis Busi...You deserve all the credit Looking forward to coming back soon I enjoyed taking a walk to the mall too!That's how convenient the location is...
