• Carole (9/5): Amazing ocean views at EagieHawk Neck - Spacious house. View was amazing. The games room with pool table and pin ball machine was an added bonus. The driveway is not all sealed and quite steep. Though you can get the car all the way up near to the main door to the house.

Unna camera al piano - 1 non a ava né appendiabiti né ripiani per le proprie cose, pur essendoci spazio per inserirli. Uno dei due bagni era in una camera riducendo e la possibilità di usufruirne da parte di altri.

• Katie (8/5): Family friendly relaxing property close to all that the Tasman Peninsula offers - Spacious property with beautiful views across Pirates Bay. Comfortable bedding and heating throughout and a well-equipped kitchen. The entertainment room downstairs was fabulous! Driveway can be a bit tricky but manageable.
• Harald (10/5): Gerne wieder! - Geräumiges Haus in Bestlage mit unverbautem Blick über die Meerenge... Ein Traum! Sauber, Küche gut ausgestattet. Gastgeber zuvorkommend, auch wenn die wiederkehrenden Instruktionen zu Verhalten und Sauberkeit der Gäste befremden. Haben wohl schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Gerne wieder! Unterhalb des Hauses verläuft die Hauptstraße, rege befahren. Küche und Angebot des relativ nahegelegenen Restaurants "Lufra" unseres Erachtens eher mäßig.

Cosy wood fire. - Stunning views, fully fitted kitchen, crisp white sheets in main bedroom, wood fire, lots of interesting puzzles ( like The Escape Room, which we solved👏), good communication from hosts. Can easily walk to beach which is across the main road. Perfect location from which to explore the peninsula Make sure you read the information/ instructions booklet eg what to do re no hot water in shower or if oven doesn’t start .

Well stocked pantry with plenty of cooking utensils and coffee machine, and appreciated the guide book and binoculars, and pool table and arcade games downstairs. Very close to the Lufra Hotel which was a good dinner option for our group. Nothing - was great for our stay in Eaglehawk Neck.

I would 100% recommend booking this house. - Amazing views and not too far to port Arthur and Hobart, the two destinations we had planned to visit during our stay. The accommodation was clean and tidy with a fantastic range of information and games. We really enjoyed the pool table. Went down to the jetty and saw a 100kg tuna being bought in. Impressive!!! Couldn’t fault it.

The home was spacious, clean, and beautifully set with amazing ocean views. Every room was comfortable, and the house was full of fun activities pool table, pinball machine, and lots of board games. It was such a great place to relax and enjoy time together. Highly recommend! Nothing

• FIT7 (8/5): Peaceful with great ocean view - 1. Amazing ocean view as the house is on the top of the hill 2. Spacious house with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, a large balcony, and many beds 3. Four minutes drive to reach Tessellated Pavement 4. We had fun games on a snooker table 5. Quiet and peaceful 1. Steep private drive way, hard to reverse the car, particularly in the dark 2. Some furniture is dated 3. Not much eateries around. But it is close to Lufra Beachside hotel where you can find a restaurant for dinner. 4. We simply wanted to watch TV, but the 2 remote controls were not easy to operate. Too many functions/buttons. Perhaps we were not the high tech people. 5. This comment is not related to the apartment. Is about the Aurora Australis. We booked for 2 nights hoping that we could see the southern lights in the coldest month in winter in Eaglehawk Neck. Unfortunately, we could not see any during our stay. We hope we would be able to see the lights when we visit Tasmania again.

The beds were very comfortable the view was outstanding, kitchen very well equipped. Plenty of seating. Pool table and arcade games downstairs a bonus! Nothing our only regret was not staying longer!!

• Renee (9/5): Great stay for a family with teenagers, had something for everyone and beds were so comfortable. Close proximity to Port - With teenagers the gaming room was fantastic. I could enjoy the spectacular views and walks along the beach and they had fun learning to play pool. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, everyone slept well. Lots of great sitting areas so we didn’t feel we were on top of each other. A bread knife would have been great and the back door lock is tricky and needs to be looked at. Everything else fantastic!

They have everything in the house, since it can fit 7 people, it's really worth every single penny. Love the house and definitely will come back. The house is too big 🤣
• Miller (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the location and the gaming room for the kids! Everything was set up perfectly, and we could just relax and recover from hiking and snow adventure week. It was the perfect way to end our trip. We especially enjoyed the indoor fire and the view.

The games room is downstairs with a pool table, pin ball machine, and arcade games, which the kids loved. Each area has a split system for temperature control, and a wood fire place upstairs in the living/dining area with plenty of wood for our stay. The property location is in a quiet town. The nearest supermarket is a 25 minute drive. Limited dining options in the area, and they close early. The kitchen is expansive with a full-size fridge and gas stove. The kids bedroom is downstairs with the games room, felt a little isolated but didn't cause any issues. It's large and comfortable.

• Steve (8/5): Great views great location but attention to detail lacking - Absolutely amazing views from all the rooms and the wrap around deck. Great location 20 mins drive from Port Arthur. Comfortable bed. Washing Machine and dyer and well equipped kitchen. Coffee pod machine (but no milk warmer). Downstairs pool table, pinball machine and another arcade game that would doubtless keep kids happy. Wood fire in lounge. Spotlessly clean throughout. This house has potential to be a 11 out of 10 but looks as if it’s a work in progress. Bathrooms are a bit shabby but it’s really the little things that could be improved such as two tea bags for a 3 night stay, no instructions for use of TV, weeds growing out of front steps. Had no hot water on arrival after telephone conversation with both hosts it transpired the outside gas cylinder was empty. Although the problem was resolved surely it should have been checked prior to arrival…..it’s not too much to expect to have hot water. My review may seem a bit pedantic but it’s little things that may or break a holiday IMO.

• Yuman (10/5): Exceptional - This is a magical house with all the facilities you need! There is also entertainment room located downstairs. The view from the lounge is amazing. Sophie the host is so nice and thoughtful. The only suggestion is to prepare food before you go because there's only one pub in the area and you will need to book in advance for guaranteed table.

For example, the knives are sharp; the complementary chocolate in the refrigerator was a welcoming touch; excellent quality furniture. The house had everything we needed to ensure a comfortable stay. We loved how bright the living space was. Had a great time with the arcade machine. Banana sofa bed in the games room. Fly screens only on selected windows. Had some difficulties opening and closing some windows especially the ones downstairs.
