• Joan (6/5): Loved the location and layout of the house. - Location suited the purpose of our visit. It was easy to find and a very quiet street. Nice to have a few snacks supplied. Television was not working and this was NOT attended to even though owner assured me he would attend to it promptly. Some beds very uncomfortable and bedding too small for size of deluxe master bed. The level of cleanliness was poor, stove top had fat spots, I had to clean the sink before we used it, pots and pans supplied were unclean, there were lolly wrappers on the laundry floor and hair in the shower. Breakfast supplies were missing but some were delivered promptly when I messaged the owner but I don’t feel eggs, bread, pasta and two minute noodles were what we were expecting.

David is a great host, if you are not happy about something he promptly and pro actively fixes it for - Its spacious, got everything you need, comfy beds and a nice well equipped kitchen. Great for families I needed to stay in Berwick so it was the right location for me. So nothing to not like about it.

• Adhi (8/5): Nice place - very friendly host with a beautiful house - Good value for money - good location, nice house with loads of amenities Some glasses in the property would be good. A few good kitchen utensils would be also good to have. Will help us with the stay. Just curious about the free breakfast as there was only some jam and a few spreads yet nothing to eat with and no milk if the cereal was for consumption

• Anjlee (9/5): The property was great but needed better attention on the amenities - The bathroom and kitchen had no hand towels. No tea towels and hand soap. Also the pillows were not comfortable. The fan in the master bedroom was full of dust.

• Foiza (9/5): Comfortable, homely and close to public transportation - Comfy is rightly used in the description of this property by the owner! The room was indeed comfortable, it was a minute walk to the bus station, a minute walk to the lake/park, and IGA supermarket was also close by. David, the owner, was very pleasant to deal with. He was available on phone for all requests and was cheerful and accomodating. I highly recommend this place!

Prompt excellent communication with host who went out of way to assist - House modern clean and in a good location.Ideal if you are travelling by car as central to everything including shopping centres,business district. In my case travelled interstate to Casey hospital as visiting son inpatient on ward. Host went out of way to assist me with my queries. Otherwise use Uber to get around require only 10 minute drive to these amenities. Berwick train station close by. Welcome pack of food goodies and choice of breakfast included -cereals toast fruit and eggs. Also had own ensuite with plenty of storage space in walk in robe. Pillows uncomfortable but Queen bed ok in master bedroom. No hand cleaner in bathroom or kitchen. Could do with some more kitchen utensils. No tv but this was not stipulated in ad however good access to wifi.

• Sally (10/5): Neat and affordable. - The property was in a quiet neighbourhood with access to public transport nearby. House was very clean, had superb kitchen facilities, dishwasher and clothes washer. There was air conditioning in the common area, I had the master room with own bathroom.
• Jackie (8/5): Value for money, nice home stay - Communication with owner was good, some pantry and fridge for everyone’s use which was nice. Great house, nice big kitchen. Use of washing machine was helpful, bathroom was nice as there was a shower or bath. Everyone was quiet and respectful. Garden had decking and outdoor seating which was good for when the weather’s nice. The property was clean. Unfortunately the beds in the twin room were very uncomfortable.

• Margo (3/5): Poorly maintained student housing, pretending to be a place for travelers. - Easy parking, there is a cute little wetland park at the end of the block. Use of kitchen & laundry. When we first walked into our tiny room, the smell of dirty hair & body odor was intense. Our room was also not clean, the trash was not emptied and when we unstacked the 2 cheap twin beds, there was used tissues and garbage all over under the bed. Speaking of the beds - very uncomfortable. We were also only given one towel for 2 people. It was a bit unclear what kitchen items were for anyone’s use since it seems at least one of the rooms is occupied full time and has a bunch of stuff everywhere. The garbage and recycling in the kitchen was not emptied in the time we were there so the smell was pretty bad. Additional note: Not the owner’s fault, but also no one talked or even made eye contact making the house weirdly uncomfortable. There is also no good food in that suburb - not that we could find anyway.

• Pavoo (10/5): Great Clean Value Stay in SE Melbourne. - Hygienic and Super clean. A calm and peaceful place. I had a great stay. Friendly host. Equipped with everything you need. New safe great neighbourhood. Close to public transport. Also thank you for the helpful nice Welcome goodies
• Lobo (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Clean, Cozy and Calm place. New property and well furnished and maintained. Bus stop was just right opposite street and was convenient. Host was helpful and communicated well. Thank you for the food, welcome basket and goodies.
• Cherry (10/5): Exceptional - This new property is in a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and close to awesome bars, restaurants, Tacobell, Maccas and Eden rise shopping mall. The place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Host was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it. Good value for money
