• Isabel (7/5): Great location - Really nice location on a back street away from noise. Wifi very good. Good water pressure. Free laundry. Aircon wasn’t great. First room we were given had an internal window and wasn’t very private and could hear a lot of noise from outside. Bathrooms could do with a good deep clean. Beds very hard.
• Lucy (10/5): Cosy quiet homestay in the heart of HMC - The location down an alley, meant that it was very quiet, at most times of the day. The room was very comfortable and included a free clean and 1 laundry service during the stay. We enjoyed the stay enough to extend a few more nights. A bonus is that just down the road is a very cute cat cafe, which you should definitely go to if you are a cat lover
• Yıldırım (10/5): - I had an absolutely wonderful stay here. I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt cared for. The room was overwhelming in the best way — incredibly clean, not a single insect, and beautifully prepared. The staff is truly the best: kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The free laundry service and room service were a huge bonus. The location is perfect as well: very central and only a 10-minute walk to everything. I felt completely at home and very safe throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, the hot water worked perfectly, and the internet connection was extremely fast. I also loved having a proper desk, good lighting, and large windows with a balcony. Highly recommended — I would definitely come back!

On pourrait même ce sentir gêné
• Jonnie (7/5): We made it work! The leaking a/c was fixed asap. - Nice coffee shop round the corner, pretty good location. Reception is a sleeping place for the ‘staff’ - so it feels uncomfortable to walk in and out (maybe a cultural difference!) Dirty wooden bed surrounds and edges of rooms; slightly slimy bathroom floor. Some loo cleaner or surface cleaner might help.

• susanne (7/5): pleasant overall - The room and bathroom were spacious.They had a very cute little elevator and it everything was quiet clean.Very good water pressure and hot water. Room did not have a a fridge at first, but they provided one the next day which was very new and clean! a bit further from center than I thought. The bed was a bit worn out. I got quiet a bit of noise from the neighbors and there was some construction going on next door (not their fault obviously)

• Mehmet (10/5): - Lokasyon olarak çok iyi bui vien sokağına yakın çevrede market ve yiyecek dükkanlari var. Çalışanlar çok iyiler yardımcı oldular bize erken giriş yaptık. Harika bir deneyim güzel😍💓 konaklama. Yeri biraz dar bir sokakta ama caddeye yakın yürüme mesafesindeydi.

Я спустилась вниз, чтобы попросить включить свет, и только после этого электричество восстановили.

• Nina (9/5): - Petit hôtel parfait pour le prix équipements conforts et lit super. Nous avons choisis la chambre avec balcon très lumineuse c’est un petit plus . L’emplacement était parfait avec petit resto et supérette si besoin . Vous pouvez foncer sans soucis.

• Irina (9/5): - A good value of money, a nice hotel for a good price. I had a room with a balcony. To my surprise, there was everything in the room : a fridge, a kettle, a hairdryer, a steamer for clothes, a big mirror, disposable combs, razors, toothbrushes, tea, coffee and others. The owner is very caring about the place.

The two rooms we stayed in looked exactly like the photos. The refrigerator, AC, and TV all worked perfectly Everything was perfect.

• Glenna (10/5): Cute back alley in Saigon - This hotel was cute, had just the basics. The owner does not speak English at all however we communicated perfectly fine using Google translate. He was very responsive to any of my requests. If he didn't know the answer he asked a neighbor. Two things I asked was where I can book a bus ticket to cambodia, and where I can print my copies of my EVisa. Everything was handled with ease. I was down a windy alley. It was easy to find on Google maps.

• Nicolas (10/5): I came to Saigon for the last 5 days of my 1 month Vietnam trip. I originally booked for three days but opted to extend - The location was absolutely perfect. Facilities, room and bed was amazing. There is a projector in the room - which is connected to Netflix or YouTube etc. Many restaurants and convenience stores / supermarkets and coffee shops nearby.
• Chittapala (9/5): A relaxing stay in Saigon 🙂 - All the facilities were good. My room was clean and spacious with a very pleasant ambience. As well, there were many conveniences close by, including mini marts & vegan restaurants.
• Siobhan (10/5): Excellent Stay in the Heart of Ho Chi Minh City - I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, making it easy to explore major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Despite being so central, the hotel provides a peaceful retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Nothing!!

• Cat (8/5): Lovely owners in quiet alley. - Comfortable bed, lovely owners, Netflix. Taxi had a little trouble finding the property. Drainage in shower and toilet slow & I would have liked the balcony to have been big enough to sit on but that’s just my opinion. Cute room.

• Piotr (8/5): Very good - I liked the location, it was an easy 15-20 min walk to the very strict city centre and there was tons of great food within 5 min walk, including awesome vegan options The room was nice and clean and it had everything O needed including decent internet, hairdryer etc I didn't like that to come in late, you had to always ring a bell and wake someone up to open the door for you. Feels like a bad deal for everyone instead of just getting your own key
• Rob&rto (10/5): Exceptional - Nice small hotel in a quiet area (that is a plus in Saigon). The room and the bathroom were very spacious and clean. Kettle and fridge in the room. Comfortable bed. Many local food restaurants in the area. I would definitely come back.

• Georgina (9/5): Cute, cheap little rental - Room was cosy and cute, AC, fridge, kettle, free coffee and tea and water each day. Towels included. Private shower and toilet. Location was good. Staff are helpful with bookings and buses (don't speak much English, so bring a translator) Shower was cold. Projector is great, but it had limited streaming service (one with really old 70s and older films) and we couldn't get it to cast for some reason, annoying.
• Christoph (7/5): Nice, comfortable stay - Nice room size, clean and bright. Good value for the price. Shower was cloaked, water didn't not drain. Shower head was also not working. Bed sheets and pillows full synthetic, no cotton. No one speaks english, communication only with translatior possible.
