Iris (9/5): - Heerlijk verblijf. De kamer is mooi, gezellig en praktisch ingericht. Het bed lag ook erg lekker :) Toen we de kamer binnenkwam rook het heerlijk en alles was goed schoon. De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden. De wasmachine met droog functie was ook ideaal. Ik was een beetje bang voor de liften die er erg lang over zouden doen na het lezen van de reviews, maar dit viel ons gelukkig nog mee. Soms duurde het inderdaad wat langer maar we zijn in 5 dagen tijd nooit langer dan 5 minuten bezig geweest om van boven naar onder (of andersom) te komen. De kamer ligt op de 22e verdieping met heel mooi uitzicht! Het enige nadeel vonden wij dat het zwembad stoelen heeft ipv bedjes. Je wil toch liggen aan het zwembad en niet zitten? Ook zat je in de schaduw. Hierdoor hebben we weinig gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. De tuin op de 10e verdieping was ook mooi. Het zou fijn zijn als er nog meer tafels en stoelen zouden staan, of zelfs een barretje erbij. Dan hadden we hier echt vaak gezeten savonds!

Noraini (8/5): Overall i love the place to just take a nap rest & breathe-taking view ❤️ - - The facilities all tip top - the view is amusing - the wifi is doing well - bathroom is feeling fresh & quite spacious - there were bunch of used smelly towels & blanket that block our door (2) to go in.. its still remain there until we check out time. - Just lift problems but thanks to the security to handle it just like a pro so no one unhappy with long queue to go in lift 😍 so its fair for everyone ❤️ hope so the security services like that alert with the crowd situation 💕

Il y a différents espaces accessibles dans l'immeuble (jardin, piscine) très bien Logement situé dans une grande tour. Nous étions au 22iem étage. Les temps d'attente de l'ascenseur étaient interminables. Entre 10 et 15 minutes pour descendre ou monter. Il y a trop peu d'ascenseurs pour le nombre de logements. En pleine heure de pointe il n'y a pas assez d'ascenseurs pour passer toute la vague d'un coup

Alioshar (1/5): Not coming back. - Walkability. Washing machine, fridge and balcony to watch Chinese new year fireworks. Not much that we liked. Room on level 12 has sewage stench smells. Walked in the room is just a 1 large double bed, for 4 people. The misleading information was it has 2 futons beds, we expected a couch fold out into futon beds. Non of that. The futons were fold out thin soft mattress that you have to set it up yourself with paper thin rag throw rugs. 10 nights kids slept on the floor and couch, not ideal. We never booked wrong room arrangement before and the host was not accommodating, the information is not accurate. Host was not accommodating when asked to move to higher floor is also a no and no to have blankets. Living room so small cannot put 2 mattress around it. Before booking it reading reviews and I can tell you the lifts issues is way worst. Crowded, all the lifts don't seems to be in function. Key takes you to wrong floor after longest wait. Ended up using the stairs mostly than wait and wait. The best hack is to go up to get down to G floor. Once you get into the lifts it takes forever to get down or to your room floor. The pool is crowded than any pool we ever seen, especially babies and young children. Water murky and our teenagers didn't want to use it. They need another pool to accommodate young families. Don't get pool towels because it's only for Sleeping Lions guests. Another worst is the drive just to get out of carpark or coming back just to move around to the corner took 40mins or more. So we ended up trying to not go out or come back non peak time. But it's always dreadful, especially going to airport. Overall, no we didn't enjoy our stay. Didn't have the beds for our older kids, toilet was yuck, lifts horrible, pool too dirty and crowded and carpark is the worst. This room is for a couple not for a family of 4.
Stewart (10/5): An amazing location and an amazing studio apartment - We loved everything from the great kitchen and the wonderful washing machine to the comfortable bed and pillows and the view over the city was out of this world. The large smart tv looked great though we were too busy to use it we would give this apartment 11 out of 10 and highly recommend it to everyone, We liked everything

Angelo (1/5): I felt almost like collapse on the floor while waiting 8 HOURS for the company to clean my fuckin room - Skyline vista Hospitality and BAD BAD BAD disregarding arrogance of the unit owner (STAY AWAY from GBS company of Axon Residences), which promised via text I could check-in some earlier since I landed KL at 7Am: he let me wait roaming around with no mercy and making even fun of me via messages, and at least I checked in at 3:00Pm !!!! Was I the only one in this tricky sh***? NOPE: many others were just astonished by this nasty behavior. Including a poor family from Belgium with a kid. So if he says “yes we’ll see blabla”: just don’t believe him and book somewhere else. 56 nations, tons of hotels and this sh**** self-check in was a TOTAL DISASTER. As follows a picture of the PANIC in the hall: people sleeping, angry or just devastated by this attitude.
Pauline (8/5): An Airbnb that needs improvement - 3 mins walk to Pavilion KL is good location. The room is small but reasonably clean. View was good especially from the small swimming pool. Communication was prompt. Lift could be slow sometimes. The building security guards were not friendly. The fact that suddenly there was no luggage keeping service after check out made it very inconvenient for us. The management should consider this service as crucial.

Laila (10/5): The stay was GREAT! - I find everything about the room itself very satisfactory. They are very clean. The instruction for key collecting was detailed. The view was GORGEOUS! The location? Totally great! The owner was very helpful in my inquiries even though we only chatted in Booking apps. The lifts. This is very much out of the owner's hand but may this be forwarded to the upper management of the building or be a warning if you are unable to wait. The lifts were very problematic in a sense that sometimes they skipped the floor altogether even though we had made sure the card was read (greenlighted, chime sounds). When it was peak hours.....fuh, sabar itu wajib!

Sammyjc (5/5): Passable - Location, view, pool. This is not a hotel, it shares attached hotels facilities No baggage storage. Toilet in lobby you can't close or lock door. You CANNOT check in before 3pm or use facilities. Nowhere to leave luggage and we arrived at 9.30am and were told to take luggage to a storage area 10 mins walk away and pay. Man I spoke to was trying his best and cleaner let us in early, thankfully but a very stressful start after a long flight. Sorry but I cannot recommend and booking. Com need to let people know.
Thu (7/5): All in all, great value for money. Some small improvements that I am sure will just make the next customers stay even be - Self check-in went hassle free. Location. Location. Location. In the city centre and absolutely everything is within walking distance. Asked for extra clothing hangers and it was delivered the same day. Dusty areas such as sofa and toilet. Not properly cleaned because I was present during housekeeping. Used the same cloth in bathroom and kitchen, so I had to stop her from continuing and clean all over again after they left. No storage baggage place and should have an extra Wifi router, because I stayed at the main Ap. 2 and Ap. 1 uses the same network. I was asked to restart router once in a while because and end up doing it everyday since Ap. 1 did not get any wifi connection.

Messaged the host and nothing was done about it. They know this problem exists but have not done anything about the smell. Also there is a queue for the lifts at peak times.

Fortunately we could reach the owner and got clear instruction to handle the key. The information in booking.com is not clear about the key handling and etc.

Level 37 is a pool and saunas, gym. Nothing. It was just a new experience to have to wait for a lift to get you up to the appartment.

Jencen (10/5): Absolute fantastic - Well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. Short walk to the MRT station, local shopping spots and surrounded by food of heaven. Room amenities include hair shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, iron and towels are well equipped and light cooking is available for 4 of us! Most importantly indoor card game is provided in the unit that we had over the night! Convenient shop liked 7-Eleven within walking distance. One of the very friendly Airbnb in the city and I am sure it is the best too! Had great time staying at GBS’s place. Parking provided at this crowded place to avoid me from tickets. The entire apartment was sparkling clean with all essentials in order although having some renovation works. Enjoyed our bonding time at the infinity swimming pool, gym and sauna. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to the heart of the KL city, Bukit Bintang. GBS was a great host! Responded very quickly and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Self check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would definitely stay here again easily!
